Called in the morning and Fate Duncan turned up ahead of time and finished not only the job I had scheduled but two others in 45 minutes. Great service, very clear on what he was doing. Cleaned up after himself and was able to advice on another issue. Very happy with my service today.

I must write this review and do not do many of them but Beacon Plumbing are so lucky to have Gato and Esther working for them. They are angels and fixed my water problem perfectly. I was having my 6 inch gutter back up and overflow. With the horrid rain recently it was a geyers coming out of my gutter, (I have gutter boxes) it blew the box right out of the gutter. so Gato used your wonderful system and got all of my drains cleaned out and installed a new pump. I am so happy and so relieved. They are the best people too. love them.

I had a sewage line backup that needed immediate attention late on a Saturday. Of the 4 firms I contacted RR was the only one that could help same-day. Sandeep arrived on time, clearly explained the options, and had the problem solved in 20 minutes. He was professional, courteous and efficient. Recommend.

Arash at Ridgid Plumbing provided an exceptional response to my plumbing issues (leaking shower head, frozen main water valve to the house). He came out to my house quickly, managing to work it into other local jobs. It was reassuring to deal directly with the business owner directly (Arash), who explained the service and costs, ordered the non-standard parts required and tracked their delivery. When the parts had arrived, he sent out a skillful and conscientious plumber to perform the work.

Repipe Masters were great. They showed up early with 5 workers, repiped my entire house, patched the dry wall, did additional work I requested that was not part of the agreement (replaced my shower fixture taht was not working) and cleaned up all in one day. They were pleasant, knew their craft and performed masterfully. I thought I was going to have no water for at least 2 days. But I was able to shower in the morning and then wash my dishes after dinner that same evening. I highly recommend them!

Scheduling: The scheduler is very prompt and communicative at the timing to expect the service technician to arrive and the technicians arrived on time.

Diagnosing: Within one minute of explaining the issue, Josh knew what happened and connected us with another company for drywall repair. Josh was very thorough in his explanation of the issue and the solution for plumbing as well as drywall repair.

Overall, if we have another plumbing issue Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating will be the first people we call for service. It was fast, easy, and they were very courteous.

Bobby was recommended by a neighborhood blog. He helped me w/o even a visit!
My dishwasher was emptying water into the cabinet below the sink.
Bobby said his earliest appt availability was two days out but he conveyed some information that allowed me to fix it myself.

Not only on time, but a little early :) fixed the problem in under an hour, professional and absolutely knew what he was doing. Prices were reasonable, service was exceptional.

Donna responded within moments of my after hours emergency call. She was professional, caring and got me connected with Bobby who also returned my call within minutes.

Bobby, Frank and Elijah showed up exactly when stated they would be here.

The whole team was exceptionally considerate and took much care when operating their equipment around my home. They took their time and patience to explain in detail everything that was happening and what they were going to do.

They were extremely patient with all of my questions. I was able to watch the scope and they explained what they saw and what would be needed to resolve my issue.

Following the resolution, Bobby went above and beyond cleaning the space and leaving everything in much better condition than when they arrived.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are honest and skilled and resolved an issue that my previous plumber was unable to address.

Sharif came the next morning after we called him and installed the water line for our fridge. He worked very quickly and cleaned up after himself. Happy to report my fridge makes ice again! He was very friendly and professional and charged a very fair reasonable price. I will definitely be calling him again when i need plumbing assistance, i highly recommend his services.

Asked specifically for a heater tech. To fix a leak and answer questions.. sent 2 nice kids that didn't/ couldn't answer or fix anything.. was then told a heater tech would be back later that day.. waited all afternoon.. finally I called the office at 5:30 was told by a very unfriendly man too bad.. miscommunication, nobody is coming to fix your heat today.. what do you want me to do about it? Bad customer service.. bad communication.. waisted an entire day for these jokers.. I still don't have a working heater.. and wasn't offered any solutions even as far as scheduling.. nothing.. just plane bad form.. if this is what you get before they touch anything.. makes you wonder what quality of work they do...

Professional, high quality service. When obstacles arose (as it happens in non-routine home repairs), customer service was responsive and excellent throughout. Will hire again.
