Tony, Trieu, and another guy came out last year. They did a great job, did not price gauge, did not try to up sell me. I had to call them again last week because something fell into the commode and flushing was not working. A new guy came out and cleared it and off he went. Elite rooter was very responsive and professional. The quality of work was good as well. I needed to have the main shut off valve replaced in one day and they were able to do it very quickly. They quoted me an expensive price and if I had more time to shop around I probably would have picked another company that was cheaper. You get what you pay for so at least I know I won't have issues with it any time soon.

Just want to start off by Saying What an amazing experience I had with Wilver we were fortunate to have him as our plumber. He went above and beyond explaining what was causing our issues with our 3 toilets in the house, garbage disposal and kitchen sink he even went in depth explaining why it was happening and how to prevent these issues from happening in the future. Extremely professional, educational and obviously helpful since he resolved all of our issues. I highly highly recommend!!

I had a plumbing emergency which caused us to shut off the main water line leaving us with no water at all anywhere!! Jaime went out of his way to accomodate me. He came on a Friday late afternoon and was very prompt. He fixed our problem and made sure it was done right. He is very professional and responsible. He wore a mask and shoe covers which is a plus. I would like to add that I called a total of 5 plumbing companies and he was the only one willing to come that same day. Other companies advertised 24/7 service but were not available til the next day or even days later. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him in the future. Thank you!! They replaced the shut off valves for my washing machine supply.
It was basically unscrewing the two valve and screwing 2 new ones on. Their customer service was great but their pricing was absolutely absurd. I was charge $627 for this work that took less than 45 min. This was also with a 5% coupon. The hard part about plumbing is that you usually don’t have the luxury of shopping around and you are usually caught in an urgent situation so you are at their mercy. I probably will not use them again with these type of rates.

Called and they sent someone first thing in the morning. Did a great job fixing the problem. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Last summer, or AC stopped working on a Sunday. I left Falcone a voicemail on Sunday night. Got a call back first thing Monday morning. By 9:45am their technician was here. He checked the AC unit and replaced the capacitor. Responsive, quick and professional. We were happy to have our AC back. Would definitely use Falcone again.

Kiet showed up when he said he would, took the time to understand our needs and examine the property, and gave us a fair price for the job. He completed the work the same day, staying well after dark and making sure everything was just right. We would definitely hire him again.
