Anthony was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a great representative of the company. He did not leave a mess for me to clean up. I highly recommend this company.

When we called for an appointment to have a blocked drain fixed, we were prepared to get next-day service. Instead, Crown scheduled a plumber to be there the same afternoon, within a two-hour window. Manny texted us even before the start of the window, arrived early, and fixed the problem in no time. We were very impressed with Crown's professionalism.

Called on a Saturday and was told that someone will be at our place by 5PM. Duy actually showed up before 5.
Our problem turned out to be a broken sewer pipe instead of just a clog.
We reached an agreement on what needed to be done. People were there the next day (a little later than expected but not too bad) to work on the repair. The job was not 100% completed until for a couple of weeks but it was due to the city not being able to send out inspectors soon enough. (Thanksgiving week probably didn't help.)
Overall: good communication, easy to deal with.

Needed water heater replacement, called Chandler's Plumbing, set appt. for 1:00 pm Sat. Josh showed up early, was friendly, had everything needed to do job (water heater was exactly what I had in mind) and installation was very efficient, completed job and I was back in hot water (in a good way) again just like that...will use Chandler's for other plumbing jobs in future.

Bueno Plumbing was able to schedule next day service for our water heater when we had some concerns regarding a leak.

Manny showed up and was prompt and professional in his assessment of the situation. What I really appreciated was that he identified a very simple DIY solution to address the potential that would save us $$$ and wouldn't incur a large bill.

Had to leave a review because Judy and Ryan are amazing and Miracle Plumbing deserves a stellar review! I've been dealing with a faucet that one day suddenly seemed to have lost pressure. All other water sources were working fine, but this one faucet one day was reduced to a trickle. Finally decided to call plumbing after just suffering for months. Turns out it was just a little pebble stuck in the aerator. My own fault for never bothering to check it and assuming it was a piping issue, but one call made all the difference! Mind you, Judy and Ryan could just as easily have made things complicated and send someone out to charge God knows how many dollars just to make an extra buck, but instead they provided excellent communication and a wonderfully simple and quick solution. All in all, I'm submitting this review with a great deal of gratitude for their help. Thank you again Judy and Ryan!

Broken water pipe... tech showed up almost 6 hours after call, he could not complete or check work and was to return next day. He never did. Fast forward 2 weeks... his half finished work exploded and I have no water just in time for Christmas weekend. Now they won't come and deal with it! We have multiple properties that use Rayne... no more! Extremely poor customer service and service techs. Disgusted.

These guys are awesome! Our old water heater (Rheem) gone, and I had more than a week of headache trying to contact the brand tech.support, and finding appropriate plumber from their official list of service providers - everybody refused me, or were weird in their answers. Yesterday, after many hours lost on phone I finally typed in Google water heater repair, and selected them from the list. The guy was busy so I left a voice message asking to call back, then I decided to call to the second service provider from the list. I was talking to them listening one more refusal to help, while this guy called me back - 5 minutes after my voice message! Not bad, right? So I called him back, and we had a 20 mins talk. He listened to me with attention, then explained what might happened to my old boiler , because he knows this brand pretty well, as well as all its typical issues. When I insisted him to come here for inspection he surprised me: Sir, sure I can come, but believe me - you will hear everything the same from me, and it will cost you $120 for the visit. So let me save your money explaining by phone. Then he asked me to send him photos of boiler and quickly provided the estimate.
They come today in the morning at 8am, with a new boiler, fully ready to install it.. At 11:15 everything was done and he waited to be sure it's working and we have a hot water in system. Furthermore, during the installation they fixed a couple of other issues, which were there for years: the leaking protection pad was broken, and the leaking discharge tube was ... absent there.
As a result, I got extra quick response, I got free consultancy, I got next-day service, and even additional issues resolving. That’s why they got from me strong 5 stars and this review - because good guys earned this with their work.

The kitchen/Laundry drain clogged on a Sunday morning. I called and they actually answered the phone. An appointment was scheduled for Monday at 9 to 11AM. The technicians showed up at 9:30 and the job was done at 11:00. They were professional and meticulous with the job. Couldn't be happier. It is great to have a reliable plumber in the rolodex.
