Waste of time and money. Had an electrical issue with one light and hired Beacon to come and take a look. The electricians came, pretended to check the ceiling light. They used a high voltage meter to check on a low voltage outlet. And when I asked them to do it properly with a meter that could actually check the voltage, they appeared irritated then brought out a proper meter. Then, without doing much additional work, they said that all my pot lights needed to be replaced. They couldn't really tell me why.. just proposed that as a solution to a problem that they didn't investigate. The whole thing felt like a scam, so I paid them their $75 show up fee, and sent them away. Won't be using this company.

The office staff & on-site technician Josh C. are great and got the job done. They deserved 5 Stars for their service. However, The labor it's very expensive. $285 to remove/reinstall the toilet. $815 to replace the wax ring and $1000 to snake the clogged pipe. Total $2000+ to unclog a toilet drain pipe. I'm in the wrong line of work.

I was remodeling my master bathroom when the water pipe for the toilet got cut with a sawzaw. Water was everywhere. I called even and he had Norm there in 30minutes on a weekend. He had it fixed in 20minutes. They were super friendly, quick and clean. Thanks for saving my bathroom.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Responsive, thorough, and reasonable pricing - we had a drainage issue and fischer was able to come out same day. Kirsten was extremely helpful coordinating and the plumber they sent (Jon) was efficient and thorough. He walked us through what the issue was, how it happened, and how long it each step was going to take. For sure going to be our regular plumber. Thank you!!!!

We had a great experience with Fischer plumbing thanks to the plumber named Sean. In fact, he clued us in to the fact that since we live on the ground floor of a 4 story condo, it probably was the fault of people above us that our drain was clogged with hardened grease. It meant then that the homeowner's association would pay for the plumbing costs. Yay, and yay for Sean. If we have work for a plumber we will ask for Sean for sure.

Everything was great except the price. We talked about everything that needs to be done and I was given the estimate price (after tax) of $2200. However, at the end I had to pay $ 2670 which was way different from the original Quote.

Zoltan quickly and effectively fix some leaks I was having in my bathroom, charged a reasonable price for his work and now my home is leak free.

We have had very good experience with Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating. Our water heater broke and we lost both heating and hot water. So we found them online. The scheduling was smooth. Brandon and another guy (sorry did not get his name) showed up on time (8 AM) and evaluated the issue very thoroughly. He then proposed 4 solutions and explained the difference with patience. We ended up deciding to replace the old water heater with a tankless solution. So they went back to get the machine, pipes, and other parts. They were back before noon and worked 8-9 hours straight to get the job done. At the end, the new heater and all the connecting pipes looks great. They did test, explained how to use the heater, cleaned up the garage nicely, and made sure we asked all of our questions. Overall it was very pleasant and easy to use their service, and we were glad to have heating and hot water back.

They did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the problem. The price seemed fair given the extent of the work. And they cleaned up afterwards, which showed me they really care about their work. I highly recommend them.

I had Seatown come diagnose and resolve issues with my septic alarm. They completed their work professionally and the quality of work completed is high. I took off a star because the septic alarm went off the next day and upon my investigation I found that the technicians had turned off the breaker powering my septic pump and didn't turn it on again before leaving. Without the new alarm in place, it would have overflowed.

Corey came with the right toliet. He installed it right away and it works great. Thanks again to Fox plumbing with the right fix for a plumbing problem.

I needed a small fix that turned out to be either a very expensive but unnecessary undertaking (we could rip the walls apart if you want to totally remove it) or a 90 second thing - literally removing an extra fitting to accomplish 80% of what I needed. The tech was clear and helpful, super professional, and took care of it. Another plumbing company quoted me a lot of money for the same issue. Absolutely impressed and they deserve their high rating, will call them first time and every time.
