I need to replace a three bathrooms' drainage system inside the house. I called several plumbing companies and decided to go with Local Rooter because they are responsive, professional and offered competitive price. They replaced all drainage pipes under the house and haul away all old pipes/ trash away. They also provided 10 years warranty on both parts and labor. Duey and his team did a great job. Really appreciate the quick and efficient service.

Elite Rooter worked on our shower drain back in August. We were pleased with their work and professionalism. They cleaned up and left the area clean. They were on time and courteous. When my kitchen drain clogged up this past weekend I didn’t hesitate to use them again. They were in and out in 45 minutes, the drain is again working properly. BUYER BEWARE. My husband called for a quote and the plumber came promptly. The reason for the 1 star review is because we were oversold by a misread on the situation. We had a small slow leak under our bathroom sink after the big rain. Plumber said it would cost us $800 to replace all of the hardware plus labor. When asked how much it would be if we bought our own hardware, the price was lowered to $400 and that they could not install until 5 days later. So I called a different plumber who came over the very next day and said we did not need to replace the hardware at all and that all that was needed was some tightening around the connectors/screws. He charged us $170 in total and saved us $100 on new hardware and $500 on labor.

Henry is a very professional plumber who can figure out how to fix my shower without enough hot water coming out, just change a part of the shower and no need to break the wall LOL, I am very happy with his work, thank you Henry!

My house is old and had a lot of original plumbing. Tim has come out twice now for different projects. He thoroughly explains the problem and what he'll do to fix it. He's quick and efficient. The prices are decent compared to other plumbers. His work is solid and better than the other plumbers.

They did a great job in installing a new water heater and water softener at our house.

He arrived inside the window. He put on booties while walking on the carpet. Unclogged the toilet very quickly and left the place neat.

Our hot water stopped working and I contacted Wilver, who I have used many times in the past. He assessed the problem promptly and recognized that the water heater had failed. He gave us a very good price and was able to make time for us to get a new water heater up and running again very quickly. He did a great job and we were very grateful for his attentive service.

I had a 30 year hose bibb that was leaking that I wanted to replace. But it was very tight that even with two men could not get it loose. I tried applying lub and heat gun. But to no avail. So I contacted a couple of plumbers. Both of them replied the same day. But Jaime of Swags went out of his way to call me and found out we used the wrong tools and method. And then he described what I can to to fix it. And then he sent me several pictures as to what tools to use and how to use them in my case. He did all that without fee. And he offered to come by if I still have problems and help us without charge as a courtesy to get it loose. And Jaime quoted a specific next step if that is needed.

We followed his advise to get the correct tools and use the method he prescribed and the same two men then easily get the hose bibb out!

The other plumber only quoted a high price just to get this loose.

It is hard to find some a skilled, kind and honest plumber who is on your side instead of trying to make a kill. I would put Swags on the top of my plumber's list.
