The sewer system in Seattle is outstanding. They have now been utilized by us three times, the most recent occasion being for an HVAC repair.

My kitchen sink was not draining properly, and needed the plumber's snake treatment. Deacon was able to dispatch a plumber in one day, and specified an exact 2-hour window. The technician, Dean, called to inform me that he would arrive a little early, and he did so. He described what needed to be done, gave an exact quote, and handled the job very professionally. He was careful to inspect the pipes below the kitchen to insure that there were no leaks. A very well done job. I will engage Deacon again if I need plumbing work, particularly if they can send Dean.

My minor repair was handled very professionally by the technician who was sent, Florin Regus. He completed the repair quickly, pointed out things to watch for in the future, and cleaned up well following his work. Call me satisfied...

The response from the initial meeting, to the completion of the project was excellent. This type of approach to pipe replacement save our community thousands of dollars over open trenching. Samuel Harris took care of replacing the full fill valve and flapper assembly inside the tank today. Did a great job, and also fixed a faulty shut off valve at no extra cost.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
