Best Main Water Line Replacement in Seattle WA
My MAAX indoor spa stopped running few weeks ago and despite of several calls made to the companies listed on Yelp, all of them got back to me saying they couldn't help. That's when Fox P&H contacted me letting me know they would be able to help. They sent a plumbing technician named Corey Nelson, who was GREAT. He immediately figured out that it was my motor pump that died. He was not only very knowledgeable but very friendly and explained to me in details what happened. Then why only 4 stars? I'll be honest here... Cory was nothing but great. I would give him more than 5 stars but that missing star is due to their office staff. When I first called, they scheduled me for 2/14 between 1 to 3PM so I took the afternoon off from work. Then on the morning of the 14th, I received a call at 10AM notifying me that the lady who made the appointment was new and she screwed up so the technician won't make it that day. It was scheduled for a different day and Cory came exactly on time. After Cory left letting me know that he will order a new motor pump, I called the office a week later to check on the status. I was told that she would check and was put on hold. After waiting for awhile, she got back to me forgetting why I was put on hold! So, Jumping to conclusion, my point is that they have a great technician but if their office staffs are as good as their technician, I'd give them 5 stars. All that being said, my spa is working perfectly now and I'm very happy and satisfied with Fox P&H.

The service provided by Roto-Rooter Technician, Greg Price was excellent. He came out on a Sunday, was clean, diligent and succeeded in clearing my drains. I also received valuable information on how to keep my drains clear in the future.

Ridgid plumbing and drain service is a very fantastic professional company. Very satisfied with their professional work. Our water meter was leaking and he (Arash) came less than a hour on his after hour schedule and fixed it. Very professional and great performance. Highly recommend.

We just had our house re-piped by Repipe Masters (replaced 60s-era galvanized steel with PEX). They also installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets we had purchased.
The crew that performed the work was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They discovered that additional work beyond the original scope was needed, and worked several additional hours to complete it (at a very reasonable cost).
The owner stopped by to check in on the project, and was clear with communication before and during the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house re-piped.

Came out for an estimate and told my uncle (who is an experienced contractor) that this one particular job that he was unfamiliar with would take about three hours of torching... the estimate he gave us was outrageous. After he left, my uncle just went ahead and attempted it himself and was able to do the job in LESS than 5 minutes with a drill bit.
Either this guy didnt have a clue what he was talking about and should not be in this profession, or he was trying to scam us out of money -- either way is unacceptable.

Pool was loosing water. Simon came and did an extensive examination of the pool and all the plumbing. He was able to map out all of the undeground pipes for intake and outake. Eventually he found the leaks in the side of the pool. There was an old decommissioned 1.5 inch copper pipe that had started leaking at some point. He inserted a screw cap, and the leak was fixed.

Sharif repaired my burst hose bib which had frozen over the winter. The connection was in a difficult to access area, and a previous plumber had quoted me $2000 for the job. Sharif finished the job over two short visits and charged me $470. I was extremely pleased with his service for a few different reasons:
- I called him four times over the course of the repair job, and he picked up right away each time.
- He was very transparent and forthcoming about the details of the job. The knowledge he gave me about hose bib maintenance and operation was at least as valuable to me as the actual repair he made.
- He gave a solid quote within the first phone call, and the final charge matched that initial amount.
I will be going to Sharif for all my future plumbing issues for as long as I live in the Seattle area.
One very minor nitpick: he and his associate did track a little bit of drywall/masonry dust on my floor. Ideally, they would have cleaned that up before they left. But again - a very minor issue that doesn’t even preclude my rating them five stars.

The reviews about this crew are true, I also had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Sewers for a complete sewer replacement. From Angel initially determining the cause and location of the problem, to offering every option available and on the spot estimating with fair pricing, to delivering on exactly the promise made. Day one, they trenched by hand, in the cramped space under the deck, replaced the root destroyed pipe, and had me back in action by the end of the day. The remaining days also required hand trenching to protect a slope sensitive tree line, and even without requesting it, I watched them take care to not hurt the large primary root structures of the trees, digging under and around them to access the old line, only cutting a few that needed it. This type of care was demonstrated throughout.
Accessing the portion under the house required cutting the slab, and a touch of jack hammering, but before the work began, Austin and Poncho took the time to seal off the rest of the house, as well as some belongings left in the basement. This crew works hard, staying as late as it took each night to finish the days portion of work and get me reconnected, while being receptive to my questions or specific requests. Then, at the end of it all, after back-filling and pouring me a beautiful cement patch, gifting me two new and more convenient clean outs, they literally cleaned my basement better than they found it.
This is a stellar crew, very easy to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these guys.

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

Craftsman Plumbing came through for me! My tenant complained that her toilet didn't work. Yikes, can't have that! Then I discovered my toilet was also leaking. Even though Cameron the plumber was getting close to the end of his day, he stayed until he had solved the problem and saved my day. His office kept me posted on when he'd arrive. When he came, he was respectful and he too kept me posted about his process. I was very thankful for my experience with Craftsman Plumbing and with Cameron.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
