These people are the ones you want to pass their business cards out to everyone you see. My elderly father had plumbing issues just to start with the kitchen sink. Called another local plumber(why?) which was prepared to take my father for a financial rollercoaster ride. Called the local Beacon on late Friday to schedule an appointment on Monday because we didn't want to pay the weekend/after-hour fees. No issues there one price all the time, REALLY. They were on-site within the hour, my father was VERY please with the service tech (Santos). Thanks guys for taking care of the old soldier. You are appreciated

I am a general contractor and I highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing. Prompt, great customer service, professional, courteous and they do the job correctly. They are the only plumbing outfit I call.

Needed a faucet repair. The scheduler and dispatcher were both helpful & friendly, and were able to schedule an appointment during the time I had available. The plumber arrived promptly during the specified time. Eli was courteous and pleasant, explained clearly what he planned to do, did a great job, and took far less time than I had expected. Complete satisfaction!

Richard showed up on time - did a very good job with our bathroom drain. Was very patient and worked till the problem got much better. I generally do not do reviews - but this was very good.

Had a long-standing issue with our sinks that we thought was going to be a real nightmare. Plumber gave it a look, came back in a week with the proper tools, and took care of things in under a few hours at a very reasonable price. Great service!

I typically don't leave reviews but I wanted to explain how great Nick and his crew were. I had received a quote from another company and felt very uneasy about the investment and how they interacted with us. I came across Repipe Masters and decided to get a quote. Nick was very prompt and responsive for our appointment. He went through the house and got back to me quick with a very affordable price. He and I went back and forth for a couple of weeks while I asked as many questions that I could regarding the work to be done. He was always informative and I was really taken back that he did not sub out the work.

We decided to go with them and he was able to schedule us within 2 weeks. He and his crew arrived at the schedule time and completed the work in about 8 hours. They laid down barriers to keep the dust down and not to walk on our floors. They worked quickly to make sure that everything was completed and put back together. We did pay for them to patch the walls, which came out perfect.

I 100% recommend Nick and his team. You will not go wrong with these guys!

Very shady & unprofessional. All I can say is be very careful allowing them into your residence. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS . I pay $1500 to fix a leak in one of the pipe and guess what I have the same problem again.

I have used HD Partners and Bens Plumbing for years on my projects. I am a general contractor doing my own development work, high end remodel and multi family service work. They ALWAYS do top notch professional work, they come prepared to meet any task head on to get the work completed on schedule and in budget. I have never seen a change order from them unless the work ventured way out of scope and the change was agreed upon. All the staff under the HD Partners umbrella from scheduling to the technicians even their parts suppliers go above and beyond to make me shine for my customer base. For instance I called the office on a Friday 2:30 pm with a water main brake on a 24 unit building, by 4:00 I had trucks and plumbers on site assessing the work. I had locate there before 5:00 to find huge amounts of fiber optic and high tension lines over my 2” main. The HD team did not leave my site and completed the work by 11:00 the next morning getting water back on for all the families in the building. There parts house even opened for them at 3:00am for the parts we needed. Pipe was 5 feet under grade and a huge tree on top of it as well. They pulled an all nighter with me and not one complaint from any of them standing in knee high mud five feet down in the trench. They always do what the say they would, always full on pros and they are just good people to boot. They are always my first call when I need anything plumbing.

Unknown pesky clog in drain solved!!
Thoren and Dan came out 02/14 to help with my problem. The problem was my master shower, toilet and guest toilet were not working. In fact I flushed the guest toilet and it backed up into my master shower.
So gross.
I tried to snake it and it did not work.
Wezee's sent Thoren and Dan out, and despite it taking longer than usual, were able to remove the soft clog and get me back and running.
Friendly great guys, down to earth, level headed and great work.
I recommend them.

Life saver. Called simple plumber, Joe came same day service. We had just a trickle of hot water, he took very little time to figure out the problem and take care of it. no time at all we had for flow restored. He was very polite efficient and I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

They are the best plumbing company we've so far seen on the Eastside.

Quality Plumbing is the best in Seattle
We've used a number of different plumbing companies over the years. The only time we have not used Quality plumbing is when they're not available and we have an emergency, which has happened twice. And boy did I regret it. In both of those times I felt I got totally ripped off or the larger plumbing company was trying upsell me on something with a free assessment as if they went through 'white shoes' 1950's sales training. That has never happened with Quality. Their plumbers are experienced, totally efficient and totally fair. They're not just better. They are WAY better!

I needed a plumber to look at a slow draining toilet the day before I had to go out of town. I went in personally to the Raymark office right when they opened and spoke to Jon, who was friendly and responsive. They mentioned that they would call me in about an hour. I went to run some errands and got worried when I did not hear back from after three hours, so I decided to call. I'm glad I did as the issue was the challenge of getting a technician (aka plumber) over the same day. They said that someone would be calling as soon as they got done with their morning job.

Within an hour after I called, Jose called me to say he was en route. Jose and Brandon came by about 45 minutes later and proceeded to fix the toilet, while also explaining some of the intricacies and nuances of a large toilet snake. Not only was their work good, I learned some things about toilets that day.

All in all, I originally thought I would not have a toilet for a week or worse, needed to buy and install a new one. Raymark came to the rescue and helped put both fears at ease. Most of all, they were fast (same day), cordial, and professional. Bottom line, they got the job done and I now know a little more about toilets.

I'd use them again for any plumbing issue that I encounter. Thanks, Raymark not just for fixing the problem but sharing knowledge while doing so!

I am a returning customer . The first time was for my house to convert the septic system to sure system. It was a very very excellent and very net job this guys done for me . Especially the price unthinkable to compare with other companies out there . I called five different companies to compare the price . It was unbelievable different than those others . Here is what I say if you don’t SHOPE around for your project , the pricey you going to pay it will be a rippe of with out a doubt.
No wonder why the come up the name PRICE BUSTER they really really price buster . They did amazing job with a reasonable price and with a short period of time .
Also in my second project It was my house main water line was broke and leak . They did the same thing with reasonable price and short time they replace my main water line with a new water line . Amazing job and very very reasonable price.
