Best Heating Replacement in Seattle WA

Another high quality service visit from a Fox plumber! Previously, Chad did all our plumbing work on our condo reno and everything was very well done. Today, Rick came to hook up an old gas line so we can BBQ on the deck this summer. Typical of these guys, he was on time, evaluated and described the project, completed the work all very professionally, and was friendly, too. We don't even bother getting other estimates. These guys are great.

The technicians were very professional and took their time to explain the furnace problem I had. They also gave me several options for repair. This is my 2nd time using this company. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again when I have heating or plumbing problems.

Had a clog in my kitchen drain and they showed up in about 1 1/2 hrs. Gato did a great job explaining what needed to be done and gave me the price up front. While I think they are way overpriced, I did get the job done and am happy with the service and explanations I received.

Mark with Pioneer Plumbing captured the situation around my sewer line with his camera, gave me options how to handle the problems that the other company left behind, gave me a fair price to fix it and fixed the problem next day. Afterwards he even helped me to get my money back from the other plumber.

Our plumber (Gavin) was fantastic! He was on time, investigated the leak in our ceiling, identified the issue quickly and repaired the old pipe. He cleaned up nicely and was professional and friendly the entire job.

I'm so glad I found Sharif. Now I have a plumber I can trust. Things that set Sharif and Watertite Plumbing apart:
1. When you call, you're actually talking directly to a plumber (Sharif). No intermediate person who just does scheduling and can't answer any of your questions.
2. Sharif will generally give you an estimate over the phone based on a description and pictures. None of this paying someone $100 just to come out and look at it nonsense. He'll also be honest about what factors that can't be evaluated this way might cause the estimate to change, but generally will stick with his original estimate and that's what you'll pay for the whole job.
3. He will keep in direct contact with you and update you if something's changed his schedule and he won't be able to make it when he estimated he would (no 4-hour windows sitting around at home wondering if someone will ever show up).
4. He'll tell you honestly about the price of different options and the pros and cons.
5. He'll use appropriate urgency to address a problem.

My interactions:
I first contacted Sharif about installing a smart water shutoff. Based on pictures, he gave me an estimate and said what problem might arise that would require additional work. This was totally different than the handful of other plumbers I called, where I spoke to a scheduling person who wanted to schedule a $100 for someone to come by for an estimate. I ended up installing the shutoff myself, but based on my interactions, I knew who I would go to the next time I had a plumbing problem. So when the waterline to my house started leaking, I called up Sharif on a Friday afternoon. He was able to come by that evening and worked in the dark to dig up and identify the leak. We talked through options and what they would cost. Because I had old rusted out galvanized, the whole thing had to be replaced. Throughout the process Sharif was communicative about the work needed and when he'd be doing it, didn't charge more than his original estimate (even when it turned out he needed to also move my interior shutoff), and gave some advice on unrelated plumbing things (like how I could make my sewage extractor less stinky).

Next time I have a plumbing issue, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

Fixer helped me last minute to make repairs in my rental home and they were wonderful! They quickly identified the cheapest and best option to solve the issue, and when we had to pivot they made sure we took an approach that made sure would work for the long term. Truly skilled and they were friendly and helpful :) Will use their services each time moving forward!

My husband and I have had so many bad experiences with water in our homes so naturally when our main shower and bath stopped working we became very concerned. After reading other wonderful reviews on Craftsman Plumming I gave them a call to explain some of the issues we were having. I can't remember her name but the woman who answered my call was so incredibly nice and made me feel very confident that they would be able to fix our problem. I especially love the fact that she gave me all the costs and what to expect up front, I didn't get that hanky feeling like there would be all these hidden fees and a bill at the end that would make you just want to cry. Monty showed up right on time, was very professional and super friendly. He ran through a few scenarios and trouble shot a couple of things. After putting together a quote to replace our whole shower unit he said let me try one more thing just so we exhaust all our other options and bingo! He fixed the problem. Our shower is now working beautifully with no issues. Monty spent a few hours at our home and was great with my 16month old son who kept wanting to play with his tools, he is a great plummer and wonderful human. I would highly recommend Craftsman Plumming and Monty to anyone.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

They were able to come out first thing in the morning to replace our failed hot water tank. The crew was friendly and efficient and cleaned up when they were done.

Extremely unprofessional. Did not meet the scheduled appointment twice and did not even the courtesy to call and update as to why they couldn't come. Will not recommend them!

Evan was friendly and professional. He determined the problem quickly and was able to resolve it same day. I appreciate that he showed me the damaged heating element and explained what was likely to have happened with an improper hot water tank install that had been performed by the flippers I purchased my home from. I am very happy to have truly hot water now, instead of just luke warm! I highly recommend him.

Woke up on a Monday morning to find my shower and toilets clogged. Called them at 6:45AM and they told me all their technicians were currently on a job, but will call me back ASAP to schedule a service. They LITERALLY called me 10 minutes after and had a technician arrive at 9AM that day. The technician, Anthony C., did an AMAZING job and explained the situation to me every step of the way. Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!
