Best Drain Leak Detection in Seattle WA

After Fox plumbing came out to fix a leak in my toilet last year, they installed what they said was a jumbo wax ring to fix the problem. The toilet continued to leak and the team was dispatched again, where they found that they didn't tighten the toilet back on well enough. A few months later, the same toilet is leaking and now has caused thousands of dollars of damage to the floor and ceiling.This has been such a disappointing experience and I will definitely not be calling them again for any future plumbing problems.

Just to be clear, this emergency plumber provides the greatest service in the area. Even at an odd hour, they dispatched their staff right away to drain a very problematic pipe for me. I'm really appreciative of their prompt response!

I would give Stephen Larson 10 stars if I could. I called Stephen because I had a backed up basement toilet, bath and laundry room. I had two other plumbers out to the house the day before, both of whom were unable to get a camera or snake to the clogged area of the line to diagnose the problem properly. After asking around, another plumber who was too busy for my emergent issue referred me to Stephen at Pioneer Plumbing, and told me he was the Inspector Gadget of the plumbing world. I called and left Stephen a voicemail, he promptly called me back, and was at my house within an hour of talking to me. He was able to get his camera to the clogged area within minutes of arriving, assessed the situation quickly, and then got the line cleared. I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, positive attitude. I am very thankful for his years of experience which enabled him to solve my sewer line problems quickly and efficiently. He will be my goto plumber moving forward.

I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with everything about the service I received, I felt like I had to write something about this. I will be referring Pioneer Pluming & Sewer to everyone I know moving forward. You should be using them too.

My recent experience with home repairs has not been good. So imagine my delight when not one, but two of RotoRooter service calls last week brought competent, friendly, polite plumbers to my door. The first day, Pejman arrived to clear out a kitchen drain that my partner and I had tried for months to unclog. He was professional and helpful in the extreme, leaving me with a supply of enzymes to use and advice re small wire mesh drain plugs that I have bought and found to be wonderfully useful in preventing bad stuff going down my drains! Pejman connected me to Sergei for help the next day after discovering a more serious leak. Sergei arrived on schedule and tackled a very difficult job with ingenuity. He worked diligently to replace a faulty pipe and improve the outflow, all though a small opening behind the kitchen sink! He cleaned up the area better than anyone else saying how much he loved his work since it helped people. I would heartily recommend RotoRooter to anyone who needs some experienced and efficient folks to diagnose a problem and perform the repair. Pejman then called back the next day to make sure all was well. INCREDIBLE!!!

I called them on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment for Sunday to fix a leak in what we thought was the main pipe from our home to the hot water heater. They called with a cancelation and they were able to come out the same day! Rick showed up, reviewed our issue and it turned out it wasn’t the main pipe after all and would be an easy fix. He was very informative and helpful. He was able to work with me on the cost of the repairs too and got right to work. Everything was finished in just over an hour! Where do I start...I hired Clear water to locate a small leak between the meter and my house. Simon came out and found the spot for me. I told him I was going to dig it up and attempt the repair myself..Simon told me that after I could see the pipe to call him and he would either bring the parts I needed or fix it himself.
The leak was under a 3 ft tall landscape hill...I called 811 and they located my power, right next to the water (of course) so no machines could be used to dig...6 hrs of digging and I found the pipe had been encased in a large tree root over the years...I called Simon...He came out the next day, a Sunday on labor day weekend! 4 hrs of cutting away the root and he got the pipe fixed.
Simon did not charge me anymore than the standard hourly rate...No massive holiday rates...No taking advantage...Simon fixed the pipe because he would not quit when it seemed pointless...He save me thousands in not having to install a new service...Hire Simon and Clear Water leak detection he works hard and is honest!

I called him for an estimate and I agreed with it. He said he can schedule me in two days. I said great but before he left come back and said he felt bad for me and decided to do the job. It’s kind of late already and still did the job. What a good heart. Thank you Zoltan. God bless.

I had him install a dishwasher and 2 toilets. The dishwasher shorted out underneath, and left evidence of it burning. The pro's who came after him said I should report him for the poor job he did. I'm thankful it didn't start a fire. One of the toilets is fine. The other is wobbly, and I need to yet another person in to fix that. In light of the service I got, I can't recommend him.

It went great. Were able to come in on short notice, showed up on time and got the job done. What more could you ask for. They are going right on my list of people to hire again.
