Very happy with the service. We had a leaky faucet over the weekend and needed a plumber asap. Drew was friendly and efficient and solved the issue on the spot with a part he had available in his truck.

I used Rigid plumbing to fix my water heater and install a water heater. I called 4 plumbers, none would make it out and my water heater was actively leaking. He came quickly, fixed the water heater within an hour and installed my mixer. Shortly afterwards my house lost water pressure, and I texted him just to see if there was anything i could check. That same day he came out and checked and realized the screens in the mixer were clogged (due to rust from the water heater) and showed me how to remove & clean them. Great timely service, would use again.

Booked an appointment for various things around the house like hanging photos, repainting a wall, etc. Took the day off work, cleared all the surfaces and pulled the furniture from the wall Picked a 3-4pm arrival window, and at 3:50 they texted to say that they weren't coming and they'd auto-booked me for Monday morning at 9am and offered me a discount. Only a recorded customer service message at the number and only a text message asking me about the new slot. Really poor service

I found all of the representatives of Sewer Friendly with whom I spoke or interacted to be professional, courteous, and responsive. The on-site repair people did a thorough inspection, limited their work to what I needed accomplished, and did a good clean-up following completion. I had two other companies inspect and bid the job, one of which inflated the project to include unnecessary and costly work and the other of which performed a superficial inspection and then never provided a bid proposal. Sewer Friendly was the class act.

The City of Seattle requires an annual testing of backflow assemblies to protect drinking water from backflow-related contamination. HD Partners Plumbing & Heating, Ben Foster in particular, performs this annual service for us. He is excellent, trustworthy, and highly skilled. He is always available to meet testing deadlines. He repairs and retests our backflow assembly and submits the report to the City of Seattle to ensure we are in compliance. He is a very competent professional. I recommend this firm highly.

Anthony was on time and gave a great report for the sewer line inspection and additional information about the city sewer update done four years prior. In-depth knowledge of the area. I would definitely recommend.

After a local Bremerton based company had given an estimate which involved excavating most of my yard and tearing up an entire fence to get at only a section of the failed sewer pipe I decided to explore other options. This happened right in the middle of the holiday season so it was even less convenient than it could have been. It turns out that nobody on the Kitsap Peninsula does trenchless pipe repair (I searched for days). I found Budget Sewer via Angies list and Paul agreed to come over to Bremerton to do the job using trenchless technology, saving my yard, fence, side walk, and garage.

When Paul came out to do the estimate it was extremely straight forward. Be ready for a thick Irish accent on the phone, might be a little tough to make out every word but he is a good guy and they do major sewer line replacement and relining for a living. These are not your average Joe plumbers. That became very apparent when they started the job. The crew (3 guys plus Paul) were out the next day (New Year’s Eve) all the way to Bremerton to knock the job out with purpose. The guys are Pro’s, I can’t stress that enough. One of the guys on the crew had been doing trenchless pipe repair with Paul for over 10 years.

The job involved two ~7ft hand dug holes, one just outside the house and one in the floor of my garage. New pipe was pipe bursted into place between the two holes and then connections were made to the house and the city sewer lines. The city inspector made the final inspection around noon and the holes were filled and concrete was patched in the garage by 2pm with them headed off to catch the next ferry back to Seattle. It seriously looks like nothing ever happened. Total Pros!

I contacted Simple Plumber to replace some leaky valves underneath my 20-year old sinks. They gave me advice on how to fix the issue myself and saved me a lot of trouble. Thanks!

Called Brian for a last minute small plumbing job. He got back to me quickly. Communicated clearly with text and cell. Did the work properly and left a clean space after. Pricing was great, no gauging, honest and upfront. Took payment via Venmo. He is very knowledgeable with older Seattle homes and the quirks that come along with them.
All in all, a very positive experience. A satisfied and future returning customer.

Evan and his team did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and provided excellent service. I would HIGHLY recommend their service. I called after having a bad experience with another company who told me that my water heater needed to be replaced. Turns out it was an issue with my gas meter. So glad I called ProMax!

More painful than it should have been …Had an underground leak on incoming CW line. Would have been nice if the coordinator informed us that on the phone that the tech was not allowed to dig near other utilities. Had to go without water for the weekend while we dug it out ourselves. When they came back we debated whether PEX or copper was better for repair of an underground incoming copper line but he could not give me a good answer why PEX?- I think this guy just didn't want to work that hard. He didn’t even have enough solder for this small job and had to go the hardware store. When I compared prices for this fix with other local plumbers I could have paid about 150-200$ less. Definitely calling someone else next time.

Had Anthony out from Zesbro and he replaced my garbage disposal after it stopped working all of a sudden. He came out, looked at it and figured out that it had rusted out and wasnt good anymore. He gave me a price to replace it and had the whole job done in less than an hour. Would defintely use them again and will let my friends as well.
