Best Bathroom Fixture Remodel in Seattle WA

Had a wonderful experience working with Best Plumbing. I had a unit in a Belltown condo that quickly needed a new sink, faucet and dishwasher before a tenant moved in. They helped me quickly pick out the pieces I needed and the plumber who installed it was a pro. Sometimes working in high-rise apartment buildings can lead to challenges but he knew exactly how to handle. Highly recommended!

Gabriel was able to come and cap off a pipe for me in my wall same-day. Excellent!

This is the fourth time I have called Beacon with an emergency plumbing or heating issue. After I tried to replace some shutoff valves tonight, the pipe leaked and needed replaced. It was a Sunday night an I called and Paul and Jordan arrived in 20 minutes, did exactly what I needed (I have had this issue before) and did it quickly! Thank you Beacon

Our tech was professional, on time, prepared with masks and booties, and still beeped our number even when we failed to answer the phone. He solved and was finished with the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent work!

Guy showed up hours late, poured some liquid down the drain and refused to find out the underlying problem because taking the garbage disposal apart would be too gross. $500 for 5 minutes of work and it was broke again the next day. You'll find roto-rooter under rip-offs in the dictionary.

Amazing business. Roto rooter declined to repair my sewer line, I called Green Planet Plumbing and they did repair it in a short notice and with a very good price. Recommended them to my friends, and they did jet cleaning of a sewer line, that they were thinking needs a replacement and saved tons of money

Had a tenant somehow unscrew the bathtub drain and call me cause it wont go back in. Being in Alaska, I couldn't take care of it myself as I built the house. I called another plumber first, who was too busy and recommended these guys. That says something right there....

Marcus came out 5 hours after I called, let himself in the house with the hidden key, called me immediately and was a little confused why it would happen. He found the tenant had cross-threaded the drain into the boot, which could cause him to replace the entire drain. He wanted my permission to try to fix it (fix the threads), then if needed, replace the entire drain.

Calls me back 15 min later and says he had success getting the original unit back together, and tried to only charge me there minimum service call. I voluntarily overpaid (pay for what you get people) and including tax was out the door still for just over $100. Crazy happy.

Integrity, skilled and super easy to work with. If I could give 7 stars I would. Marcus could have turned this into a can of worms by just not trying as hard. And he would have made a lot more money doing it any other way than he did.

Ben came to my triplex which had multiple problems - gas, water temp, drainage. Within 2 days he re- fitted water pipes, re-placed a water tub for washing machine, cleaned the sewage line, took a video of sewage line, change a valve on gas line in basement appt. All done to perfection. All debris removed. I highly recommend this plumbing operation and , of course, Ben. Sorry no before and after photos. A new basement. Thank you Ben!

Repiped condo with competence, caring and respect. Accommodated special needs. Patient and answered questions, kept us informed of progress. They were a great team.

Called them after my original plumber fell through. They were able to come out same-day for a ~3 hr job and charged 1/3rd less than the other plumbers I had tried to use. Quick, professional straight-shooters, will call them first the next time I have a plumbing issue!

I am a property manager at a condo association and have used Prima for our needs a number of times and recommend them to the home owners here. They have been on time and do a great job. We are quite a ways away from their office but they always come through.

Steve McCadden was great! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services! He gave us a thorough description of the problem area, best solutions, and gave an honest price range with no surprises. It's been a month or two since he fixed our issue and everything's working as it should.

Sam has been very professional in his work while completely replumbing two bathrooms in our home. He clearly knows his trade and approaches even the toughest jobs with well-founded confidence. He is respectful and is patient when asked questions. Can’t say enough good things about him.

They came out, gave us an original estimate of $600-$900. Then the price went to $3,200 do find a leak on the outside of the house. The last straw was when that said that wouldn't complete the job unless that did it all (from the meter at the street to the back of the house) and that estimate was $15,000.
They dug up trench, then quit the job. They charged us $800 for a half day, didn't back fill. We own several homes in the area, and WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Raymark was highly recommended by Sean Daly to replace our water main. Ty did the estimate and it was very competitive with the others we had received. He explained everything that would be done and the time-frame in which the work would be completed. Those time-frames were actually exceeded. The crew that installed the new main was very professional and punctual. We are very happy with Raymark’s work and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Farid does excellent work. He was flexible and very helpful on my renovation project. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing and drain service

Beware of inconsistent pricing. Second day of work priced $1400 more than was originally quoted. No clear explanation was given and due to their 'inability' to show line-item pricing, I had no recourse. I had to hire someone else to complete the work.

I had a pipe burst in my master bathroom. I called on a Sunday and norm was out on 30 minutes and had the pipe Fixed in 20minutes. They were quick clean and super friendly. Thanks guys you saved my bathroom

Beacon has been my go-to for my plumbing and electric needs. Today I had plumbing and electric work done Steven F from Beacon came out and installed two new USB plugs and replaced three old GFI switches that needed to be updated. (Job 238). Steve was quick and efficient and everything is new and updated. Then Kyle came out and fixed a leaky toilet He did a project that would have taken me hours to complete. Thanks Beacon
