Having been very impressed with the friendly professionalism of Fox Plumbing a few years ago, they were my immediate choice when my outdoor faucet started to leak. service was good , they show up on time , complete the installation smoothly , but the way they charge me for sending a second man I don't see it as a fair deal , about 600 dollars extra is something that should be discussed with costumer upfront , and shouldn`t be a surprise .
I hope they will consider that in future and inform costumer of all charging details .

Giovanni was really helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I was impressed with him, and he represents Roto Rooter very well. Today Mark came out for a water inspection and he very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

They were very professional and friendly. I used them twice and I was very happy with the work each time. They made it a priority to come to my house the day I called to give me an estimate - and without an annoying trip charge like other plumbers - and they sent professional and courteous people to do the work. They worked diligently and without a lot of breaks, and also left the job site tidy when done. If I have to a use a plumber again in the future, they'll be my first call.

Patrick and Michael came promptly at the time projected on the day I called regarding the leak. They told me what the suspected and gave me an estimate. It turned out not to be drain issue but rather a problem with the seal in the dishwasher. The cost was cut nearly in half as they were not able to repair the appliance issue, but the diagnosis of the issue was valuable. Best of all, I learned that this company is able to assist us with some aspects of our tub to shower conversion. Both Patrick and Michael were courteous and professional. Bob Oates Sewer is a company you can trust! I am a realtor and was in a huge pinch to get estimates and service for my buyer. They came out the next day, and provided immediate recommendations on a sewer scope. Their fees were half of what I usually pay.

Puyallup City Water Dept notified us we had a leak which needed fixing. Our go-to plumbing services (Spartan Rooter of Tacoma) recommended Simon at Clearwater Leak Detection. I called him and scheduled an appointment (only several days after my call). Our leak was located with some difficulty because it was a small one in the main water line coming from the meter to the house, but it was located underneath a sidewalk about 5' deep. Simon located it perfectly. He also recommended we replace our water shutoff valve next to the house because it was an old type that was prone to break. We then called 811 and had the location marked with whatever other underground utilities there were - several were close. After that, Spartan came out and repaired the leak and replaced the shutoff valve. Simon is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We recommend him 100% - nice to have had such a pro help us out.

He keeps in touch with you and if he's late, he lets you know. Price was excellent and I haven't had anymore problems.

Bob Thayer, owner, was able to fix a plumbing issue on my work van, Aussie Pet Mobile, in a matter of minutes. He did it after hours and was extremely reasonable. Genuinely nice guy who you can trust your plumbing projects with!

This company is AMAZING! I received a $2000 water bill from the city and was in a panic. Called numerous companies to find someone who could detect a leak, after all the shut downs and limited capacity due to Covid, my small business is struggling. Each company that I called wanted to charge upwards of $1600 just to find a leak and many couldn't get me in until next week and some just were not interested in the job. It was about a 75 foot run and the pipe was only 2.5 feet down, so a fairly easy job. I called Akers and immediately could tell the difference in customer service. The receptionist was friendly, asked all the right questions and got back with me immediately sending someone over on the day I called. Andrew showed up right on time and was efficient, professional, and very kind and helpful. He found the leak immediately and also gave me some great advice for next steps so we could save some money and be within regulation with the city. Akers is very fair priced and the customer service is phenomenal. I have kept their card and will be calling them for any future challenges and plan to recommend them to all of my friends. I can't say enough nice things about how this company operated today, I am SO grateful!

I'm so glad I found Sharif. Now I have a plumber I can trust. Things that set Sharif and Watertite Plumbing apart:
1. When you call, you're actually talking directly to a plumber (Sharif). No intermediate person who just does scheduling and can't answer any of your questions.
2. Sharif will generally give you an estimate over the phone based on a description and pictures. None of this paying someone $100 just to come out and look at it nonsense. He'll also be honest about what factors that can't be evaluated this way might cause the estimate to change, but generally will stick with his original estimate and that's what you'll pay for the whole job.
3. He will keep in direct contact with you and update you if something's changed his schedule and he won't be able to make it when he estimated he would (no 4-hour windows sitting around at home wondering if someone will ever show up).
4. He'll tell you honestly about the price of different options and the pros and cons.
5. He'll use appropriate urgency to address a problem.

My interactions:
I first contacted Sharif about installing a smart water shutoff. Based on pictures, he gave me an estimate and said what problem might arise that would require additional work. This was totally different than the handful of other plumbers I called, where I spoke to a scheduling person who wanted to schedule a $100 for someone to come by for an estimate. I ended up installing the shutoff myself, but based on my interactions, I knew who I would go to the next time I had a plumbing problem. So when the waterline to my house started leaking, I called up Sharif on a Friday afternoon. He was able to come by that evening and worked in the dark to dig up and identify the leak. We talked through options and what they would cost. Because I had old rusted out galvanized, the whole thing had to be replaced. Throughout the process Sharif was communicative about the work needed and when he'd be doing it, didn't charge more than his original estimate (even when it turned out he needed to also move my interior shutoff), and gave some advice on unrelated plumbing things (like how I could make my sewage extractor less stinky).

Next time I have a plumbing issue, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.
