Best Hydro Jetting in San Jose CA

I'm rarely compelled enough to write a review about anything, but felt I had to in this case. A word of caution about these guys; do your due diligence and ALWAYS ask for a second opinion if you have the time.There was a slow leak coming out the side of my lawn and my regular plumber was sick, so I gave MCP a try because of its stellar reviews and 40+ years in the business. They quoted me $800 just for them to dig and find the source of the leak. I wanted the issue to be fixed ASAP so I agreed to the cost and asked the tech if there is a crack in the mainline what would be the estimated cost to fix it. He said about the same - $800. The tech did find a crack in the mainline, but when it came time to give me the actual quote he said he misspoke earlier and the cost to fix the pipe was going to be over $1500!I called my plumber and he was absolutely adamant that the job shouldn't cost more than $600 tops. This was consistent with some general research I had done earlier on the cost range for this kind of job in the Bay Area. Glad, I cancelled the pipe fix with MCP and just waited for my plumber to get better.Watch out with these guys...

I had a leak in a 30 year old copper pipe going to my pool filter. Spent 3 days talking to about 6-7 plumbers to get an estimate. 2 of them showed up in person and one gave a quote over the phone by responding to a picture of the leak. First one gave a quote of almost $1000 and would not provide details on how exactly they will fix the leak. Second one gave an almost double quote but also suggested replacing the entire buried pipe for unknown 1000's of $$ more. Third one gave a quote in the same range but could not schedule the job for weeks. Finally, we got Edgar from Bueno Plumbing. Showed up on time, assessed the job requirements in detail, gave a competitive quote 15 minutes later in writing and scheduled the job 2 days later.

The work was done in an extremely professional manner and on time. It took him about 3 hours to finish the job. You can see the before and after pics below. This is how a professional service experience should be. The job was guaranteed for a year. I would not look at any other plumbing service in the future.

Mario was polite. But he was unable to do the job. He needed a ridiculous $300+ camera charge to see where the clog was. I took a hard pass on that. Thanks for trying tho. I’ll have to go with a more reasonable approach professional.

Needed a plumber with experience and they have been around for a long time. They were able to fix the toilet in no time and were also able to do some other plumbing work for me. The blocked drains issue was resolved without any problems as well!

They are truly professional plumbers and know the stuff and Price is reasonable. Unfortunately I did not find them in Yelp at beginning and was recommended later by a friend in construction business. They are the person you need to hire.

I originally contacted Rayne plumbing when my toilet started backing up into the shower. Ryane wasn't actually able to come out and do any work for me since I am a renter and it required the owner to be present/approve the work (company policy). I explained to the tech what the situation was: raw sewage was spewing out and I have a newborn and it wasn't a healthy environment for anyone involved. Although he wasn't able to perform the work he was so bothered by it, he called me back several times to give me referrals to different companies and he talked to the owner to see if they can change their policy. In an age when customer service is mostly dead, Rayne Plumbing delivered and they will be one of the first people I call when I have plumbing problems in the future.

The wiener -Wilver is very honest, I paid him $450 check after he reviewed the issue he said only need half price. So he return me the credit. We are grateful to have him and we will keep him as our always to go plumbing service man!

Techs arrived on time to fix a leaking shower. Completed the job carefully and in a timely manner. Techs were respectful, communicated clearly, and kept their work area clean (they wore masks and plastic shoe covers). Compared to other plumbing services I've hired in the past, their rates were fair and reasonable. Will consider using SWAGS again.

Our pipe to septic tank had clogged few weeks ago . Freddy came and identified the problems with previous firm's work, and suggested a cost effective way forward . Later his crew fixed the issue with snaking .
