We had our kitchen sink clog on Thanksgiving and the entire team at Mike Counsil Plumbing was extremely professional and helpful. They had a tech out within an hour who was able to quickly diagnose the problem and clearly explain our options. Great overall experience and will be using them again!

This review only pertains to customer service and not the actual service. Met Ray at the facility to check a leaking problem. Prior to that, I had already been in contact with a helpful gal on the phone trying to find a time I can be at the church. We checked out the leak and for whatever reason the problem went away. Ray was cool about it and simply said to call on them for anything else in the future. I am impressed by their courtesy and attitude with customers. Will definitely return for actual work.

We bought a new refrigerator, but when the old refrigerator was disconnected we had an initial leakage problem from disconnected icemaker from old refrigerator and we didn't know what to do. Furthermore the old refrigerator had copper wire for icemaker and we were having trouble getting it connected ourselves. When we called Bueno Plumbing they picked up the call immediately and through phone call was able to talk us through to locate the icemaker valve under the sink and close that so that the water won't be further leaked from disconnected icemaker from previous refrigerator. Then Kevin came over the next day and installed the copper wire for us - super fast! Throughout the process Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable, honest about the quotes and prices, answered all the questions we had about refrigerator plumbing in general, and we have the 1-year guarantee where if the installation / fix didn't work in the next 1 year we would get the subsequent fix for free. Thanks Kevin for the wonderful job, we have our brand new refrigerator working well!

I was impressed with the professionalism of the plumber who arrived at my house. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing my plumbing problem.

We went shopping for our daughter's birthday party and came home 2 hours later with the first floor flooded. I called several plumbers before I called SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter. They responded and came about one hour later. The break was inside the walls and required leak detection. Before leaving for the weekend the plumber was able to determine that it was the hot water pipe that was leaking. This provided us with at least cold water during the party and for the weekend. When they came after the weekend they were able to determine where the leak came from on their first attempt. They opened the wall and repaired the pipe expeditiously. They were very professional and meticulous when it came to their work and our home. We were updated on a regular basis on their progress. They showed us where the leak was and what actually caused it. We were so fortunate that, on our third call to a plumber, we reached SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter and that they were available within an hour to come to the rescue. I would strongly recommend SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter for any type of plumbing and rooter service.

I got a 11 AM - 1 PM appointment but the scheduling lady is nice to put me on a standby list to move up the appointment. Thomas came around 9: 30 AM. He's cheerful and informative on the issue and got it done on time. Now my wife can continue to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner!
