We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look, and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he didn't really do anything. He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

I called on a Friday at 4pm and Brian was on his way home. He chose to stop and help me out with a free estimate for a water softener system fix and a water shutoff valve even when he was supposed to be off work. He was courteous, nice, and did not hesitate to offer genuine advice and explanations. Would highly recommend Brian and the company, very quick to respond and kind.

Genaro and his team took care of re-piping the entire house in 2-3 days along with water heater replacement. They replaced 60 yrs old galvanized steel pipes with high quality copper pipes. They did all the work with high quality and were very flexible to accommodate any changes as the work progressed. Genmor plumbing pricing is very reasonable. They will not beat a handyman price but you have to understand that they are not a local handyman but professional plumbers. Plumbing inspection went very well , only 1-2 minor comments and Genaro took care of it quickly.

Genaro and his staff were very careful about the current COVID situation and always wore a mask while at work. This shows they care about their employees and also about their customers.

Rayne has serviced our small complex several times. I called last night with a blocked storm drain and they did a great job. Bill called me back (from their answering service) in 5 minutes, we discussed the problem, he gave an estimated charge, and he arrived in under an hour. He was able to find + fix the problem (roots in the drain pipe) in about 15 minutes, and then spent the full hour cleaning as much of our drain piping as possible. Bill was clearly an expert at what he was doing, gave good advice on what preventative maintenance we should do in the future, and after this experience I'd recommend him + Rayne to anyone.

Had low water pressure throughout the house for both hot and cold water. Giovani was very responsive and asked detailed questions over the phone regarding the issue. He arrived early and waited patiently for us. He replaced the water pressure reducing valve quickly and explained how it works. Thanks Giovani! They were on time and very polite but charge a lot to just come look at a problem. I felt cornered into a over priced work order for a water heater. I did find someone else to replace my water heater in the same amount of time it was going to take them to do it. By going with another company, using the same product, to replace my water heater I saved $2000. I lost my $165 to Ben Franklin just for looking at the problem I will not ever use them again.
