Mike Counsil was quick to respond when I called about our water heater making popping sounds and shutting down. Because of the unusual failure, they sent their best. Supv Gary Gibson was very meticoulous in removing the mechanism and checking piece by piece and fixed the problem. Sergio also did an excellent job in removing and replacing the rod. They were professional and cordial.

This review only pertains to customer service and not the actual service. Met Ray at the facility to check a leaking problem. Prior to that, I had already been in contact with a helpful gal on the phone trying to find a time I can be at the church. We checked out the leak and for whatever reason the problem went away. Ray was cool about it and simply said to call on them for anything else in the future. I am impressed by their courtesy and attitude with customers. Will definitely return for actual work.

Our sewer lines are completely clogged by tree roots and Duey comes within a few hours after call. They first unclog the sewer line so we could use the toilet. After watch the video inside sewer line, the blockage was serious, so we decided to replace all cast iron pipes which are installed back in 1960. The service is very professional and efficient. Within 3 days, we have all old pips replaced, one 2-way clean out installed for future maintenance, very satisfied that we hired Local Rooter for the job.

We called Bueno Plumbing because the shower pan in our main bathroom was clogged. They are very responsive and were able to come within a day. They also have a nice text msg system for appointment reminders and ability to confirm the time. Kevin called us before reaching our home on time and quickly got to work. The machine that he hauled to the bathroom was padded to prevent any damage to the hardwood floors. He was able to snake the drain and restore water flow quickly to our bathroom. He also patiently answered our questions and provided advice about other plumbing related items around our house. We will definitely call them again for their plumbing services.

Josh came to unclog the tube drain. He gave me an estimate and went to work. It turned out to be somewhat more difficult to finally get the clog removed. He even bent the snake an had to go to his truck and repair it. He was careful to cover the work area. He had a mask and put on shoe covers to protect my carpets. All said and done the drain was fixed and I was charged the original estimated price. Very happy. Thanks Josh!

A new shower stall was required, after the floor pan on the existing shower had a leak. Abel and team provided options and recommendations, and ordered a cultured marble shower pan and sides - plus the installation. I originally contacted Rayne plumbing when my toilet started backing up into the shower. Ryane wasn't actually able to come out and do any work for me since I am a renter and it required the owner to be present/approve the work (company policy). I explained to the tech what the situation was: raw sewage was spewing out and I have a newborn and it wasn't a healthy environment for anyone involved. Although he wasn't able to perform the work he was so bothered by it, he called me back several times to give me referrals to different companies and he talked to the owner to see if they can change their policy. In an age when customer service is mostly dead, Rayne Plumbing delivered and they will be one of the first people I call when I have plumbing problems in the future.

So we had Edgar and he was fantastic. Arrived here in Gilroy in a timely matter and service was quick. The job was done in about 10 minutes. It does help if you have an access line outside. Their tools have a special camera to let you know exactly what the issue is in your pipes. He was very professional and provided such a relief for our household. Would recommend to anybody and everybody. Great job!

Just wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Plumbtree, my tenants called me in a panic explaining there was water everywhere throughout the kitchen, (I live out of state and my tenants needed help sooner than later) after calling Plumbtree I was alerted via text that my technician Anthony was in route, no more than 20 minutes after his arrival, I received a call from Anthony with an explanation as to what was happening, he even texted me photos, when I asked, “how much will this cost to fix?” his response was “well, there are a few different ways we can go about it”, and proceeded to explain different remedy options, he then emailed me a breakdown of all of the options, I really appreciate him giving me options rather than telling me what NEEDS to be done, I never once felt as if I was being upsold, let me be clear, Plumbtree is no budget plumbing company, I’m confident I could have had this work done less expensive by many other companies, I did however, decide to go with Plumbtree, it’s clear they very much care about their customers, and that they hold themselves to very high standards, I own other rental homes throughout the S Bay Area, and while I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, I won’t hesitate to use them again, thank you Plumbtree for the excellent service

Jose and team were wonderful.

On a workday evening, both bathrooms in the house started backing up. The next day, one plumber used snake and showed me root penetration into the sewer pipe in front yard. Quote for trenchless piping in the front yard was given. I decided to shop around and called Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing.

Jose showed up within 2 hours of my call. He turned out to be quite familiar with rules of my City, and those are complex rules by my standard. He provided very thorough explanation, which gave me the confidence that he and his team know the work and have done it many times before, including dealing with delays by the City... Quote came very quickly to my email inbox.

I gave his company the work. The rest, like what they say, is history. I only wish that my City is as efficient and customer-oriented as Jose and his team are.

I also asked Jose to look into water pipes (not sewer pipe or waste water pipe) like re-pipe at a property in a different city in the Bay Area, and he is familiar with the rules and behaviors of that city too! Love it. I will definitely call Pipe-Thru the next time I have relevant need.
