Bruce from FOX plumbing (or their new name), was very professional and extremely helpful with our clogged kitchen sink!While I think the prices are a bit high, I’m sure it is competitive in this market. Bruce went the extra way and answered all our questions, making me feel it was worth our money.I’d definitely recommend and will use their services again in the future. I especially love that the dispatch fee goes in the final pricing!

Was easy to set up an appointment. Chad Hendrix was the service guy and he was great. Engaging, knowledgeable, candid. Did a great job replacing the old water heater and provided a few tips along the way for the future. Great guy and will def. want him involved in our future work!

This review is for the parking lot - it's a nice overview to watch birds in the wetlands. It would be nice if McKinstry built a sidewalk behind their building so we don't feel like trespassers when we're trying to get closer to the birds.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. REPEAT..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please make sure you compare price with other service providers before you decide to move forward with Beacon. They claim to operate at high expenses with high quality, but also at a high cost to customers. I got a standard replacement of tankless water heater at final charge of $8,231.30. Pictures of bill and devices are attached. Please think twice if you just need a regular service and you may find a much cheaper price somewhere else.After contacting Beacon's customer service line, I asked to be sent an itemized receipt in which they stated they are not a material company and couldn't provide this other than the invoice written up by the technician. Attached hand written invoice and clearly same type of water heater costs $1600 at home depo but Beacon charged me $5400.Please consider twice before you choose Beacon,which takes advantage of customers who need help and push to sell service not necessary needed. You will find tons of similar complaints from BBB regarding over-charge and push sell. Strong evidence indicates their practice fits the legal definition of price gouging in states where it is illegal. Washington State should investigate its licence.

Stay away! I feel like I just invited a crook into my house. First off they charge a $99.00 discharge fee to show up. This is charged if you don't have any work done and also on top of any work you have done, as opposed to having a minimum you must pay that is applied to any work you have done. But the real doozy is that they write crazy inflated estimates that are absurd. And then you are stuck paying 3 times what you should, or paying $108 for nothing ($99 fee, plus tax.) I had a different plumber stop by to assess the problem with our leaky faucet earlier in the week. He told us to buy a new faucet rather than having him fix the existing one and he would fix the emergency shut off valve and change the faucet for $200 to $250. Unfortunately, by the time we got the faucet he was out of town on vacation and we were not comfortable with the faucet running till he got back. So that left us with Puget Sound Plumbing quoting $919.61 for the same job. Needless to say a I gave them their stupid $108 dispatch fee and sent them on their way. I feel like they could make a business out of just traveling around and collecting dispatch fees for crazy estimates and would never even have to do any plumbing. I feel totally taken advantage of and conned.

I was remodeling my master bathroom when the water pipe for the toilet got cut with a sawzaw. Water was everywhere. I called even and he had Norm there in 30minutes on a weekend. He had it fixed in 20minutes. They were super friendly, quick and clean. Thanks for saving my bathroom.

5 star experience all around. I was a bit skeptical because they are a newer company, but I submitted my request on their site and Sharif got back to me the same day. He was easy to communicate with and I was able to get an actual idea of the estimated cost ahead of time, which was very reasonable. He was able to come out the next day and arrived exactly on time. Friendly and efficient, he got my new water pressure regulator installed beautifully and with a warranty. I'm very pleased to have no more drips and also to have perfect water pressure again. So refreshing to have someone local who I can trust after trying with the big corporate companies. I look forward to future business with Watertite Plumbing. are prompt, perform excellent work and charge fair prices. They clean
up after their work and leave your house in excellent condition. I am
thankful to Will and Dusty for their prompt service in solving our
plumbing problem.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

They are most definitely not available 24/7 for emergency service!! Called Tuesday and the soonest they could come was on Friday to repair two leaking sinks...

Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.
