This review only pertains to customer service and not the actual service. Met Ray at the facility to check a leaking problem. Prior to that, I had already been in contact with a helpful gal on the phone trying to find a time I can be at the church. We checked out the leak and for whatever reason the problem went away. Ray was cool about it and simply said to call on them for anything else in the future. I am impressed by their courtesy and attitude with customers. Will definitely return for actual work.

Duye is great! He answered right away, and was able to schedule a weekend appointment so I didn't have to miss work. We needed to replace a water heater and had a backed up sink. Duey and his associate were able to clear the clogged sink , remove and install a new water heater within one and a half hours! He was easy to talk over the phone with and accepted texts. Chandler's Plumbing was very prompt, professional, and very competitively price. My experience with the company was phenomenal. I called several companies, and all of them had no availability, or the quote was outrageous. Chandler's was the only one that was prompt, but their price was so low, it feels like I underpaid. We bought a new refrigerator, but when the old refrigerator was disconnected we had an initial leakage problem from disconnected icemaker from old refrigerator and we didn't know what to do. Furthermore the old refrigerator had copper wire for icemaker and we were having trouble getting it connected ourselves. When we called Bueno Plumbing they picked up the call immediately and through phone call was able to talk us through to locate the icemaker valve under the sink and close that so that the water won't be further leaked from disconnected icemaker from previous refrigerator. Then Kevin came over the next day and installed the copper wire for us - super fast! Throughout the process Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable, honest about the quotes and prices, answered all the questions we had about refrigerator plumbing in general, and we have the 1-year guarantee where if the installation / fix didn't work in the next 1 year we would get the subsequent fix for free. Thanks Kevin for the wonderful job, we have our brand new refrigerator working well!

Genmor Plumbing is the best company for any plumbing services. They have been my go to company for more than 3 years until I didn't need their services anymore and started using a different company. Their customer service was always there when they needed it, even if they had to call me at work. They're very friendly and always willing to help in any way they could.

Experience was good, but price was a bit too high

Landlord informed plumbing service. Pluming service called us up immediately to set time of day plumber to come. Plummer came Works fast and efficient friendly and courteous. Now no problem with leaking toilet.

BUYER BEWARE. My husband called for a quote and the plumber came promptly. The reason for the 1 star review is because we were oversold by a misread on the situation. We had a small slow leak under our bathroom sink after the big rain. Plumber said it would cost us $800 to replace all of the hardware plus labor. When asked how much it would be if we bought our own hardware, the price was lowered to $400 and that they could not install until 5 days later. So I called a different plumber who came over the very next day and said we did not need to replace the hardware at all and that all that was needed was some tightening around the connectors/screws. He charged us $170 in total and saved us $100 on new hardware and $500 on labor.

Solved clogged kitchen sink problem on time.

Replaced my kitchen sink great but failed on the toilet. Asked to replace the supply hose which they did, after a trip to the store. When replaced, told me that he needed to replace a flapper and another trip to the store for another $89 service charge. I could have put in a new toilet for that price. Flapper is still defective, toilet draining. YouTube can figure out the 2$ product install this weekend.

When new needs came up in midst of the repair, he was quick to recommend solutions and very reasonable with costs. He's now top on our list for future needs.
