My furnace went out and Fix sent Sean out first thing to look at it. He diagnosed the issue quickly snd explained what needed to be done. After retrieving that part, my furnance was again working!!!!!

Sharif and Watertite Plumber are outstanding. Responsive, professional, and thorough in addressing the various projects we are interested in scoping. In addition to answering all of our questions on project needs, he suggested multiple ways (including more cost efficient options) to achieve our goals. While onsite, Sharif also assisted with a drain clearing that was desperately needed. I'd definitely recommend working with them.

The aerator fell out of our faucet and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I called Knockout Plumbing and they were very responsive and could drop by very fast. Zach was very friendly, courteous, and followed the pandemic protocols. He explained how to fix the problem myself to save time and gave me a great discount since it was such a minor repair!

Called this company to get a quote for a tankless installation. Then it got odd. $99 service fee if I don't do the work? I had to ask again as I was thrown back on that one. The rep said that was correct, if I don't do the work his tech's need to get paid for the time. Then he says all of the company's charge a fee to do a quote. I have a quote from other reputable company and no service charge for doing it. Don't waist your time on them.

Fox provided excellent customer service from the first time I called. I was able to speak to a friendly and informative technician who was super helpful and answered all the questions I had about our ductless units prior to sending someone out for a service call. Chris, the technician that came out for the call was also very friendly and informative, on-time and got our heat working again. I would highly recommend Fox and will call them in the future for any heating or plumbing issues that may arise.

I needed a new hose bib because mine broke off. The owner Sayed and his apprentice were able to come out right away. He went above and beyond, kindly asking me what I needed and giving me time to think about it. He ended up putting a new end piece on my spraying faucet (clearly Im no plumber), clearing a slow drain in the tub, and checking and finding an outdoor faucet that had split in the winter and replacing the pipe. He explained everything, and managed to get done quickly, so I could get back to my day. Now I can say I have my own plumber. Nice to know who to call when a problem arises. Thanks Sayed!
