Excellent service and Kobe kept me updated on each stage of the process. They didn't try and upsell me and provided exactly what I asked for. Excellent advice, excellent and very responsive service. They installed my furnace and A/C and arrived on time to install it. Great sales crew and great installation crew.

Everyone I dealt with was personable and knowledgeable. I felt confidence in choosing them for an expensive drain line replacement which required excavation. The staff were always helpful and took time to explain what they were doing and my options. I will certainly hire them again for plumbing issues that arise.

I have a rental house that had an outside water leak. Of course we were very concerned about this water failure. Beacon Plumbing sent out Josh M and Santos N who did and excellent job of figuring out the problem. They came back the next day and fixed the leak. They insured me that we had the best materials available to provide a long time resolution to this water line. Josh also showed me the shut off for the water line by the house and how to use it. Due to the equipment Beacon has access to there was virtually zero damage to the landscaping. Very well done Beacon...and Josh and Santos.

I was very disappointed working with another plumbing company cleaning my sewer line because they didn't finish the job but wanted more money.
Mark with Pioneer Plumbing captured the situation around my sewer line with his camera, gave me options how to handle the problems that the other company left behind, gave me a fair price to fix it and fixed the problem next day. Afterwards he even helped me to get my money back from the other plumber.

My downspout drains were clogged. I called Roto Rooter in the morning. They had someone come to my house to give me a quote and jetted and cleared the drains all in the same day. Meo Farjami was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and proficient. Thank you Moe!

Ridgid Plumbing came to my rescue when we found out that our sewer line was clogged. After a few hours they showed up and fixed the issue with industrial equipment (all my previous personal attempts failed).

Frank was great. He was on time , he was knowledgeable and did a great job. Very upfront about what was going on, and what would need to done in the future. I like straight forward. Nice guy.

Interacted with a few different folks (plumber, sewer main snaking person, and camera inspection person). All of them were courteous and knowledgeable, and they ended up showing me I needed a lot smaller repair than I expected. If you have very old cast iron drain pipes like me, I highly recommend you soak the threads on the clean out in PB Blaster like I did before the appointment, so they can avoid cutting out any old stuck brass plugs.

I had a 50 year old house with the original galvanized piping. Now I have a 50 year old house with new AquaPex piping and fittings. It is great to have increased water pressure, even flow and no foul taste to the water.
The job was smooth and painless from the time Doug showed up to provide an estimate to when Nick and his crew left the completed job site. Repipe Masters provided a complete installation that I was able to add the installation of a new hot water heater (provided by me) and still be under the competition's price.
The day of the installation, Nick and his crew showed up at 9:00 in the morning and were finished, completely packed up, and everything cleaned up by 12:15.. Couldn't have had a better experience. I recommend anyone considering repiping to Call Repipe Masters.

Very rude over the phone.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Josh was first rate at answering all my questions. I like to learn about what he is doing and what he found. He gave me a lot of valuable information on the plumbing job details.

Without a second thought I would recommend and call Akers Outdoor Plumbing again. I came home from work and discovered a water mainline leak in my front yard/porch area. I have some good experience with broken things around the house but water endless rushing from my home into my front yard - not one of them.

I received a few bits of advice on 1) needing to locate where the water main line leak is 2) marking that location and 3) then servicing the lines where the leaks or breaks are. This is where I found the Akers can do all of this rather than hiring two companies - one to detect where the leak is at and then another to service and repair the pipe.

I was lucky and they were able to accommodate coming out the same day I called to take a look and give me an assessment of how bad the water leak was, a general estimate and assessment and help in whether to call the Seattle Public Utilities to come out and shut off the water. In doing so, Andy and Traci coordinated with me all day, great communication and made me feel confident with choosing someone I didn't know yet to help me.

Here is a recap of why I preferred and appreciated their service. Honest assessment from Day 1. Helped me turn off my water by myself at street level and showed the tools to use so I could use water when I needed until the permanent fix could be worked out. 2. Fair estimate and pricing - never once did I receive pricing that felt gouging or high 3. Great communication - Being flexible is key in this line of business from the customer end. Sometimes their jobs take longer than expected so my job had to be pushed by a day or so. Always talked to me about delays or changes right away and gave me a good understanding of when it was going to be rescheduled. 4. Going above and beyond to take care of me with helping with certifications, inspections from the city, rebates for excess water usages etc. I didn't ask for this help ( and didn't even know I should). They saved me hours of calls on the phone with inspectors and the ulilties company and thousands of dollars with fast-forwarding the rebate process. 5. The repair job was done right. Quality materials. Timing. No short-cuts. They took care of my home like it was their's or one of their family members. Trust isn't easily earned, especially with a trade that I may not even know how to assess quality or inaccuracies right...Andy and his crew (and amazing talented wife) are amazing and I'm glad I worked with them.

This morning Jeff and Jon came to our home to unclog a shower we couldn't snake successfully. They were on time, professional, courteous , and friendly to our very barky dog :O) After unclogging the first shower, Jeff asked if there were any other issues we wanted them to look at. So, we asked if they would unclog another shower/tub that was draining slowly - all within 30min. I would highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing!

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Saved me huge expense and delays by instantly fixing a plumbing issue another plumber misdiagnosed.
