David and the team did a great job with a pipe leak repair at my house. We had another quote before selecting them based on a neighbor's recommendation; they came out the same day to inspect and spotted a second small leak that we hadn't previously noticed. They carried out the work professionally and to a high standard, with photos and videos that showed what they'd repaired. They weren't the cheapest of the quotes, but I'm glad we went with them over one of the companies with billboards everywhere. Sometimes you get what you pay for!

I called in the late afternoon, and they promptly scheduled a visit for the following morning. Pavel, the technician, called me while en route to confirm his expected arrival time. Upon arrival, he conscientiously wore shoe covers and reiterated the previously quoted minimum cost for leak detection. He skillfully located and repaired the leak, leaving the room in pristine condition after thoroughly cleaning up. I was pleased to find that the final cost matched the initially quoted minimum charge.

If you want to get a job done (and done well), this is the place to call! I found them through Home Depot, who put in a request for me. The next morning, I received a phone call from Green House Plumbing to schedule a free estimate for that day. Luckily, the technician was available to start working on the project right after the assessment! He removed my broken kitchen faucet and installed the new one I bought from Home Depot. All this was done within 24 hours of the request. I'm very thankful.

Had a plumbing stoppage and they were very responsive in scheduling someone to come out and correct the issue. Cost was very competitive. Service folks were informative, professional and very prompt in finding the issue and suggesting a correction which we are in the process of reviewing the bid for future work. Would not hesitate to call again if we have a plumbing problem.

This is my first time using Green House service. My heater stop working today and I was looking to get a quick fix. Checked couple of places nearby, but only Green House was able to get me scheduled in the same day. The technician came on time and was able to quickly identify the issue and fixed it. The carbon build up was removed and unclogged the pressure switch tubes. No extra charge was added other than the normal diagnostic fee.

Overall, the service is quick and professional. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and families.

Had a clog that I wasn't able to fix using my small snake I had. I called Green House at 8AM, scheduled for earliest at 10AM. Omid called me and confirmed the location. Was here on time did the job great as promised. Good value as well. I am happy my expectations are met or exceeded.

They came to look for a repair to my hydronic heat system which had a leak in the basement floor system. Was told it would be $800 to install two 3/4” ball valves. Asked why he needed two valves when one of the lines already had an isolation valve in it. Service person reduced the charge to $400. I advised the company to come prepared to install a 3/4” ball valve in a copper line. Service person did have to drive to Seattle to find a valve. Once back it took less than 30 minutes to install the valve.

Made appointment with Matt on Monday 1/9/2023 for a 9:30AM appointment on Friday 1/13/2022. Get a call from Green House Plumbing that original appointment at 9:30AM will need to be changed to noon on same day 1/13. Not a problem since I already re-arranged my work schedule to accommodate. No show at 12:00, so I called and talked to Matt. Was told that I did not have an appointment scheduled and he did not know why since I was in their call log for the change in times. Matt said he would get a tech out by 3:00pm. Get a message on my cell from Connie that tech at 3PM will not be able to make it and to call her back. I did and had to explain that the 3pm was not an add on to their day but was supposed to be a previously scheduled appointment and explained what happened with the changes. Connie made another appointment for 1/16/2023 at 8:00AM. Well, at 8:08 AM on 1/16 I called Green House Plumbing to check on the appointment time. Connie verified it was at 8AM but no show. Connie informed me that their tech was sick and never notified them he would be out. Was told a tech would make it at 3PM. See a pattern here. So, I said thanks for wasting two days of my time and will need to find a reliable plumbing company. Do want to say that both Matt and Connie were nice folks trying to manage this situation to the best of their abilities. Thank you for trying. But, after three strikes and you can't get it done. Time to move on. Sad thing is it was only for an estimate on re-piping a water heater. Maybe 15 min. time to tell me what it will cost if they did the work. I guess I can chock Friday's fiasco up to being Friday the 13th. But today - not so easy to let go. I would like to give zero stars for reliability but not an option.

We chose the electric option (heat pump or hybrid water heater) and it is working very well.

Both Wahhab and his apprentice Freddy did superb job. I usually never write any reviews but had to leave reviews for these guys. These guys were professional and courteous from beginning to the end. Wahhab was very knowledgable and kindly answered all my questions. Both him and his apprentice Freddy double checked all their work to make sure everything was done right. Also their pricing was reasonable and was more budget friendly than local competitor.

Thoroughness and professionalism of technician eliminated tge need for more extensive repairs recommended by another plumber. Rates seemed medium high, but half of what the other major brand charges.

Omid did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new Rheem Hybrid Water Heater. He was the one that recommended it to us after we installed our solar panels and saw the energy usage coming from our old water heater. He redid all the pipes in order to install it and explained how the heat pump on the heater works and the benefits. I've been using Green House Plumbing for years and will continue doing so. These guys are absolutely fantastic and helped us cut down our water heating bill 4x.

We called Green House plumbing with an incredibly unique plumbing issue.

I don't think we can be grateful enough for their care and service. While the issue was easily resolved, they took their time to fix and stabilize a leaking shower head and inspect our water tank. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, laughed at my dumb dad jokes, and put up with our screaming baby in the background. The analysis of exploratory water heater, drainage, sceptic, and piping concerns and maintenance was super helpful as a new homeowner.

And, because the issue was so easily resolved, and because all the other work was diagnostic, (including the leak fix!) they didn't charge us anything. Sorry, you're allowed to be an exceptional company, but this is just not fair ;)

We had 4 drain pipes that needed to be lowered in our kitchen to help facilitate a new sink. The office manager, Alan, was helpful and got us scheduled quickly for an estimate 48 hours after we called. Very reasonably priced. Best plumber I’ve ever worked with!

I hired Green house plumbing on two separate occasions. Both times they have impressed. Their teams are professional, clean, and knowledgeable.

My family and I bought an older home with outdated plumbing.

1. There was a leak in a sewer line
2. There was wayyyyyy too much water pressure coming into the house from the city
3. The water temp in the house was constantly fluctuating super cold to super hot with the slightest turn of the handle.

Upon arrival Green house examined each issue, explained the problem and outlined their solution. Within a few days I had the estimate. Prices are fantastic for the quality of work and timeliness. They were able to come back out within a couple days and finish the work.

The comfort of my home has improved exponentially. Water temp is stable. Pressure is normalized and safer for my whole house plumbing system. And the sewer leak is fixed.

This is my go to company from now on!

Green House came out to do an inspection and give a free estimate on the leak I was having under the tile in my basement floor. Unfortunately, they did not feel that they had the best equipment for finding the leak and needed to call in another company. That company was not able to help, so nothing has happened so far. However, the two gents who came out to assess the problem were very pleasant, very prompt, and all communications so far have been efficient, but we will see moving on from here and actually dealing with the issue.

Service is amazing. We have called them yesterday and they completed the installation today. The best part is that we are able to choose our preferred brand of water heater to replace the old leaking one. Highly recommended!

We had a super bad blockage in our kitchen sink. No water was able to get down our drain. We tried using our own small drain snake, plunging and pouring hot water - none of that worked. We hired Green House plumbing and they were amazing. Great communication, showed up on time, let us know the process, and completed the job in just an hour. They replaced a shower fixture, did work on a toilet, replaced trap under sink, outside faucet. Debugged several issues. Came the same day for estimate, no charge for estimate, did the work the next day. They were great.

I had two issues that needed fixing in the bathroom with our faucet and flusher. The friendly plumber from Greenhouse came and fixed it very quickly but didn’t charge me anything since he said the issues were minor and easy to fix. I was so blown away. Green House Plumbing is terrific. I had a broken water heater that needed replacement asap. I scheduled them to come out for an initial assement. They showed up on time and were able to give me options for replacement either the same day or next day. I went with a tankless water heater as the replacement which they installed the next day. Their cost was reasonable, they showed up on time, and finished everything with no issues. I highly recommend them.

Very professional technicians! Thank a lot to Sony and his team! My sink was clogged for more than 3 weeks (I tried to fix it by myself but failed) and they fixed it within an hour! Affordable price! And they don't charge anything for `come to door` estimation if you live within their service area. Great communication and I will definitely recommend green house plumbing!!

I needed a new water tank heater and this company provided great service from start to finish in a timely manner. The only downside was the price, that was higher than expected, but the service itself was professionally done. They hauled the old water tank and installed a new one in lesser time than anticipated, being also mindful of the inside of the house. Sonny explained in detail the price and the functionality of the new water tank. Although it was a bit costly, I am pretty happpy with the service. It was done well and fast.

HEATER PROBLEM! My heater continuously ran... heat worked, but the fan NEVER stopped running. I had many armatures look at it and gave me “advice”.

Green House Plumbing came out to install 2 faucets, re-do some faucets, install a new tankless, and re-do a shower. They did a solid job in a short period of time. We had some issues with smelling gas and the water not being hot in the shower afterwards, and GHP sent out a plumber THAT DAY to look into it. Determined the gas was unrelated and fixed the shower in 15 minutes. Appreciate the attention to customer feedback, responsiveness via email (somewhat rare with some contractors!), and professionalism.

This is my second experience with Green House Plumbing and both have been great. David arrived exactly at my appointment time, quoted a reasonable price after diagnosing the problem and got to work. He was efficient and professional. I will be returning to Green House plumbing for any future work I need done at my home.

After the first estimate, I waited 8 days for the technician to return to fix leaky toilet. But the technician never showed up and kept playing phone tag with me. I called them 3 times within 2 hours but only got to their phone service operator ensuring the technician is coming. Then I finally got to a live person the fourth time and said he left me VM. What a waste of time when they charge $385.45 with tax for a leaky toilet.

Two men from Green House Plumbing arrived on time and were ready to get to work. They were prepared for COVID-19 protocols. Extremely polite and professional. Told me what’s to expect for cost prior to starting the job. The job of replacing the kitchen faucet was done within 45 minutes. Very tight quarters under the sink they had to drop the garbage disposal to gain access. They provided me with a quote before hand. The area was cleaned afterwards and they even asked if I wanted the old leaking parts, which I did not before removing them. Very satisfied and will call again for plumbing needs.

The plumber who came by was professional & on time. We appreciated that they were able to get us on the schedule quickly to come by for a free estimate. We were looking for some help installing a faucet where the drain pop up was already in; so a very simple & quick job for a neighborhood plumber but not something we are comfortable doing ourselves. I looked for a plumber headquartered in the neighborhood since we wanted to avoid a trip fee for such a simple job. Their minimum charge was over 2xs what our other plumber charges per hour; so unfortunately we didn't end up going with them and opted to wait for our regular plumber (who is delayed with their scheduling). I wouldn't necessarily rule this company out in in the future for larger jobs but for small jobs... the cost is prohibitive. My feedback to the company would be to communicate the minimum charge prior to making the appointment.

These guys rock! From the phone call returned first thing in the morning, extremely professional and friendly office staff. Followed up with a time they would be there - although they were late, they called to let me know and it really wasn't an issue. Showed me exactly what was going on, why the clog happened (bad drain line install during remodel 14 years ago), what we should do to keep it from happening again. Price was fair, they told me what they were going to do and what it would cost, and they ended up having to do more extensive work but the cost didn't change. Highly recommend Green House Plumbing - Wahab did a great job.

They also let me know if other issues I had in my crawl space and recommended services they didn’t specialize in (rats and insulation). David is the best! We used Greenhouse last summer for some minor repairs and had such a great experience that we called David again to give us a ball valve last week. Only reason for 4 stars is that we didn’t know the price for the valve was going to be more expensive than quoted last summer because now it was a single job versus getting a discount for multiple jobs at once. The price was doubled but David kindly gave us $100 off.

Great service performed on time and without any issues. We had a gas furnace replaced and some misc. plumbing work. The team was efficient and the install went without a hitch. I was dealing with an inspection report on a home purchase and had a tight timeline to get a bid in to fix the issues. They guys were able to come out quickly and provide a bid which allowed me to negotiate a concession in the purchase agreement. I would definitely use them again.

We were using this company for several years now and we've always loved them. But what pushed me to write this was when our kitchen pipe burst around 9 pm and my partner and I thought we would have to wait till tomorrow to get it fixed. I called Green house plumbing and Omid came to our house in less than an hour. He fixed the pipe and when he left, there was no trace of water anywhere! I really recommend this company and will be using them for years to come

I needed a small fix that turned out to be either a very expensive but unnecessary undertaking (we could rip the walls apart if you want to totally remove it) or a 90 second thing - literally removing an extra fitting to accomplish 80% of what I needed. The tech was clear and helpful, super professional, and took care of it. Another plumbing company quoted me a lot of money for the same issue. Absolutely impressed and they deserve their high rating, will call them first time and every time.

I was very disappointed with the repair service I received. I was led to believe that it was a lengthy repair. The repairs took 1 hour and cost $600.00. I called the office to complain about this discrepancy and was told that this is what they charge, they seemed very uninterested about this misunderstanding. As well I noticed later after the plumber left that there was a bunch of silicone stuck in the sink that I don't know how to remove. I will not call them again.

In response to your message below. I agreed to the repair as I thought it was a lengthy job. Your plumber leafed through your price book for a while trying to find something that fit. He quoted me on replacing Ptraps in both sinks. What he did instead was replace a 2 section of pipe and reverse the hot and cold faucets in both sinks. The first sink repair (pipe & faucets) took him 15 min. The second identical sink repair took him 30 min as he had a problem with the drain and needed to use silicone to secure it. He told me not to use the sink for a couple of hours so it could dry. This is the sink with the silicone smudge in the picture. I had asked him earlier about the malfunctioning handle on the toilet and he said he could no longer get parts for that model and could not fix it. After he finished the $600 job on both sinks in about 45 min he must have felt badly and went to his truck and found a toilet handle and replaced it in 5 min. When I called your office that day to discuss my concerns (while the plumber was still in my house) I was told me that is what you charge for this job. No one asked me what the job entailed or asked to speak to the plumber? It was a very disappointing call and poor customer service. My point is that I feel I was misquoted and over charged for the hour of work done plus I have silicone left in the sink. No one has reached out to discuss this and see how they can make it right. Plus the plumber denied using silicone.

We had Green House Plumbing to relocate our water shut off tap. They did a superb job. Kudos to the technician too, he was prompt, answered any my questions without an up-sell. I would highly recommend Wahhab, he did an amazing job with efficiency. I would definitely use Green House Plumbing again for any plumbing jobs I have.

We used Green House Plumbing to cut a toilet drain pipe to the correct height, install a flange, install a toilet, and replace all the polybutylene shut-off valves in our condo. The company was very prompt, professional, and kind. Our technician, Sonny, took the time to answer all our questions, was very friendly, and did a great job.

Our furnace went out (age related) just at the start of the cold weather. The first company we contacted gave us a quote that was just over $1k more than Green House and could not be started until almost 3 weeks after the quote. The Green House quote was, as stated, considerably less than the first quote (which we accepted) and installation was started in 3 days. Excellent work by the installer and professionally accomplished.

We're going to use Green House for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

David and Sasan were really professional, knowledgeable, polite, and most importantly on-time. They fixed the issue pretty quick and assured me their work has six month warranty. I wish they would remove the wet wall and dry the wet ground as well but maybe that was not part of their job as a plumber. Also I didn't expect to be that costly but maybe it's just lack of my knowledge of how much service costs these days. Overall, they deserve five stars. I really do recommend them.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this business but I’ve had a weird experience calling them. I first submitted a request via their website and got email reply that I need to call them directly to schedule appointment. So I called to make an appointment, that’s when all the strange things happened.

After a talking to the scheduler (I called the 206 number), explained what service I need their help with and we were about to schedule an appointment, I got disconnected. I immediately called back and as soon as she picked up the phone and asked what can I do for you, I explained that I was taking to them just now. She then put me on hold for 10 minutes. She told me she can’t find who I was talking to but she can help me. (I’m pretty sure that’s the same person I was talking to before I was disconnected but that’s fine.) She then went back and forth and kept me on hold. I’m not sure what she’s doing on her end. Finally after 20 minutes I could start talking to her about the appointment. She asked me three times what service I need and I explained to her three times. The scheduler sounds very Impatient and strange. She finally told me the office needs to call me to schedule an appointment. Seriously, then what’s the point of telling me to call them directly? At this moment, I just wanted to see if they have any availability. After pressing on appointment slot, she finally told me a time and I’m good with it. And then guess what, I got disconnected again... it almost feels like she doesn’t want to book an appointment for me and kept doing things to prevent it.

Had to get a mixing valve replaced, as our hot water had turned into lukewarm water. Also needed a couple of expansion tanks replaced. They were able to get someone out the next day, at a time that many local plumbers couldn't get someone out for more than a month. Sonny was great. On time, professional, polite and friendly, and did great work.

These guys are my 'go to' plumbers. They have done all the plumbing repairs at my house. They are clear with their pricing and give at least a one year warranty on all their work. They are really nice guys too! We have an older house so have had quite a few problems since we moved in and Greenhouse have fixed everything. I am happy to recommend them.

They were able to be at my house within a few hours of calling. David was extremely courteous and on time (actually, he asked if he could arrive early, yes please). My leaky washer was fixed quickly and the price was very reasonable. I will use them again should a need ever arise

We have had Greenhouse do a major project bringing in a new service line and then fix an old leaking shower stem and most recently a kitchen drain unplugging project. The latter project required a call back after the 24 hour warranty had expired and the owner came out on a Sunday and chased the latest clog some 80 ft into the system -- at no charge! The two techs we dealt with in the past were very accommodating and professional as well. The five likes highlighted above represent my take on this company.

Greenhouse Plumbing personnel are skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Omid, the owner responded to our request to unplug our bathroom basin drain which he did in fine shape. He had to leave halfway through his work on the bathtub drain but he sent Zimri the very next day to finish the job. Both projects were done with precision and quality with excellent clean up. The work was competitively priced and both personnel showed up a little ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Greenhouse Plumbing for any household needs.

I’m a first time homeowner and father of a 4 month old and had my furnace go out after only 3 years of living in my house. The guys at Green House Plumbing and Heating were out to fix the furnace the same day we called and had the heat back on before dark! Omid at Green House Plumbing has been our go to furnace service guy for several years now, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. He is the nicest, most polite person you will ever meet, and he takes great pride in taking great care of his customers. Simply the best.

We awoke last Saturday morning with our master bathroom toilet backing up. On checking the two other toilets, they were backed up also, leading us to believe we had a sewer clog and no operable toilets. Called Greenhouse Plumbing whom we had used before and spoke with Marina. who said we could have service the next Monday. I explained to her that this was an emergency as we had no operable toilets in the house. She immediately dispatched Omid, the owner, who showed up at our door less than an hour later. He managed to locate our clean out trap which was under the ground surface just outside our house. He accessed the cover, got his heavy duty snake and plowed through the roots that had caused the clog. This solved the problem.

We are so thankful for the quick, professional, and thorough service provided by Greenhouse Plumbing. They are a fine organization and would highly recommend their competent personnel for whatever plumbing problem that might arise.

I called Green House Plumbing and Heating in desperation after my thermocouple went out, leaving us without hot water. They had a technician at my house within 90 minutes, who provided excellent advice, and had us back and running within a couple of hours.

Hired to come inspect and clean our very old gas furnace. Upon inspection he discovered the heat exchanger was cracked. Since we also have central air, we decided to replace both. Omid, the owner, was back in two days and got everything replaced at reasonable cost for the work. Very happy with the new appliances!

I've used Greenhouse Plumbing twice. 1st time was about 3 years ago when one of the water pipes in front of the house was eroded by the tree roots & they assisted in establishing a new water line via pipe lining (a no dig & less costly solution to replacing broken water pipe). Second time was last week when one of my water pipes in the crawl space started leaking. The service was quick & efficient & the technician was able to reschedule to an earlier time since it was an emergency. The company called & made sure I was satisfied with my service a week later. I trust Greenhouse Plumbing to handle all my plumbing needs.

My furnace went out last night in these freezing temperatures. I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment TODAY!!! Omit is an expert in his field, attentive, straight forward and very nice. He walked me through the diagnostic process and explained everything to me. He found the issue and fixed it. These guys are real nice people who were recommended to me by a friend. First they installed an American Standard heat pump in my condo in Kirkland and I was truly happy with their work. They did a quality installation and their price was the lowest. Then I asked them to install a heat pump in my home in Bellevue and again, they did a very nice installation. I am pleased with their professional work and would highly recommend them.

Wahad came to fix a leaky faucet and realized it was a simple fix. He fixed the issue and didn’t even charge because of how minor it was.

Just over the weekend another company had come and spent an hr trying to figure out what was wrong, while Wahad found the issue in less than 5 min.

I’m really impressed with the service and they are my go to company for services.

Great service from David to fix out clogged kitchen sink. Apparently our kitchen plumbing was not ideal and it took some maneuvering of the snake to get the job done.

Exorbitantly expensive!! Charged me 725$s(including tax) for installing a garbage disposal that costs 110$s at Home depot. It took approximately 50 min for the installation. They also quoted me 225$ for replacing an air valve of my toilet flush, a service I eventually refused to take.

On the positive side, they are punctual, courteous and offered to replace a broken flush knob(costs 10$) for free.

The Green House repairman diagnosed the furnace issue, fixed it, and provided valuable guidance for the future. He completed everything very efficiently and was finished quite quickly, and was pleasant to interact with. It was not expensive, so we will probably use Green House again.

We have been searching for years for reliable high quality plumbing services. Bingo! GHP&H does it all. David and Zimri repaired a 60yo sewer line that was on its last leg - or maybe past that point. I got several estimates for the job and not only was their estimate by far the most reasonable, they clearly knew what they needed to do and explained it in terms that I could understand - no games. The company handled all of the permitting and inspection requirements and David and Zimri worked for 3 days in torrential rain to get the job done right and on time. Amazing job - yard was put back together and now we have a new sewer line after several failed attempts with other companies. I was just amazed at how hard Zimri and David worked while explaining everything they were doing along the way. So, having had such a great experience with that project, I hired them to install a tankless water heater in my other house - no simple task with how our existing water heater was situated and connected to a whole house recirculation pump. They did it, on time, for a super reasonable price and did a great job. They don't skimp on quality either when it comes to the products they use - they installed a top of the line unit. So...,:) I hired them AGAIN, to install a drain and water connection for a laundry room I am remodeling - same story. They did a high quality job and worked so dang hard to get it right and on time. Bonus, Zimri and David stand out as being the nicest guys of all of the contractors I'm working with right now - very easy to work and communicate with. I'm so happy with this company, I plan to hire them for a whole house remodel I'm starting in a couple of months.

When I bought my home, I knew it was a fixer upper and we've been able to do at least one project a year since the home was purchased. The contractor who did a lot of work around the place is referred to as Chuck in a truck. The vanity that we had replaced was held in place with 1, that's correct, 1 screw. The 2 gentlemen who came and worked here went above and beyond. They installed, cut the trim, moved the mirror and cleaned up after themselves. They even listened to me and laughed at my weird sense of humor.

I have known Omid for few years now and have used his services numerous times and he is an excellent professional plumber with extensive experience. I had a leaking ceiling and was freaking out before calling Omit. It was 6AM in the morning when I noticed the leak and immediately called Omit, who picked up at that hour and without hesitation drove over immediately. I am very happy I chose this company. I did pause when I heard they wanted to charge me for the estimate, but they really did refund the estimate when I gave them the project. They came out and helped me figure out the best location for my laundry center in my new condo. Since there were no as-builts to work from, we had to cut into a wall (different visit - I'd gone to the city to see if they had something on record but no results) to check on the availability of code-compliant drain/vent/supply lines. Then they gave me an estimate including the permit costs, and away we went. They had to cut off the water to the entire building because our old building didn't have sectional shutoff valves and this delayed the start of the project by three days (so we could properly post the warnings). Friday, they installed the plumbing and called for the rough-in inspection. Monday, the inspector came through, made a comment about the work being nicely done and gave approval on the rough-in. That afternoon, Gama came back out to cap off the test lines, etc. and this morning, had the final plumbing inspection. Everything is working beautifully!! I'm a very happy person. My next projects with this company will include replacing my too-large hot water heater, bathtub and sink fixtures, and anything else that bugs me along the way.

The guys came out to repair my furnace/boiler system that had multiple issues. They diagnosed the problems and made the appropriate repairs getting me back in service. I only gave two stars because the service tech was friendly and patient during his visit. However, he did not follow up or through with his word after he left my house. I had to call back 4 times within the next two days before finding out that 'Green House Plumbing' wasn't able to obtain the part(s) needed to fix my plumbing issue. There was no internal communication from the tech to the office. They had to call the tech on his day off to see what the status was with my service call. A piss poor process produces piss poor production. Communication is key. ...now I take my business elsewhere.

Navid’s Green House Plumbing was a referral from a friend and I’m very satisfied with their quality of work and general professionalism and courtesy. They replaced the inner faucet component for two of my leaking shower. The original parts were old, not generic, and harder to source for a replacement. As a result, the new parts were expensive but GHP was very clear from the start about that expectation and was generally looking out for me on reducing the cost as much as possible. They ended up discounting the charge for the second component and giving me an additional $35 off the installation total. Got ripped off by a shady plumber and had to find someone to fix the work that guy did. These guys came and I got a better vibe from them. The original leak was not reproducible so they didn't mess with it but the pipe work needed to be redone. Called them out again to just replace the leaky faucet with a new one.

These people were great! We had an old toilet leaking, and called at 7PM. The next morning by 8:00 Sonny came and gave some options. As the toilet was 47 years old, we decided to replace it. In 90 minutes he was done. He was quick, courteous and clean. We had a similar experience again and they will be our go to plumbers from now on.

Ive never met a company of this high integrity and skill! It's close to Christmas and my furness and my kitchen sink were having issues. Our 14 yr old gas water heater started to leak. I called Green House in the morning and by noon I had a new water heater installed. The technicians were polite and communicated clearly. The company also followed up with a call a few days later to make sure everything was ok.

My call was answered promptly, my issues were listened to and understood, a plumber was scheduled at my earliest convenience, the plumber called ahead to confirm and showed up on time. The problem that had persisted for weeks refused to display itself. The plumber created a variety of conditions that logically should have caused the problem to recur, without success. As a consequence, there was no charge on the call. The best experience ever.

I called yesterday and they scheduled an appointment for today . They will prompt . They wore mask and gloves. They found me a $30 discount because it was accomplished quicker than a standard job. Also reviewed the risks of the procedure to unclog the old pipe which I appreciated.

Had a bathtub that was draining slowly and got clogged over the weekend. I called them on Saturday and they came on Monday. They did everything to unclog the bathtub and even had to go with my neighbor so they could do the job right as we share some of the pipes. They finish and cleaned everything. It was very good service.

Whenever I must have a home repair I will only seek out a family business and one that is not a nationwide corporation where all personal one-on-one contact is lacking. This is precisely why I chose to work with Green House Plumbing. Even though the goal of any business is to make a profit, sometimes goodwill goes a long way, and is worth more than the dollar.

Navid, who is the owner of the family owned Green House Plumbing, arrived at my home today, as well as, Sonny. I explained the problem in a clear concise way. I explained: Out of the blue, the kitchen sink gooseneck started to jump whenever I turned on either the hot or cold water. This made no sense especially since less than 4 years ago a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) was installed on my side of the water meter to regulate how much water pressure would be on the line.

After approximately 10 minutes, at most, Navid found the problem and actually, there was no problem at all. Simply due to pressing the sinks spray hose push knob, and going from the hose to the either the hot or cold water, the gooseneck pipe would jump leading one to consider a hammering type symptom.

Not only did Green House come to my home on their dime, no costs were involved. How often does this occur? The answer is rarely, but due to the way I was treated, and how Navid had shown there was no problem at all, I cancelled all the other plumber appointments I had scheduled and I did not incur any charge.

In the world we now find ourselves living, long gone is a handshake between people. Actions define a person's moral compass - their integrity. Green House Plumbing defines someone with integrity and treats their customers fairly. This is why, should there be any future problems (hopefully none,) Navid will be the only person I contact. I can't thank you enough.

I ask for a estimate for repairing gas leak detected by gas company's warning tag. The tag is missing, but I have told them the gas company has identified it is my pipe's problem. The agent tell me he needs to do a quick gas leak checking, which will charge me $159(may be another number), I think it is ridiculous. He said he will use the detector walk around to find which pipe is required to replace and takes minutes. So I refused it and asked him how much to replace the pipe, most important, I tell him which pipe I want to replace. He said he will charge me $69 for the estimate based my solution. He even don't know what the root problem and haven't give me any solution, but he try to charge me a estimate based on my solution.

Sonny and Navid were the best! On time, and under budget, they went the extra mile to find and replace a particular frost proof hose bib. Both of these guys were extremely professional, tidy and polite. A pleasure to work with them, and I will call them the next time I have a plumbing need!

Omid just called ahead early and so showed earlier than we scheduled, for a simple flat fee furnace servicing. He went above/beyond answering our questions on the air filter, ducts, water heater, AC installation, and to top it all off uncovered that our thermostat was not wired to let us run the blower during the summer unless we turned the heat on. So he fixed that too. I have air moving now on a hot August day... Our water heater is at its end soon, and he said they keep replacements on the truck and would come out same day. Shout out for Alan too who has helped with scheduling for multiple estimates/service on this flipped house. Thanks GHP.

We called GHP for water heater installation. Our old water heater stopped working suddenly and we wanted to change it quickly. We were referred GHP by another friend and i called them. They were very responsive and came immediately to replace the water heater. They were very professional and answered all our questions patiently.

I asked the company to install a thermostat on my working furnace, and the technician comes to my house really quick within 2 hours because he has another scheduled job in my area. When technician comes to my house and I have opened the furnace and partially installed the thermostat, and I leave him in charge because I know I have to pay $165 dollar for visiting. He begins to test/diagnostics on my furnace, and let me power it on - we found there is only cold blow without ignition. He said the circuit board is broken after metering in the furnace with multi-meter. Then he began to sell me the new furnaces. After taking my cash, he leave my house with my furnace open. I cannot believe the furnace is so fragile, and then search the problem from youtube - there is a switch in my furnace, and simple resetting, the furnace could ignite fire and furnace blows hot air again! This happens in 5 minutes after his leaving. This is really bad experience for me. To confirm whether my furnace has circuit problem, I scheduled the technician of PSE - the technician tell me me everything works and the board has no problem.

I called the company to submit my complain - the customer representatives argues the circuit board may have problem at the visiting time, but may be good after that!

So I would never recommend this company to you. you deserve a professional one.

We called a friend who is a realtor to ask her who she would suggest to help us with a ongoing heat pump issue. It turns out she was at a house and said her HVAC guy was just finishing up her job and told her he would fit us in next! About 45 minutes later Omid showed up at our house, boy now that was quick! Omid listened to what what our past experiences were and that we felt the last 2 company's really never addressed the issue. He went over our receipts from the past service calls by the other company to see what they had done, then went out and looked over our heat pump checked several things over and then recheck it again. It turns out that our heat pump ws not going into defrost and the reason whas a bad board (which the other company never caught). He said he did not have the part on their truck but would get it and get back out in the next few days. Well to my surprise we got a call from Omid the next morning and said he had the part and would come back in about 30 minutes and true to his word he got here and installed the new part but then he continued to test and run the pump for about another 30-40 minutes just being sure that it cycled as it should. We will definitely use GHP again in the future for our HVAC and plumbing too. Keith M. Maltby Wa.

My washing machine was flooding my laundry room. Before I called GHP I had a week wait for a technician to come to my house and tell me they couldn't repair my unit. I then attempted to snake the drain myself with no success. I called Monday at 6:30PM less than 24 hours Tuesday at 3:30 Pm they were at my house. An hour later the problem was fixed. They fixed my issue within 24 hours of calling them. GHP has earned my business :)

I called GHP to quote my bathroom remodel on recommendation from a friend. I also called 5 other plumbers to quote. GHP was the ONLY company that provided an honest and reasonable price. They reassured me that the reason the other companies' prices were so much higher was that they were simply trying to upsell and get me to pay for work that was not necessary. In less than a day, GHP installed new drain/vent pipe and supply lines for the upstairs bathroom shower/toilet/vanity that tied into existing downstairs plumbing perfectly. I'm using a Wedi shower pan so the position of the shower drain pipe needed to be perfect and they got it positioned dead on. Another thing I appreciated was that they took the initiative to consult the city inspector PRIOR to starting their work to get buy off on their plan, so when it came time for inspection everything was approved. GHP plumbers are knowledgeable, honest, fair, skilled, and fast. What more can you ask for?

The installer, David, did very careful work, prepared the area for the installation, placed and aligned the toilet properly, sealed everything properly, and left the area absolutely clean. Also, the toilet he recommended, a Toto, works great and uses very little water.

Omid from Green House Plumbing and Heating did an amazing job matching up and installing a gas water heater. I recommend him, and I know he will do the best job possible in a professional manner.

Our furnace went out yesterday afternoon and we called to schedule an appointment at 6pm. The technician, Omid, was at our house first thing in the morning. He was was friendly and professional, and fixed the problem right away. We would highly recommend this company.

Called yesterday and received service this morning! While I won't go into too much detail, I am so thankful how accommodating, efficient, and kind Sonny was. He explained the issue, what was causing the issue, and the solution so thoroughly and everything was done in less than 2 hours!

You can tell that this is an organization based around family. For two days we had them out at our house. They happily answered questions from our 7 year old and defenend their ankles from our tiny dogs. A wonderful experience and now we have an excellent house to stay cool in.

$500 for 20 min. They did what they said they would, scope a drain for up to 200 ft. They found a blockage after 15 ft and 10 min. If that is the only problem, I will be happy. If not, I will have to learn to do this myself. I can’t afford $30 per foot.

After three reschedules (one of which they called to notify me, the other two I never had a call), I had to switch to another plumber. I couldn’t keep juggling my schedule to have no shows.

Omid is so professional. He came to fix our furnace during the heavy snow storm, parked his car downhill because of the terrible road condition,climbed all the way up to our house, with not a single word of complain. Then made his second trip downhill to pick up the part where he diagnosed that had been burnt out. Cannot thank him more:) Highly recommend!

The work was done well at a reasonable price. My only concern was the first guy that came out was a little too quick to dismiss a potential very slow leak by using the street meter as a gauge. Which in the end was what it was.

The install went well but a double depth wall caused earthquake strap anchoring difficulties. Left a lot of holes in my wall but Wahhab got it all done within the estimated time.

Had some minor issues with the office scheduler, but it worked out OK. The plumber was right on time, and was courteous and efficient. He knew what he was doing, and got the job done.

We had a problem that three other plumbers had fixed that returned within a few months. We had green house plumbing out and initially we had no luck finding the issue, but they came back out and fixed the problem permanently!

Unreliable and don't value your time.

I had a water heater failed on Wednesday called GHP to arrange an appointment. Someone came out Thursday and was promised an estimate by Monday. Monday came around and nothing, not even a follow-up call or email.
GHP failed to live up there commitment now I have to look for another plumber so I can start the claim process.
4 days of wasted valuable time for that reason I can't recommend. I tried to help the local business, but it back fired.

GHP is my go-to plumbing company. All their employees are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They are very responsive and competitively priced.
