After the new toilet was delivered, I called them back. Jaime was assigned and showed up on time. He is kind and communicates well. Get the job done quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend.

Called Chandlers Plumbing this afternoon. A man answered, tv going in the background, and he said “hello” just barely audibly above the tv. I wasn’t sure if I heard anything so I waited a few seconds. He said “hello” again. No company identification or pleasant greeting. I asked if this was Chandlers Plumbing and he said “yeah.” I asked the cost of cleaning out a vent. He said, “on the roof?” Which is kind of a duh question in the plumbing world. I said yes, and he said “We don’t go on the roof.” One of the most unprofessional conversations I have ever had with a company. Any time the situation starts out like this, you can count on the rest of your contact with that company not going well.

Kevin responded to my call for help on a clogged sewage pipe that caused multiple drains to back up in a rental property. He showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue and cleared the clog in under an hour. I didn’t even have to be on site as he took care of interacting with the tenants. Highly recommend.

The name of the technician not listed in your drop-down was Christian Vanegas. Very professional very nice person. I have to be honest Roto heroes wasn’t my first choice. My first choice LRS plumbing they were no call no show. My dilemma started at 9 PM concerned that it was a safety issue they came out right away turn the unit off and said they would be out the following morning at 9o’clock and they were. I will use them again should I need them and I will recommend them several of my neighbors have already inquired.

Mikey and Miguel are the DREAM TEAM. I would give them 50000 stars if I could. They rolled in this morning and our project ended up being WAY more extensive than they or we knew from the start. They were professional, thorough, knowledgeable and funny to top it off. Amazing at their jobs. Mikey was under our tiny tub space like a total badass and never once complained. Miguel explained everything I asked questions about in great length. I can’t say enough good stuff about these two. They literally saved us. Forever thankful for their extra hard work they did today. I first contacted Best Bay Plumbing when the tenant leaving my rental property had jammed up the kitchen sink garbage disposal with coffee grounds. I had a new tenant moving in soon and needed the system fixed urgently.
Abel, the owner showed up the next day, discussed options and provided clear pricing. He did a great job replacing the unit and also went the extra step of educating the new tenant on properly operating the garbage disposal.
Since then I’ve used his team several times - to install water softener/filtration systems, bidets in toilets and fix issues in showers. Each time the quality of work has been excellent and the pricing fair.
Would highly recommend.

I called ARS / Rescue Rooter around 5pm on a Monday evening for a Backed up Main Line and they had a Plumber out and the job done before 8pm. The Dispatch employee was very friendly and understanding. The Plumber “ Guy” was awesome. He new his craft and immediately found the problem with my drain and had it flowing in under 30 min. Price was $88 just as advertised. I highly recommended ARS / Rescue Rooter For your backed up main lines. Make sure you have an accessible clean out that makes all the difference.

Wilver and Eric helped installing a copper pipe in bathroom and fixed a bad leaking issue. We are so happy found this plumbing service team! Wilver explained every details to me.
