Drew was awesome. Completely explained what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix the problem. I was actually surprised to find my bill was about what I expected to pay and not much higher knowing that I was in a bit of a jam with a leak I couldn't get stopped on my own. Beacon plumbing and Drew will be my first call. Also they came out in 30 minutes.

Responded quickly to an emergency call, were swift and effective in resolving the issue, and took the time to clean up after they wrapped up. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was an emergency so I know why I paid $790.50 to have my toilet unplugged but as a senior citizen living from on Social Security and my pension even with the $75 senior deduction, this wiped out any savings I had and some. The owner came out himself to look at our water leak. He worked with our budget, gave us an estimate, and replaced our pressure reducing value right then. Happy to do business with him!

I highly recommend Jim Dandy. I've used them multiple times over the last decade for various of plumbing repairs and disasters, and they have always sent out kind, competent, professional plumbers. This week I have a sudden flooding bathtub drain, and they were able to send a plumber the next day, he was able to fix the problem, and he was able to recognize another problem (a cracked pipe in the basement) that was unfortunately more significant, but that I hadn't yet noticed. All around professional and reliable.

Had Konrad as my service advisor. Very personable and easy to talk with about what services were needed. Bob Oates as a whole has been very real meaning they are genuine people who like to help you as a customer. Not salesy or corporate like in any way. Love that feeling of NOT being talked down to, but rather as me the customer being educated along the way

I experienced an emergency when my sump pump stopped working and overflowed (slightly, not horrible) on a Saturday. Fortunately, my girlfriend told me about O'Neill; she had an excellent experience with O'Neill previously, so I called them. They called me back in 5 minutes (this is on a Saturday, mind you), scheduled a plumber to come out right away. Not only did the plumber - Mike Kerr - call me to say, I'm on my way, but he also asked me some great questions - as a result, he was totally prepared for action when he arrived. He completed the job professionally and kept me informed. He wrapped up everything nicely and explained the charges well. I highly recommend O'Neill; from the first contact to payment receipt, they were great.

I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing, as my experience with Sharif during my remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms offered three visits by him to complete the different stages of the project. He and his teammate were on time, professional and courteous with good mask wearing practices. Definitely will call on Watertite in the future if the need arises.
