Best Electric Water Heater Replacement in Seattle WA

They did a good job in switching my Kitchen Faucet. The guy is nice, gentle and hardworking. Even though I've broken the faucet badly to try to switch it myself, the guy still tried his best to work it out.

Hired this company to do a drain cleaning due to a clogged drain. They came 5 days ago, did the drain cleaning (only about 1 foot of blockage), charged $550. Drain is completely clogged again, (they didn’t go far enough as we’ve had this problem before) and when I called to see if they could come back to fix it since it wasn’t completed, they said they would have to charge an additional full service charge for this. Went with a much better company instead! Would not recommend using them.

I was able to have Arash (owner) from Ridgid Plumbing within 30min of calling at our home for a Free assessment of our issue. He was patient knowledgeable. He was able to have have it replace 2 days later by Armini and Sina. Armini and Sina had the new tankless up and running in no time.

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!

Dionte and Sam, came out on short notice, snaked our pipe and pulled a load of hair out of our drain. What once was standing water is now flowing better than ever... literally, I don’t remember the bathtub draining tgat quickly. Very please with their work and Beacon Plumbing.

Our garbage disposal gave up on us and started leaking last night, rendering our kitchen sink un-useable. I called Seatown, because I saw their van driving in our neighborhood the next morning. Spoke with Rosaline, hoping to get a same-day appointment. She was quick to understand our situation, and inquired some technicians in the field for their availability. However, the earliest availability was 1 week away. As our situation was more urgent, I thanked her for her help. About 5 mins later, she called back and let me know one of their technicians could fit us in between 12-2pm the same day! Mitch and Saiff showed up within the arrival window. They were professional, efficient and polite. Our garbage disposal required to be replaced as we were expecting. They gave us options, estimate and quickly partnered up in the job. Replacement was done within an hour, and our kitchen sink is back in business with a much quieter garbage disposal now! They cleaned up the area under our sink, and took the old one away so we didn't have to worry about recycling or properly disposing the old equipment. After the job, my husband inquired about potential maintenance work for our tankless water heater. Mitch took a quick look at our situation, talked us through some options, and sent us an estimate via email shortly after departure. We highly recommend Seatown for their high-quality work, and we look forward to working with them again for our future needs!
