Hot weather and my heat pump air conditioner stopped working. I called around and some places just said they were too busy and turned down the business. Others said in three weeks we will come out if you give us a $350 diagnostic charge. ugh, I called Beacon and they said we will be out tonight. we have a $75 diagnostic fee. I was thrilled but skeptical....it was a Thursday night. Are they REALLY coming out? OR are they just sending a kid with a pad that will say You need to replace everything?? Well, Brom and David showed up to do a very thorough set of checks. They found the fan was bad and was stopping the unit from working. Wow. That is not too bad. I was very happy. THEN they said they would order parts that night and try to get them here soon. The parts showed up after the weekend on Monday and they came back immediately that day. (no long speech about how they are busy and could not get to it for weeks and weeks). So .... you can tell I am extremely happy with my experience. Brom and David provided excellent service, great communication letting me know the in-process status of the parts, and a demeanor that helped me calm down and not panic. I would recommend Beacon to anyone and everyone.

I had a faucet that leaked. I called Roto-Rooter hoping it would cost a arm and leg to get repaired. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and sent an email reminder of the time of when to expect the plumber. My repair man had become available hours before he was expected so the office gave me a call to see if he could come early, I said YES! When Rick and Chris arrived they were friendly fast and courteous. My home is over a hundred years old and Rick was very knowledgeable about older homes with original plumbing. It seamed like the guys had just begun when they announced they were finished. The cost was fair especially with the 50.00 off coupon I found on their site. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. I can not thank them enough. Highly recommended!

Robert was great but that is where it ended...Robert set out a plan for us but the office canceled us the day of saying they don't have the equipment to do what we need and just canceled us returned the money...didn't provide an alternative solution or try to contact any colleagues that they could hand over to. Their answer was we got you water...got me water is us siphoning water off our incredible neighbor temporarily...now we are going to have to find another company will do this for us but at a minimum we will have to wait another week.

Great experience. Had a clog and a leak--resolved fast and inexpensively. The Pipe Doctor (a nice couple in our area) went above and beyond in cleaning out, explaining, and maintaining various aspects of a complicated system that had built up over multiple additions and years of changes at our house before we got it. They had all sorts of helpful suggestions as to how we could fix various problems as they arose in the future. Thanks so much!

Cesar and his team repaired our main water line in our 60 year old house. By using a mole they ran new pex line into our home. No more leaks and no more high water bills! They are really competative on price and do really good work!

His bid came in the middle of 3 bids price wise - all within 15% of each other. He was prompt, personable and left our property pretty neat/clean for what wasn't a neat or clean job. Good guy as he let us pay 50% of job over a few weeks. He can be a little bit rough w his language, but would def recommend.

All pipe bursting is expensive, and was hoping it would have been much cheaper. But no toilets really isn't an option.

Sam came out to our business to diagnose a water pressure issue. I was blown away by the responsiveness. He got here in under an hour from my first call. Really appreciate Sam and A-List!

Thanks to Isaiah, Luke, and Raul for replacing a faulty hot water heater and treating the water damage that resulted from the leak. Isaiah also check for other leaks (none found!) at my request. Raul and Isaiah were super patient in answering my many questions.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
