Best Fix Water Leaks in Seattle WA

Awesome customer services from the initial call to the direct services (Carl) did an outstanding job!

We called Bob Oats because we had a leak that we believed was under the floorboards and in the crawlspace. It turned out that the leak was in the wall and was draining below the house.

The technician was polite and professional. He located the leak. Repaired the problem, clean the area and took away the debris.

Aside from the circumstances, the experience was good. We would and will call Bob's for future plumbing needs. Hopefully, planned work.

They came out 30 minutes after I called and quickly and efficiently resolved the problem we were having without toilet. Both of the men who came were great and they provided up front costs and options.

My water bill was going through the roof so I called out a plumbing company named Roto router that took me to the cleaners for a couple thousand dollars and didn’t even fix the leak! Don’t ever call Roto router ever they are rude and so expensive and then did not do the job at all. My experience with Clearwater was totally different totally! They showed up exactly on time very personable, Great smile and actually spoke English not that I’m not a fluent in 48 other languages LOL but he’s the first one of 32 were from rotor router that spoke my language which was refreshing and he was knowledgeable told me what he thought it was and he was exactly right. He said it was going to go outside and see what he could find and within 20 minutes he was back at the door telling me it was all fixed I could not believe it all fixed the meter was not running at all with the leak and he told me I had been leaking about 700 gallons per day per day! Incredible what a waste thanks Roto router for running my water bill up another $300 by not fixing anything. Thank you to Clearwater for fixing things Alderwood Water came out and checked the meter no leaks no leaks no leaks no leak. Don’t hesitate to call Clearwater they are the best! Absolutely the best!!! Thanks Clearwater!

I had my tv mounted along with a heavy mirror and knife rack hung. Two fixers came out and got everything done quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely be using them again when I need something done.

Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

Justin came to fix our multiple valves in the house. Some were not working and some leaking. He did a great job on providing reasonable quotes and professional fixes. Amazing, wonderful service by Tristan. He installed a new tankless hot water heater that was in quite a tight space. His work looks beautiful which is a strange thing to say but it really does - the copper piping and just they way he was able to configure everything looks amazing. I will definitely be using them again for another project I have coming up. I cannot recommend this company, and Tristan specifically, enough.

As my first experience having to call a plumber, I must say, I can't believe how easy Shane made this! He sent me a message before I even woke up for the day, asking for details. He was able to provide a quote based on additional detail and pictures I texted him. Then he was able to squeeze in my appointment that morning! Showed up to the house with a smile and ready to tackle the problem. Shane's energy was great - funny, honest, trustworthy, easy-going. The total bill was easy to digest, which is another plus. PJ helped me replace the cartridge in the leaky shower head. He was on time and very professional. He explained me the problem and the charges required to fix the problem. He answered my all questions and repaired the leak in 10-15 mins. Really impressed and will recommend PJ to everyone.

Called these guys first thing in the morning because my renter notified me the gas hot water heater wasn’t working. They came out that afternoon and got it going after discovering it was just the pilot light. Didn’t even charge me! Great honest company with impeccable customer service.
