Best Garbage Disposal in Seattle WA

Bobby came out and had our main line cleared in less than an hour even though we didn't have easy clean-out access. He was personable and polite. Price was reasonable too. This is my third good experience with Fox, and I will call them again.

Showed up quick and didn't charge for work they didn't need to do. Highly recommend, as they could've easily charged a fee to show up.

Had a split pipe under our deck that needed repair. Dean, the technician, was super thorough in his explanation of options as well as the repair of the pipe. We'll definitely use Beacon again and hope Dean is the one who shows up.

This is the third plumbing company we’ve had out to our house since we bought it last Sept, and we finally have a winner! Pioneer was originally recommended by our real estate agent, but when our hot water tank failed eight days after we bought the house, Pioneer couldn’t come out for over a week. Since we obviously couldn’t go that long without hot water, we went with another company that could do the work in a couple days. While we now have an on-demand system, it was installed improperly and had to be fixed again – yikes. So when we had a subsequent pressure problem, we called a different company. The problem was resolved, but the plumber was very salesman-y for some additional work. When our disposal stopped working, I decided it wasn’t urgent and I’d wait for Pioneer to send someone out. So glad we did. The plumber quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained to me what happened, and told me the disposal was otherwise fine after unjamming it - saving me what I thought would be a pricy replacement. He was respectful, helpful, and punctual. Would definitely call Pioneer again first.

This appointment was scheduled for Friday between 12-4 pm, called at 11:45 am to say they wouldn’t make it out, Rescheduled for Saturday between 12-4 pm again was told I would be first on that time frame, received call at 4:15 pm saying they would again not make it out. They wanted to Reschedule for Monday - I work, so scheduled me for Sunday between 8-10 am said I was first again on the schedule, received text message to confirm appt at 8:10 am, another test saying my Technician Ali was on his way would be 30-45 minutes, received a call about 8:45 am saying the text messages were an error, they didn’t have anyone until 12 pm to come out and again was told I would be the first on that time frame - I have used Roto Rooter in the past and it was awesome, not sure what in the world has happened now. Honesty is the best policy, if you cannot schedule and be on time, don’t say you can. Offer another company if you cannot meet your job expectations. Not sure I will ever use them again.

I had a great experience with this company. Armin was able to come out the same day when I called for an estimate and was very responsive. I was able to schedule very quickly and get the work done asap at a reasonable price. Armin was very upfront and honest and did not try to upsell anything which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend Ridgid plumbing!

Came to troubleshoot my instant hot water tank. Ultimately the tank did not trip or malfunction during their visit. They gave me some suggestions on how to resolve and didn't charge me the service call fee.

The Bob Oates technician that came out did a great job. He was helpful, knowledgeable and fair. He quickly identified the problem with our drain and realized an old pipe needed to be replaced under our sink. He took care of it the same day. Bob Oates was referred to us by a friend and we would definitely recommend their services to others.

They did the job alright but I was a bit fast to accept the service. The price they charge for replacing a garbage disposal is over $1,000. Even with a quality disposal comparative disposal installations were $400-600 dollars. I was embarrassed when My brother said he would of done it for free... don’t know what their justification was for such a high price...

He replaced out kitchen faucet and 2 water valves under the sink. He was about 1/2 the price of the other quotes. And he has a very high attention to detail, does things right. We're super happy with what he's done.

I don't need a plumber very often but he's now definitely the 1st person I'll call.

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

Great experience both times I had O'Neill help me with a repair. The plumbers appeared to be experts in their field and were very courteous and friendly. The pricing appears to be fair and the job was done right. I will use again.

Sharif came the next morning after we called him and installed the water line for our fridge. He worked very quickly and cleaned up after himself. Happy to report my fridge makes ice again! He was very friendly and professional and charged a very fair reasonable price. I will definitely be calling him again when i need plumbing assistance, i highly recommend his services.
