Freakin? Don't call Beacon. I had them come in to repair my water heater while I was deployed overseas; they quoted an igniter repair on my water heater as $1500 parts and labor with a 2 week wait so we just got a new one which ended up being $2800. They instlaled directly on the floor didn't bother to install a pan and didn't bother to reply to have them put one in after contacting them to at least make up it code. Call a local plumber instead.

When I called, I was clear with what I needed, a replacement water heater. I was specific in the type and the size. I was told they would be there the following morning between 8 and noon. At 10:30 I was called and told he'd be late. I asked about the water heater and he said he may not be able to do it today. I said if he can't install it, then there is no point in coming. Then I got a call at 12:30 saying he'd be there around 1:30. When the plumber arrived, he was very helpful and attentive. He gave me a quote (which was higher than other quotes I had received) but he thought he could get one that day from the warehouse. After a fair amount of time draining the old water heater (no fault of his!) I helped him by emptying buckets so he didn't have to call a drainage technician and finish the job tomorrow after adding that to the bill. At the end of the day, I got a $600 water heater from Home Depot for over $3300. Yes, it was on a weekend, but I was clear with what I needed and feel it should have been half this cost. The plumber was great, and if he had his own business I wouldn't think twice about calling him directly. The good: service on the weekend. The bad: gouging and marking up a mediocre water heater.******After suggestion that a follow up would occur to discuss my review, nothing happened. My suggestion is to buy a water heater yourself even if you go with Roto-Rooter. It will save you a 100% markup fee******

I am very happy with this company and with Raman. He was the third quote I got after being swindled and smooth talked by two big-box drain companies with HUGE quotes. Raman said, Here's my quote, better than theirs, I'll have it done right away, done and done. SO efficient and capable and professional. I trust him and DrainPro's hundreds of great reviews. You don't get so many great reviews by not being great!

Burst hose bib stopped Spring yard cleanup. Called O’Neill and they were on-site in under 90 minutes, replacing the hose bib in under an hour, despite the difficulty of working from a crawl space.

Ben’s plumbing (the residential arm of HD Partners) was great to work with. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure we knew what was going on throughout our tankless install. We will definitely continue working with this team on regular maintenance

I don’t know where to start with this review in all honesty.
They displayed some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever experienced. The man who came out to assess the issue made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He is not someone I want back in my home.
I don’t appreciate being a female alone in my house with an angry man who’s a stranger.
Upon arrival he was very agitated, angry, and rude. Things went downhill from there, as I had to interact with him more.
The issue that he needed to fix is some shelving had been put in the garage incorrectly. We have been meaning to remove it but haven’t yet. Well it turns out that the person who put in the shelving had put a nail throw a pipe and it’d finally rusted.
The house I live in is a rental. My landlord had told me he wanted the plumber to contact him directly before any repairs.
The plumber said he needed to call his company and asked me to call my landlord.
Instead I called my husband as he had spoken with the plumber and the landlord about this issue. As, originally, he was going to be home for the plumber but then couldn’t. My husband had confirmed the landlord had told the plumber to directly call him. I told the plumber this.
He yelled at me that he “already had and can’t wait around all day.”
Which is ridiculous because I had heard him on the phone with the company or someone beforehand so he could’ve only called maybe a minute prior. I know time is money but there is a professional way to handle things: 1. Don’t raise your voice 2. There are a million more professional ways to word that.
He then in an accusatory way asked “if I had put up the shelving”. His tone implying you idiot why’d you do this.
We did not put in the shelving and nor did my landlord.
My landlord then called the plumber. The plumber spoke to him in an aggressive, rude, belittling way. Almost as how a fed-up parent who isn’t great at parenting would talk to a child.
I could hear my landlords voice and it sounded calm the whole time.
The plumber also accused my landlord of the nail in the same disrespectful manner. Which I don’t really understand why he cares, maybe it makes him happy to shame other people for mistakes? Who knows? Again, it is fine to address the issue but be professional about it.
Anyway, the plumber and my landlord are on the phone. I can hear my landlord saying he is going to go with someone else for the job.
The plumber raises his voice saying “gooood luuuuuck finding anyone else.”
Which I don’t really get because there are a million plumbers out there but okay?
He then turns to me and all he says is “okay” angrily. Then he stormed off and sat in his van in my driveway for 10 minutes before leaving.

It was a deep freeze right in the middle of the holidays when our water heater started leaking. Jacob was prompt and honest and gave us a quote 50% under a bid from one of the big names that you would recognize. His work was high quality and complete in under 24 hours. Really nice guy, too!
I really appreciated calling, and the person who answers is the guy who's gonna do your work, and he's straight up and easy to deal with. I like helping out a neighbor. The value is especially evident in times like these when many companies won't even come to West Seattle. Thanks again!

I use Knockout Plumbing for both my workplace and my home. Silas and Colin are amazing. They are reasonable and also made sure to inform me of the problems at hand and the solutions. I will be sure to use them again and again for all my piping needs.
