Best Water Lines in San Jose CA

our outside faucet has been leaking for awhile & noticed it couldn't been replaced due to the company that did my copper pipping awhile back soldered the spot to the pipe & they are no longer in business. My husband decided to call Mike Counsil Plumbing. Bobby Mata came out. He was very professional. While he was here my husband had him replace the shut off valve for the outside water & also replace the ice maker line to the water heater. Bobby noticed a problem with the water heater that needed to be taken care of. We felt Bobby was being very honest with us & a pleasure to talk to.

I had Chandler plumbing repair two trims, two valve and two drain in two bathrooms. I called them they were quick to go and check the site then the guy try to scare me by saying the job is big and they may need to take out the toilet seat even it has not link to the bathroom. They did not finish the job and Chandler did not check with his people before asking for the payment. I need to send them again to change the drain which they promise to change. I think the guy tries to rip you off. I will never hire him again.

Juan and Victor had a tricky job of repairing a water system that sprung a leak. It required getting new parts and new connections. We were out of water service for two days but they were prompt, arrived when promised and courteous. We highly recommend them and we will be using them again soon. A job well done in every way.

Had a great experience with this company! The service providers were honest, competent, friendly and efficient. We had them install a water softener and piping in our home and they patiently described how to use the softener and even identified a part from the 3rd party manufacturer that was broken, describing how to replace it and work with the softener while waiting for the part to arrive. We will ping them again when we have other plumbing needs in the future.

They installed a water heater which had caused a major water fall outside my house and installed 3 toilets. Excellent job, however made. Mess of the carpet outside the area of the washing machines could have been avoided by shoe covers, I had just had them cleaned. Very difficult job be because they had to remove washing machine and take water heater out of closet. Also didn’t leave a receipt. Over fabulous job.

On a workday evening, both bathrooms in the house started backing up. The next day, one plumber used snake and showed me root penetration into the sewer pipe in front yard. Quote for trenchless piping in the front yard was given. I decided to shop around and called Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing.

Jose showed up within 2 hours of my call. He turned out to be quite familiar with rules of my City, and those are complex rules by my standard. He provided very thorough explanation, which gave me the confidence that he and his team know the work and have done it many times before, including dealing with delays by the City... Quote came very quickly to my email inbox.

I gave his company the work. The rest, like what they say, is history. I only wish that my City is as efficient and customer-oriented as Jose and his team are.

I also asked Jose to look into water pipes (not sewer pipe or waste water pipe) like re-pipe at a property in a different city in the Bay Area, and he is familiar with the rules and behaviors of that city too! Love it. I will definitely call Pipe-Thru the next time I have relevant need.
