Jeremy was very helpful in answering my questions and I appreciated his directness. It’s a shame that the plumbers are not provided sufficient basic tools to do their job to the best standard- large holes had to be made in my walls for visibility instead of having a scope on hand.

Jesus and Bryan were on time, responsive and helpful. They also told us what the fix they’ve done. We have used beacon earlier and will use them again if the need arise.

Technician tried jetting drainage pipes from our gutters (water was pooling near our foundation) and he wasn't able to clear them. We paid for the full hour of jetting ($600!), but he only spent 15-20 minutes trying to clear pipes. Shouldn't this be pro-rated?Called to complain about an hour after he left because I was stewing. Roto Rooter said a dispatcher would be calling and they would send another technician to try again when they became available. Didn't hear anything for 4 hours and called back to check. The dispatcher I talked to said that the soonest he could get somebody out would be Monday, but changes are it could be even Tuesday (it was Saturday....). I told him no matter how many days it took, I still wanted to somebody to come out and try again. He kept repeating himself, almost like he was trying to convince me to give up. Sorry, but for $580 I am not going to give up.Sunday - dispatch calls at 11 and says they can have someone out momentarily. The technician shows up and I explain the situation (nobody filled him in on anything). He says he needs to talk to his supervisor before trying the jetting again. Goes to his van for awhile and makes the phone call. Comes back out and says that he has been granted permission to work for free (sorry, but I already paid...this isn't free). He actually works for a full 45 minutes and manages to clear one of the 4 problem areas. Woohoo! Finally some progress. If I was just reviewing the 2nd technician, I would probably give a 3 star rating. However, overall I couldn't believe:1) The price for an hour of jetting ($580.00 including tax for an hour) - that is crazy!2) The first technician's lack of service and professionalism - I felt more unsatisfied with this visit than any other service I've ever requested in my life3) The service and attitude from the dispatcher - he literally was trying to get me to give up on getting something for the large amount of money I dished out.

The owner came out himself to look at our water leak. He worked with our budget, gave us an estimate, and replaced our pressure reducing value right then. Happy to do business with him!

Excellent service and professional work. Bobby was able to refer me to another contractor to do some tile work to complement his plumbing. He replaced my toilet, found me a superior sink faucet, and found a way to work with my existing plumbing to replace leaky bathtub faucets.
He was prompt, good at calling to notify of arrival time estimates, helpful in explaining options, and all around a great worker. He understands the dictates of budget and offers a senior discount. Call Bobby T's! [He was recommended by a friend and neighbor. She was right!]

We contacted SF after our home inspection sewer scope revealed a crack in the sewer line. Rob and Jaime were committed to answering all of our questions via email and phone (we had more than a few!) ahead of the repair. Adam and Kevin completed our job and they did so in stellar fashion. There is little doubt that Friendly is part of this companies name. Even our neighbor commented, “Those guys were great! So fast too.” Happy to provide this company with a five-star review!

Drew is great! Both times I needed help, Drew made sure I understood the analysis done, reasoning of each recommendation they made, and was very transparent with the pricing. I'm pretty sure I'll come back to Drew or any of the apprentices they recommend for my property!

Joe is a fantastic plumber. He came to my house and fixed all my problems with my disposal, dishwasher and air gap. Everything worked perfectly after he was finished. It was easy to make an appointment with his wife Sally, he arrived on time, knew exactly what to do and got it done quickly and at a great price. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did. Several months later I had a major water leak after the a big box store dishwasher install and I couldn’t use my kitchen sink. The store couldn’t get anyone out for four days! I called Joe, sent him some pictures of the leak, he diagnosed it over the phone, explained what was going on and got it fixed for me within hours. What he did was way above and beyond any of my expectations and I was so grateful. So not only is Joe a great plumber, he is a wonderful human being and will always be my go-to plumber!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.
We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.
Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Called Beacon to come snake my drains in my house where reno work is going on; kitchen and bathroom. No sinks or toilets installed, dry wall missing as well.
Brent C and Kyle came out to do this.
Speed of arriving and friendliness - A
Speed and professionalism of service - A
Costs - D
I realize that there is a cost for convenience, but the total cost for snaking out the drains was $900+.
While the speed and service was great, I would not use them again as the cost was way too high in my opinion.

My sewer line was backed up, and I couldn't run any water without it coming out of my basement drain. I called Mr. Rooter at 10AM on Sunday morning, and they had a plumber out to me by 1PM that day. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he was planning to do to fix it, and cost breakdown. Their prices were absolutely fair for services provided (you have to remember that it generally costs companies at least $200 just to roll a truck equipped with a professional, parts, and tools). Thanks Mr. Rooter!

I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! When I asked Tyler to check another issue, he gladly did so. In total, he took care of two issues within 30 minutes! Thank you TPJ!

Our sewer main line backed up last Friday at 5pm. Trisha and Josh were kind enough to come out that evening to help solve the issue. Unfortunately, the 70 year old concrete line had collapsed in on itself. They scoped it and showed me the damage and were able to locate exactly where the break was. They showed up first thing the next morning (Saturday) and replaced the broken section of pipe in just a few hours. I highly recommend The Pipe Doctors!

Very positive experience - Jeff was the tech who came to our house and he was very friendly and professional. Did a great job of showing/communicating the issues and making sure I understood extra work he was recommending.

I called Bee’s based on online reviews and compared with another larger company. I decided to go with Bee’s. Zach was my first point of contact. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions, even when I called back the second time with more questions. Bee’s gave me a 4 hour window as opposed to some other companies that may keep you waiting all day. On the day of service, I was called an hour ahead of arrival, which was wonderful. Julio and Carlos arrived right on time. They prepared the estimate and once I agreed went straight to work. They were both very professional and friendly. I had a water heater, garbage disposal and toilet installed all within 4 hrs. They worked extremely clean and explained everything. I am am so happy that I chose Bee’s, grateful to the gentlemen and highly recommend Bee’s for your repairs or next home project!
