My girlfriend and I were in real trouble and were working on a tight time schedule. We called the first guy out and he looked at it and left and said he couldn’t do anything because of the way our toilet is set up (we are renters and so we had 0 day in how to fix it). He charged us $75 and left. Great. Then we remembered working with Giovanni and how great he was. We called and requested him and he came out ASAP. He got right to work and was able to diagnose the true problem and help us work on a solution, with our tight time schedule in mind. We will never hesitate to use Beacon as long as Giovanni and his partner (doesn’t really matter who it is as long as Gio is there).

Will was in and out in a flash! Fixed our shower faucet, great work!

Jordan was very professional in his interaction with me. He carefully explained the process as he walked me through the install procedure. He's very thorough to ensure my new heating units were level and set up correctly. Unfortunately, he came across an electrical snag and instead of trying to fix it himself, he stopped and wanted to bring in an electrician to address the odd wiring in my home. Even though it's not complete yet, I'm happy he's confident in his skills that he knows when to ask for assistance rather than fix it himself. He was friendly and chatty while he worked, I appreciated that, it made me feel comfortable with him while I was also working in my home. Thank you!

I have found my new favorite plumbing company! My kitchen sink got clogged so I tried the plunger, drain cleaners, and even got my own drain snake...nothing. The clog was too deep in the pipes. I called Bob Oates late Friday and they they had someone out by 9am the next day. Their names were Henry and Dino. They were very polite and professional. They set up their machine and had my drain cleared in under 5 minutes. I have water again!!! They even tried to put everything back under my sink. In my past experiences with other companies the workers are willing to leave a mess for you to clean, not these guys. They also wore footies and a mask before entering. I was so surprised how quick and efficient they were. I will 100% use this company again and refer them to my family and friends. Thank you Bob Oates Sewer and Rooter!

We hired Drain Pro to do an entire re-pipe of a home built in 1949. They were extremely reliable and professional. I never had that frustration that comes with having contractors in your home. They explained how everything was going to work in detail, and then proceeded to do the job with no surprises or issues. They were jovial and friendly even though they had to spend a week working in what is probably the world's smallest crawlspace. The quote they gave me was more than half of what Southwest Plumbing gave when they were here to replace out water line. I'm very happy we chose to go with Drain Pro Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent experience with Sound Sewer. Todd was very prompt at answering/returning phone calls, early to first appointment, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose multiple problems in the sewer line, and also offered to come back for a re-inspect after the line was cleared.
I will definitely use Sound Sewer again, and highly recommend them to anyone going into a contract on a home purchase, or a seller looking to scope prior to listing etc.

Job was supposed to take three days but it wound up taking two weeks. Although there were some minor setbacks, there were too many days when nobody was here working or someone was only here for a few hours. Including the delays the job was done according to Tyler. one month later see photos attached : I wrote to Tyler: this is what happened as a result of not filling in the dirt properly. Also you can clearly see that the seeding barely grew. I am hoping that you will fix this as it was created by your Company digging it all out. The entire area was flat and grassy before any work was done. You even commented to my husband that you were sorry about how the lawn was damaged from the equipment. Please let me know what you can do. Thanks (Tyler wrote back saying that it's a busy time of year for them and will be a few weeks before he can get back to me to address the situation.) Update : OK, it’s been five months now from the start back in Sept to now Feb. and a worker just shows up here without prior notice. We’ve been promised this for many weeks, but this drop in stuff is very unprofessional. I guess he knew we were past the point of being patient, so he was no longer acting civil or even making eye contact when spoken to. I once again explained exactly how the fence and grounds were promised to be when the job was bid by Tyler. He just mumbled something at me and proceeded to do it his way despite the efforts of myself and my very ill husband to provide simple details to him. I can’t express in words how frustrating this project has been. Like most people, we have lives to lead and expect highly paid and self promoted professionals to do as they promise and as we, the ones who write the check, need them to do the job they commit to in writing. With a very active dog that can’t use our backyard for three months because these guys can’t make a phone call or commitment to fill a dirt hole or sink a fence post properly is absurd. Do you really want your next plumbing emergency repair (or anything) promised to take a certain time, stretched out for five or more months? Or, when it goes badly do you want your desperate emails and calls to go ignored for week after week after week?

We had a smelly shower drain issue, so we scheduled an appointment online to have them check out what the cause of the smell.
They came out on time, ran camera thru drain and sewer line to see any problems. They found no problem and it was just dried out sewer, so we didn't need to repair anything.
They did all these for free!!!!!
Omg... so friendly so nice. They gave us some tips do's and don'ts and amazing hardworking people! I highly recommend them and will use them if we have any plumbing issue!

The reviews about this crew are true, I also had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Sewers for a complete sewer replacement. From Angel initially determining the cause and location of the problem, to offering every option available and on the spot estimating with fair pricing, to delivering on exactly the promise made. Day one, they trenched by hand, in the cramped space under the deck, replaced the root destroyed pipe, and had me back in action by the end of the day. The remaining days also required hand trenching to protect a slope sensitive tree line, and even without requesting it, I watched them take care to not hurt the large primary root structures of the trees, digging under and around them to access the old line, only cutting a few that needed it. This type of care was demonstrated throughout.

Accessing the portion under the house required cutting the slab, and a touch of jack hammering, but before the work began, Austin and Poncho took the time to seal off the rest of the house, as well as some belongings left in the basement. This crew works hard, staying as late as it took each night to finish the days portion of work and get me reconnected, while being receptive to my questions or specific requests. Then, at the end of it all, after back-filling and pouring me a beautiful cement patch, gifting me two new and more convenient clean outs, they literally cleaned my basement better than they found it.

This is a stellar crew, very easy to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these guys.

Nick was prompt, efficient and personable. He identified quickly the parts that were missing from the box of the new faucet I wanted installed. Wasting no time, he turned to installing just the toilet and was in-and-out in no time! Thank you, NIck!

Dan and the team from Weezee's did a fantastic job. This year they have replaced all our old galvanized pipes, replaced our water heater, installed a new sink, pressure reducing valve and misc odds and ends. They were communicative, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Much appreciated!

I came back from vacation and my dishwasher had some standing water. I called Joe and he immediately got back with me about some troubleshooting on it. Thankfully it was just a tripped breaker.
