Best Maintenance And Repairs in Seattle WA

Woke up this morning to some suspicious water coming from under the sink. I've used Fox Plumbing before and have been happy with them. I called and Konrad was at my house before I'd totally cleared out all the cleaning supplies from below the sink. OK--there were a lot of cleaning supplies below the sink..... Anyway, Konrad was calm and methodical, and we discussed ways to keep the multiple sink/faucet issues from costing me a fortune. Despite multiple challenges, Konrad got my faucet working again pretty quickly. Fox Plumbing isn't the cheapest plumbing company out there, but they are quick responders and I was so happy with Konrad's work that I'm having him come back to replace a toilet that is leaking. Now I just have to put all those cleaning supplies back. Ugh. 5 stars for Fox Plumbing.

Very fast service and fixed the leak under my sink in under an hour. Given the demand for home repair services and long lead times these days, I was very thankful for the speedy response and quick solution. No one wants to delay this type of repair. Robert was great--and gave me a couple options--and once a decision was made, was able to fix the entire system.

Did quite a bit of work with both sewer and plumbing with these folks. They did a quality job and came back to fix the minor issue immediately. Couldn't ask for better!

After reading many reviews to decide on a company to contract with, Bob Oates Sewer & Rooter was the right decision. Casey, the project manager came out and performed a thorough analysis of the problem and with confidence offered a solution.
Throughout the sewer pipe project, Casey and team were great to work with and explained the process as they went.
The response to all my questions and follow through was very much appreciated as was the email communication regarding when to expect the crew.

Sharif and Watertite Plumber are outstanding. Responsive, professional, and thorough in addressing the various projects we are interested in scoping. In addition to answering all of our questions on project needs, he suggested multiple ways (including more cost efficient options) to achieve our goals. While onsite, Sharif also assisted with a drain clearing that was desperately needed. I'd definitely recommend working with them.

I absolutely love Fixer and highly recommend hiring this company to help with your home. I hired Sherrie twice to help with general repairs, paining, light fixture installation, and bathroom hardware installation. She was on-time (if not early), was super detailed in going through my needs and was incredibly clean in finishing the job.

I called this plumber to have my drain cleaned and they did a great job. They removed the clog and explained everything they did, including what tools they used. They were polite, helpful, and completed the job in half the time expected! I would recommend them for drain cleaning services!

We had a smelly shower drain issue, so we scheduled an appointment online to have them check out what the cause of the smell.
They came out on time, ran camera thru drain and sewer line to see any problems. They found no problem and it was just dried out sewer, so we didn't need to repair anything.
They did all these for free!!!!!

It's such a relief to have Joe to turn to for plumbing issues. I recently discovered a leak under my kitchen sink, thanks to the water alarm that kept it from becoming a bigger problem. There are several plumbers that are rated highly here in West Seattle but the reviews for Simple Plumber spoke to Joe's consistent integrity and skills, both of which are important to me. It's clear that his clients trust him -- trust that I see is well deserved.

When he arrived, he promptly diagnosed the issue as an aging (11-year- old) failing faucet. He recommended his three top brands, and I called my favorite hardware store (Junction True Value) to see if they had any in stock. They had all three brands and were waiting for him when he arrived a few minutes later. He selected a terrific faucet and then immediately got to work installing it when he got back.

In addition to doing excellent work, he recommended some other service people, who I will call on as well. Some of the most helpful tips concerned what to look for when repairing/lining a sewer, which I'll need to do at some point in the next several years. I had just gotten conflicting reports from a couple different companies. Joe recommended a company I was not familiar with, and told me that the lining comes in two thicknesses -- one super thin and the other quite a bit thicker. He said that if we don't specify that we want the thicker lining, companies will often install the thin one, which doesn't hold up nearly as long. But instead of lining, he strongly recommended pipe bursting for a fix that will last decades. I also learned from him that hydro-jetting is much easier on the sewer pipe than grinding (which had been recommended to me by someone else). All of this was extremely helpful information.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
