When I called Fox Plumbing for an appointment to repair a leaking pipe in my garage, they sent over a plumber right away. He was courteous and looked for the most cost-efficient way to provide a fix. We will continue using this company in the future.

Bathroom drain was plugged and wouldn't drain. Alex saved the day and cleared the drain and installed a new sink drain. When the new drain kept leaking he fixed it. He was professional, polite, and patient.

McCoy was prompt and professional. The work was done as quoted and executed correctly. Follow up work was neeed the next day and it was done promptly and at no charge. He did a great job wo rk ing with and training his apprentice, Eric. I would use Beacon again... hands down.

service was good , they show up on time , complete the installation smoothly , but the way they charge me for sending a second man I don't see it as a fair deal , about 600 dollars extra is something that should be discussed with costumer upfront , and shouldn`t be a surprise .
I hope they will consider that in future and inform costumer of all charging details .

This has been a very trying and frustrating process. I've had three techs come out after having to cancel the first appointment because the tech couldn't make it until 9pm when my appointment was from 4-6pm, but not able to do anything due to things needing to be pumped out first, which I informed them of when I called earlier this week. However, the last tech, William, was incredibly kind and forthcoming with information.

Ridgid Plumbing is a top notch company. I wouldn’t use anybody else for my plumbing needs. They are professional, prompt, honest, and reliable. They have been to my house for 3 different plumbing issues, all in the back corner of my crawl space. Armin and George did a stellar job getting my new sump pump installed. They are friendly, easy to talk to, and are good people. I highly recommend them.

Jim Dandy quickly dispatched a plumber to our house after our kitchen sink backed up. Tim arrived on time and quickly cleared a secondary pipe clog. He made the whole process easy and pain free. We would recommend Jim Dandy and their excellent plumber Tim to anyone.

Very compatible time and money.

I had my tv mounted along with a heavy mirror and knife rack hung. Two fixers came out and got everything done quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely be using them again when I need something done.
