On Saturday (Memorial Day weekend) we had a sewer blockage. We called Beacon who gratefully sent out two plumbers. Ryan and Harry showed up wearing masks. We were grateful for this consideration. Ryan asked many questions to understand the history of our plumbing and get the lay of the land. After the discussion Ryan made the decision to go under the house to get to the cleanout vs coming in the house and removing the toilet. This decision allowed for a better diagnosis of the blockage and how to fix it. Prior plumbers (not Beacon) had taken the easy route. They located our second cleanout and dug it up to provide easy access if needed in the future. When we reached that point Harry was able to leave as we did not need both of them there. Even though Ryan then had to dig up my wife's rose garden he made sure to impact the smallest area as possible and not damage additional plants. We greatly appreciate the thorough job he did, and the hours spent to finish the job. (5pm to 10pm) Ryan really knows his trade and did an awesome job! The price was fair. My wife and I highly recommend them! We are in Everett.

The technician was knowledgable and listened carefully to me about the problems involved. He had the clogged pipe cleared in 10 minutes. He even took effort to clean up the wet floor, etc..... thank you so much for your service!

I called Prima to install some new water lines and a hose bib because they were close to my home. They were super friendly and had a quote and timing to me in one day. They also came out within a few days and not only did a great job, but were very pleasant to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The workman was competent and fixed the leaky shower control I about ½ hour. The part was less than $50 and the final bill was over $350.
Obvious price gouging for a service call.
The Timeless Plumbing Office Manager was unable to any details about the billing.
At this time, the owner of the company is to call me.

Called on a holiday morning with a toilet crisis (it WAS a crisis because we only have one, and it was completely clogged)-- Joe promptly came out and remedied the situation within the hour. Expected a long wait and a hefty bill but no such case. Joe additionally advised us to replace our old, inefficient toilet sometime in the future. Not the first time we've called Raymark and won't be the last.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
