Best Bathroom Remodel in Seattle WA

We remodeled our master bathroom recently and had the pleasure of working with Patti B at Best Plumbing. She helped us dial in the best cabinets/fixtures to transform our bathroom into a spa like retreat!! We went with Hansgrohe Axor fixtures and cabinetry that reflects our Mission style home. We couldn't be happier with the results, and the stellar service we received from Best Plumbing and Patti!!

Beacon responded promptly to a request for electrical repair services when 3 other companies failed to return calls. Michael Proctor was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He went out of his way to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Roto Rooter, in particular with Mike Oliver. He went above and beyond to help us with a complicated plumbing situation. Can’t thank them enough!

Quick Response, for Small Problem

We had a hose bibb that did not work, and had trouble finding someone who would even respond to calls/email. Then we remembered driving by the Green Planet trucks on Fauntleroy. I submitted a request on their website and got a very quick response with a reasonable quote and upcoming availability - within a few days. I called Friday and they came on Monday (not an emergency for us).

Eeso walked thru the problem with me and had it fixed very quickly - did not even need any parts. He showed me what he was doing in case we had the same (stuck valve stem) problem again.

Green Planet will be my FIRST call next time!

Nic was absolutely fantastic! He actually was the only one who figured out what was causing my $1500 water bill. I had multiple plumbers come out and they couldn’t figure it out but Nic did! It saved me so much time and money. He was upfront that repairing the toilets might not be the most value vs just replacing them. He gave great recommendations for toilets and explained everything so it was easy to understand, since I know nothing about plumbing. He showed up on time and was super courteous the whole time. He also cleaned up everything after which was really nice!

Outstanding Service!! David arrived on time and quickly solved the problem by removing the screw that was wedged in the disposal. He also showed me how to disengage the disposal.

Brian is great!! He came out on a Sunday and fixed our shower faucet promptly. We were still under warranty so there was no charge. I highly recommend Brian.

After a bad experience last time with a different plumbing company, Pinky Plumbing, looking at you: This was a breath of fresh air. Super professional folks - Ryan and Curtis were amazing, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, scheduled it really quickly and had it replaced. Would not hesitate to ever use them if any plumbing needs came along in the future. Highly recommend.

Prima Plumbing was great. I will definitely use them again if the need arises!

The workman was competent and fixed the leaky shower control I about ½ hour. The part was less than $50 and the final bill was over $350.
Obvious price gouging for a service call.
The Timeless Plumbing Office Manager was unable to any details about the billing.
At this time, the owner of the company is to call me.
We'll see.

Jacob came to service our tankless water heater and working with him was excellent. Easy communication, knowledgeable and willing to explain issues and open to discussing other questions about our household plumbing/water drainage. Ready to schedule another project with him shortly. Love that he’s local.

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

Great plumbing service! I expected to have to wait a while to get someone out to my house, but I called on a Friday and got an appointment for Monday. I had a difficult repair on an older house, but they were able to handle it that day. Very satisfied with the communication, service, and quality of work.

calling two big name 24/7 plumbing companies and given the runaround.
I called Joe, he was very polite and knowledgeable, and came out to our

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
