Bobby showed the damage in our main drain by using his sewer camera at no charge.He was able to assess the damage and recommended a course of action.We opted for more work to be done, so another 3rd crew came and took over. Justin replaced our pressure reducing valve and he was very careful not to kill and damage my fragile Jade plant which I was very grateful. He also installed an expansion tank in our water heater. Overall experience was great! Definitely will hire them for future projects!

These guys were great. They came within a couple of hours of me calling, and showed up with everything they needed. They were fast and knew how to fix the problem, even though our house is old with original plumbing. Very professional and cleaned up everything before they left. I’ll definitely use them again.

Kevin and his team at Bueno Plumbing did a great job! My kitchen sink was backing up and would not drain. They did a thorough inspection and found the 46 y.o. pipe under the house leaking and the cleanout corroded. Also my pressure valve was rusted shut and I had 120PSI coming in. They fixed it all, and I am happily back to being able to use my sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal once again!

Our hot water stopped working and I contacted Wilver, who I have used many times in the past. He assessed the problem promptly and recognized that the water heater had failed. He gave us a very good price and was able to make time for us to get a new water heater up and running again very quickly. He did a great job and we were very grateful for his attentive service.

I called SWAGS plumbing to get a second opinion about an internal leak repair because a general contractor was threatening to make leak repair more complicated than I thought was needed. Jaime was so kind to spend 2 hours on a Sunday, providing multiple options for repair even knowing I was stuck using a different plumber. He was very knowledgeable, professional and with his information I was able to simplify the issue and avoid having to tear open a ceiling as was being suggested by the GC and his plumber. I wish I could have had Jamie as the plumber for my job and I'll definitely be calling SWAGS first for future plumbing needs.

I really liked the plumbers professionalism and detail in his work. They didn’t show up to the first appointment since they got held up with another job but he showed up on time to the second appointment and did a really good job. He cleaned up after himself and the person who answered the phone was extremely nice. It was also nice to get a written estimate via email. I got text updates on arrival time and the follow up appointment. I would definitely recommend this service. I will most definitely use them again.

They came out to replace an old/broken kitchen faucet. They came on time and finished up very quickly. The job was done well and efficiently and onsite payment afterwards was also extremely quick and easy.

My 60 year old galvanized main water line pipe decided to spring a leak one cold Saturday evening... I had to scramble to turn the water off at the meter. As soon as I did, I started calling around plumbers that could come out quick to help me fix the pipe, as i had no water in the house of 5 people. No showers, washing hands or using toilets.
4 guys came out, Freddy from Freedom was 2nd lowest offer. What sold me on his quote was that he was going to use a trenchless tunneling system called the HammerHead (minimize trenching and destruction of 50 feet of my yard) and the fact that he suggested that he install a pressure regulator without being asked (unlike the other plumbers). The pressure regulator is important because after replacing a 60 year old corroded galvanized steel pipe with brand new copper line, the water pressure in the house could go up dramatically, causing damage to appliances and pipes in the house. Freddy even agreed to install a Flo by Moen leak detection system at no additional charge.
I am glad I decided to go with Freddy, his guys showed up on time the next morning, as agreed. His crew of guys (Christian and 4 others) worked non-stop, tirelessly and professionally. I could definitely tell the guys take pride in their work, they all did a fantastic job.
