Best Electric Water Heater Replacement in Seattle WA

Couldn't be happier! I had them install a new water heater. They were knowledgeable, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job with the installation. I was so impressed, I had them back out twice - once to service my furnace and then again to hook up a gas grill. Did a great job on both of those too. I highly recommend them.

Worst service! They wanted to charge 2,000 to fix our faucet on the side of our house. They tried to charge us 2500 to fix our air conditioner turns out what they said it was that wasn’t even the problem. They put the wrong amount of coolant back into our air conditioner. They either have no idea what their doing or just try to get you for every dime they can. If I could of given 0 stars I would.

Arash is super responsive, showed up on an emergency issue with an hour, though he was tired from another job and it was late evening, stayed to fix and make sure everything was stable before leaving. Will definitely use his services for all my plumbing issues

Jim Dandy is one of the best plumbing companies in the Seattle area. They are always reasonably priced and have a high standard of work.

James and Kyle were a wonderfully responsive team! They searched the house for any issues with all my pipes and plumbing. They found an issue that I didn't know existed, a broken drain pipe under my kitchen. They clearly explained what was involved in fixing it. They were responsive and quick.

I also had an additional problem of unknown origin that occurs at night. My house hums intermittently. James really tried to figure it out. He even loaned me a water main key to see if it was changing water pressure during the night.

The dispatch staff at Craftsman are great. Amanda is friendly, responsive and smart. Montory is a dream. He is professional, friendly, smart and was thoughtful about the job. He answered all my questions so kindly. Cleaned up all his work and was cheerful all day. Would use Craftsman again in a heartbeat.

Evan went out of his way to get us a new hot water heater with very little notice. He arrived on time completed the job and cleaned up. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him.

2 Sons Plumbing techs showed up on time, were very professional, personable and accommodating and did a really clean installation. Tyler also gave me good advice on which water heater to go with. Even though they carried the one I had in mind, he convinced me that the 'second runner up' I had considered was actually a better choice based on his personal experience with which brand had fewer failures. Great experience all the way around.

Noticed last night on a whim that my water heater was leaking! Started freakin, so I called…you know the rest. They answered on the first ring and it was 10pm! They were here in 15 minutes and took care of everything! David and his partner were professional, courteous and polite. Everything was “no problem” and “yes Sir”. They were spectacular. Solid, top notch company. They care and it shows.

I had a nearly busted shower valve that needed replacing. They were quick to assess it; give me an estimate; schedule and execute the repair. I am very pleased with the service and they were also very mindful of my cat, which is nice.

I woke up to water under my my kitchen sink- never a good thing! I called Shane and he gave me my options after seeing my photos. Within 24 hours of my first call, I had a new garbage disposal installed u see the sink and no more wet!! Thanks for the fix and thanks for making it easy!

I had a leak within our walls and called Fox. They came out right away and repaired it, as well as some other minor problems. Also, I had them walk me through preventive maintenance to help to avoid similar situations in the future. Recently, I needed a new furnace, which was installed quickly and easily in one morning!
