The service technician was very pleasant on time did the repairs in a timely manner very pleasant experience.

We had another estimate and I called their office, talked to General Manager and they met the price of the other estimate we received, super easy guy to deal with. Roy and the crew came out next day and completed the work, great job.

My kitchen sink was clogged pretty bad. I called Elite Rooter at 8:30 am and they had a Technician at my house within the hour. Antonio arrived and promptly unclogged my drain. He was very nice and extremely professional. His work was very neat. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I am definitely saving their phone number incase I ever need a plumber in the future.

Best Bay Plumbing has excellent integrity and fair pricing. Today Bay Plumbing repaired my Hot Water Heater. I contacted two other well-known San Jose Plumbing companies before contacting Abel from Best Bay Plumbing. The two well-known companies just wanted to replace the Hot Water Heater since it was ten years old. However, thank goodness for google-searched, I knew that the Hot Water Heater still had good and needed the Theormalcouple replaced. So, on a whim, I left Best Bay Plumbing, and the answering service indicated that a response would be within 15 minutes. Abel contacted me in ten minutes; I shared my issues and what I thought needed to be done, and how a quote to have the Thermocouple replaced. He asked me to send him a picture of the Hot Water Heater so he could provide me with a quote. Sergio arrived on time, was friendly and got to work ASAP, and cleaned up after he was done replacing the Thermocouple. Glad I found Best Bay Plumbing, and now we have hot water.

They were a great company to work with and extremely efficient. Had a massive leak over a holiday weekend and they were able to repair it the following day after coming out day one within an hour.

Update 09/02: Edgar was amazing, we needed urgent help retrieving a valued object that fell down a drain pipe. At short notice they sent Edgar to us who promptly assessed the situation, gave us a great rate, incl. AAA discount, and helped retrieve the object in less than 30minutes. Thank you Edgar!

Update 12/02: Jeremy came over today to do urgent work unblocking our drain and a bunch of other little things. So efficient, professional, friendly, and done within less than an hour. Just want to start off by Saying What an amazing experience I had with Wilver we were fortunate to have him as our plumber. He went above and beyond explaining what was causing our issues with our 3 toilets in the house, garbage disposal and kitchen sink he even went in depth explaining why it was happening and how to prevent these issues from happening in the future. Extremely professional, educational and obviously helpful since he resolved all of our issues. I highly highly recommend!!

I called SWAGS plumbing to get a second opinion about an internal leak repair because a general contractor was threatening to make leak repair more complicated than I thought was needed. Jaime was so kind to spend 2 hours on a Sunday, providing multiple options for repair even knowing I was stuck using a different plumber. He was very knowledgeable, professional and with his information I was able to simplify the issue and avoid having to tear open a ceiling as was being suggested by the GC and his plumber. I wish I could have had Jamie as the plumber for my job and I'll definitely be calling SWAGS first for future plumbing needs.

When I contacted them, the woman who answered the phone was very professional and well-organized. After setting up my appointment, she sent a confirmation email and a confirmation text.
On the day of the appointment, Axel arrived on time and got right to
