We hired Local Rooter to fix the toilet in my main bathroom the same day and the rent was called shortly after to thank me for finding such a professional, efficient and reasonably priced company. Thank you, local Rooter, for taking care of them!

I saw multiple tv ads for Rooter Hero's $77 drain service that I decided to test them on 4 mainline clean out. I was changing my toilets and wanted to make sure my line was clear to the street. Called 800 number to get receptionist who took my info, sent info to scheduler, who called me to give me 2 hour service window. Later he called back & confirmed early time if okay with me. Two polite & respectful uniformed employees Jose R and Juan R showed up with 100' power snake that cleaned any debris in line! I paid using CC and they were done less than 30 minutes! They both refused tip$ and didn't try to upcharge me for additional services! I was impressed & will use then again!I have used this company 3 more times to snake main lines to street. This time David gave me good advice to make few repairs before call them back.

I called on a Friday at 4pm and Brian was on his way home. He chose to stop and help me out with a free estimate for a water softener system fix and a water shutoff valve even when he was supposed to be off work. He was courteous, nice, and did not hesitate to offer genuine advice and explanations. Would highly recommend Brian and the company, very quick to respond and kind.

I like Roto-Rooter because you don't have to worry about them not doing a good job.

They are very honest, professional, and efficient and I have worked with this company for more than 10 years and I like them very much. I am glad that they even emailed me the statement with photos and an explanation of the cause of the drainage on the same day, so I can clarify the responsibility with my tenant easily. The most recent repair was done on Aug 10th, 2022.

Phil did an amazing job installing a leak detection system at my house. Not only did he come on time and get the job done promptly, he came back out when the unit wasn't working right. Phil contacted the manufacturer and debugged the unit over the course of two hours to determine that it was indeed faulty. The only thing I'm upset about is that they *wouldn't* send me a bill for the second trip out! They went so far above and beyond that paying for the additional time is the least I could do to thank him. It's rare to find someone these days who's willing to stand behind the customer like this. The service I received is truly exceptional and Miracle Plumbing will be my go-to plumber going forward.

The service tech Enzo did a great job and was very professional

Very professional, very personable. Wilber is on top of things. We called him about a failed water heater. He quickly came over late in the afternoon on Saturday to check it out and replaced it the next morning. He offered different options and were ended up getting a larger water tank since we have multiple families living in the house. I recommend this company; I will be using him for all my plumbing woes.

Got a quote for new 50 Gal Bradford White water heater . Cost was considerably higher than 3 other companies I got quotes . Not sure why EVO is so expensive. Was not impressed when they tried to sell me unknown system for $300 on top of the high cost heater . Supposed to help with hard water Issues

Shark plumbers ’re fantastic, Efficient and overall a brilliant company to use. The guys came down to my house 15 minutes earlier than expected, they were very friendly and managed to fix my leaky pipe with great speed.
