Best Local Plumbing in Seattle WA

Called several companies on 12/20/19 the day we had tons of rain. Water was flowing up through the concrete floor in the living space and in the crawl space. Beacon was the plumbing company that came through. Matt was the service tech who was extremely helpful in determining the situation and provided me with future solutions. No pressure, and provided me with peace of mind. He is a valuable part of the team and the rate, in this emergency situation at 6:30pm, was very reasonable! Matt was great!!! Thanks Beacon plumbing!

Staff parks in handicap spots. Need I say more?

I have used Rudy's for years. Not only as a subcontractor but also on my own home. For everything from rough in to finish. They get the job done right the first time, prices are very fair and their people are friendly. Can't say enough good stuff about them. The only negative is they can be a little hard to nail down but they are worth it. So if they don't return your call the first time give them a couple chances, it's worth your time.

Evan was amazing. He came over to fix a small leak at my expansion tank for my water heater. He was friendly and made the process very understandable. Will use again and highly recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

We wanted to change the low quality shut off valves given by the builder in our house. Samuel Jr and Darius came for the inspection and also recommended to change the water tank pipes which were corroding. We immediately scheduled to get these things fixed. Taj Plumbing does a wonderful job—they are skilled, prompt, honest, kind, and reasonably priced. Seth even came to our house on a Sunday and worked all day because he knew we were in desperate need of a functional washer. He came back a couple of days later to fix a leak (due to manufacturer’s defect in a sink pipe) and insisted on using his own parts at no cost. I highly recommend Seth and team for any plumbing needs that arise.

We used Green House Plumbing to cut a toilet drain pipe to the correct height, install a flange, install a toilet, and replace all the polybutylene shut-off valves in our condo.
