Best New Water Service Installation in San Jose CA

I have had 2 major and 1 minor service call with Crown Plumbing so far. The experience has been great. They responded very quickly and all of the work done has been completely satisfactory. I will keep calling them and recommending them to others.

Marti's is our go to plumber service for last 4+ years!  They hold a great work ethic and excellent customer service.  Honest, fast, professional and knowledgeable!  They've been very reliable each time we've had an emergency (clogged kitchen sink, main pipe burst, and leaking water heater and replacement), or just needed a repair (leaky tub) or install a new toilet. I've recommended them to family and friends, and they've have had the same great experience of getting good and honest service.

Kevin Bueno helped us fix our broken shower. Kevin was very quick, brought the parts with him, gave us an estimate and was professional. He is knowledgeable and gave us tips about shower maintenance and care. He was also kind enough to answer all of our questions about water filtration system and was not pushy.

These guys are just so good from start to finish. From the first call talking to a really pleasant person instead of endless prompts, to Phil, the guy who cleaned out our sewer line and who was super nice, experienced, professional and on time and who did the work exactly as estimated at a very reasonable rate. And the follow up call I needed to make after hours to a voicemail system that works flawlessly and got the message to the right person, they clearly pay attention to the little things as well as big... it just adds up to an excellent experience worth writing about. HIGHLY recommended.

Hector had all the right tools and the experience to think creatively when older clean-outs would not open. He took the time to make sure it was done right and I am very happy with the service. We had a mess when the laundry room drain backed up into the garage. Ricardo came from Allstar Plumbing. He followed the pipes from the drain to make the repair. He did a great job. With three kids, I couldn’t have been without my machine.

My experience with Advanced Quality Plumbing was great. Within 1 1/2 hours of scheduling an appointment Tim promptly showed up at my door. I explained the sewer was backing up in both of my bathrooms. Soon Tim was in my crawl space inspecting my sewer pipe configuration and determined the blockage was between my house and the sewer main in the street. It would be necessary to rooter the pipe but I had no clean-out installed. In order to safely rooter the pipe and protect from future problems one needed to installed. Soon there were two additional plumbers working in my yard to install the clean-out. It was raining all day but the clean-out was installed within hours. Soon they were running the rooter and cleared out the pipe. Water was flowing. Tim and the folks from Advanced Quality Plumbing were very knowledge, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

After the first service call I did not hesitate to call him for my other issues. He responded promptly and arrived on time. The Drain Doctors are the most friendliest plumbers I've ever met. Everyone who has come out to my house has had service with a smile and they definitely knew what they were doing. Falcone have been our go-to plumbers and A/C specialists for years. A few years back they moved an air-conditioning unit for us at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Just this last week we had an issue with our air-conditioning that Allen was able to resolve in less than 5 minutes and at NO COST! You can't beat this kind of customer service!
