I open the base cabinet of my sink just to admire how beautifully the job is done - it inspires me to do better at my own projects.People - everyone I've interacted with on the phone and people who came to do work are respectful, friendly, honest, well-meaning, and are pleasant to deal with.Communication - superb. Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. Our Seattle home was built in 1910. It takes a real professional to understand and care for that kind of plumbing. We had an old holly tree's roots make its way into the plumbing, even though the tree had been removed years ago. Sandeep from Roto Rooter not only took care of the blockage, but was so kind and understanding about my worries for this old house. He arrived on time, did not pressure me into purchases that I did not want or need, saved my plumbing and gave great advice for how to move ahead.

The owner came out himself to look at our water leak. He worked with our budget, gave us an estimate, and replaced our pressure reducing value right then. Happy to do business with him!

Our sewer backed up and they quickly and efficiently cleared it by metal snake. We have used them in the past (our sewer has bellies, so it backed up a few years ago, too). I like that they share a video with us of the line, so I know where the bellies are -- correcting them will be expensive, so we've been living with them.

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

Simon was just like what all the reviewers said, knowledgeable. To me the most impressive is his generosity of sharing his knowledge over the phone helping me to diagnose the problem of my difficult mysterious water leaking problem. He tried to solve the problem over the phone with me without any fees and when we decided that it will need a under the slab water detection, he was very clear and up front about his fees and I had no hesitation to agree as the trust has been established. There's no cheaper way to find some complex leaks, like under a concrete slab. And if you need one company to do this, GET SIMON as he is as good as any others out there and most likely better. Plus you will be dealing with the expert yourself, not some dispatchers. I'm very grateful that I found Simon.

Unclogged a pipe in a three story building. They had to put a camera down the drain, gain access into several units, snake from two units, cut through ceiling, cut pipes and re-glue.......hydro-jet the line and unclog the drainage pipe. VERY responsive!

I needed a plumber fast to fix a leaking faucet. I had heard about O'Neill Plumbing on a local home improvement radio show. I thought they might only be interested in major remodel jobs, but that thought couldn't be further from the truth. I called and spoke with a representative named Kellie. She was very nice and professional. Much to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the day I called. Todd and Jordan arrived right around the time Kellie said they would. Both were very pleasant and accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. They made the repair very quickly and with no mess to clean up after. I found the entire service call to be completely satisfying and stress-free. I was looking for a “handyman” to remove/replace several broken AC units that were jammed into small window openings in an old workspace. Now I first contacted the highest rated handyman services on Google and they all declined the job. That’s when I came across Fixer.com.

The web site steers you into making an appointment right there, which frightened me a little because I didn’t want to make any commitments without knowing if they could actually do the work. After some research, I went ahead and booked an appointment. The process was easy – more like ordering food delivery than what I was used to with other companies. There were many options for setting up a day and time (although no weekends yet). After making the appointment, I received a confirmation email and then an hour later, I got an email with a time estimate range for the job. Since Fixer gives you a rate depending on your zip code, I guess you can estimate the cost of the project.

Fast forward to appointment day - Sherrie and Jacob arrived on time; they were very friendly. They looked at the project/space, gave me an updated time estimate and then went to work. When they were done, they left. They didn’t even ask for payment. I got a text and email later with the invoice. I did notice that the actual time taken was over two hours greater than the estimate. But I’m actually ok with that. It was an unusual job so it would be very difficult to calculate how long it would take to complete.

I went to Fixer.com to pay, easy enough. However, there was an option to leave a tip for the “fixers,” with different suggested amounts. That was unexpected. It’s a different model than I’m used to. But I’m totally ok with anything that encourages better service or rewards good service. I’ll just have to account for that in the budgeting stage moving forward. Sherrie and Jacob were very pleasant and I’m extremely pleased with my experience with Fixer.com. I highly recommend them.

The serviceman was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. My refuse disposal was operational in a matter of minutes after he completed his work quickly and effectively. This plumbing company comes highly recommended for repairing waste disposals.

“Welcome to home ownership.” This is my least favorite phrase in the English language. My wife and I are first-time homeowners and are still getting used to various problems and issues popping up that seem to have never affected previous owners. For example, basement flooding caused by some poorly (and illegally) done plumbing combined with record snowfall and three straight days of rain. As soon as I discovered the flooding, I began calling plumbers. I had never used Green Planet before but had passed their offices and noted their focus on being environmentally friendly, but knew little more when I called them. Of all the companies I called, they were not only the only ones who could get to my house before late afternoon that day (which was apparently the busiest day for Seattle plumbers in quite some time), but also the most helpful. I spoke with Tyler, who instantly gave me some suggestions of how I could stop or even just slow the flooding (at this point I had no idea what was causing it). Although nothing I tried was effective, I appreciated that his first priority wasn’t locking in the job but rather helping me solve my problem. The team who came that day, Erroll and Marcus, arrived just after 12:30 and began investigating the problem. Every time they thought they had found the solution, they instead found a new contributing cause to the problem. Regardless, and despite a demanding schedule for the day, they continued to search for not just a temporary stop, but a permanent solution. By the time they had figured out what was causing the flooding and how it could be solved, it was mid-afternoon and things were not getting better. I don’t know how another plumber would have handled this unexpected complication, but I felt comforted when I overheard Marcus on the phone with Tyler, telling him, “We can’t leave him like this.” Sure enough, a one-hour call had become a three-hour call. Unfortunately, the problem could not be fixed that day, but Marcus very clearly explained the cause and the solution, and we were able to schedule service for the beginning of the following week. Even though more rain came, and therefore more plumbing jobs, Tyler and his team were able to complete the job by time they initially said it would be done. Although I had to be at work while they were at the house working, his team stayed in communication with me and were absolutely professional and friendly. They were understanding of my concerns and kept me at ease while they were here at work. When the work was done, they made sure that everything was cleaned up and that our yard was restored to its original condition. I hope we don’t have any plumbing issues in the future, but if we do, Green Planet will definitely be my first (and hopefully only) phone call, and I recommend that they be yours as well.

The folks at Sewer Friendly do excellent work! From Elliott in the office to Rick, Greg, Cameron and James in the field, I was extremely impressed with their honesty, professionalism and hard work. They went the extra mile time after time while repairing our sewer line. At one point, a piece of equipment wasn't working as well as they wanted and minutes later the company owner showed up with a brand new replacement. I highly recommend Sewer Friendly!
