Dominick saved the day. I tried to fix the clogged kitchen sink drain myself with baking soda, vinegar and hot water, but started to pop leaks everywhere. Yes, it was time to call in the experts. Dominick was very professional and patient, he explained everything clearly and systematically troubleshooted the issue, and brought out the “big plumbing snake” to clear the clog in my drain line. He always paid attention to detail and did a wonderful job to get everything into tip-top shape. Highly recommended for any plumbing job!

Came out promptly on a Saturday at no additional charge. I called probably half a dozen plumbers and they had the most reasonable quote. Matt was extremely upbeat and positive, especially unusual given that is was a cold, dark, Saturday night and he was working outside. Will absolutely use them again. They came to our house last week to replace a toilet in our main bathroom. They were very professional and did a good job of replacing all of the items needed. Romeo made sure everything worked correctly and had no leaks before he left. Has great customer service.

Hector came for our annual inspection of our water heater, as part of our membership terms. He found that our water pressure was dangerously high. A pressure valve was not longer working. He also found a section of pipe was sagging and leaking, under the house. He returned the following day and replaced the valve and the 10 foot section of pipe. He found another valve with a similar issue and replaced it at no cost. Hector and his partner were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They did a tremendous job!

They did a wonderful job. I was working with a very small window of time to get the repair done. They arrived on time and got it done not only quickly but also correctly. I’m so grateful that they were so accommodating and will reach out to Allstar any time I need a good plumber.

So I learned a hard lesson. Look around more. The thing that really makes me mad is the fact that I felt fleeced by these guys and will never use them again. I think its absolutely horrible that they take advantage of people like my elderly
mother especially during covid times. They overcharged her by at least 1000 dollars. The sink they installed is of very poor quality and it is rotting away. The toilet is so big smaller people will have a difficult time using it. So I could go on and on because
this work happened some time ago but the sink should not rot. I like them to make reparations. I've since found God reasonable plumber that does not rip me off.

Jaime made an emergency visit on a Sunday to fix a pipe that had broken and was spraying water. He was excellent in communication about the timing for when he would be here, providing updates on his status. When he got here, we looked at the pipe and he explained what the possibilities were around fixing it, as it might be broken inside the wall. He was clear, upfront and articulate in his communication. He finished the work quickly and while I was taking care of the paperwork, he checked the water pressure, identifying that my water pressure was too high and I should contact the owners of the house I'm renting about this before other problems occur. Thank you for a quick and excellent service. The kids will have showers before school tomorrow!

I am glad that I found Plumbtree Plumbing from Google Search. Since they are extremely busy, I had to have my appointment move to a different date but that is a good sign that the business is doing well. I had a problem with a leaky outside faucet and Anthony from Plumbtree showed up and he was very professional. He answered all of my questions and completed the job in a very timely manner.
I will definitely use Plumbtree again in the future.

They rerouted a new sewer line around a huge nasty tree area to avoid future roots and belly sewer problems. Beautiful work, easily passed city inspection.

I rarely write reviews, but I decide to share my experience with all homeowners who struggled to find a good plumber.
We had an issue with bathroom sink: at first water would drain off very slowly but eventually it became completely blocked and unusable. It was definitely adding a lot of inconvenience in daily life and we were desperately looking for plumbers to help fixing the problem. At beginning we had a couple of recommended plumbers from our friends to drop by and took a look, but it was not until the third plumber who declared failure again that we realized that how serious the issue is. We also realized that maybe each unsuccessful attempt had made things even worse. We were left with a completely non-working bathroom and each plumber giving higher and higher quotes to fix them.
Not holding too much hope, we called Aaron's and Alex the technician came onsite to take a look. After listening to our story, he did a careful examination and wrote up a report with different options. We chose one of the options, and Alex and his team started the job the next day. They came in a well-equipped van, so all kinds of equipments and machines were readily accessible if needed. They went under the house to get an idea of the whole piping system before they started the project (they were the only team who did this, among all plumbers we used!). Two people worked for three hours and what came out of the hydrojet were a big tank of orange/yellowish water, that was caused by the corrosion of pipes over the years.
Needless to say, they fixed the problem and we had a fully functioning bathroom again! We couldn't be more thrilled by the result! The charge was also very reasonable compared to a lot of other skyrocketing quotes we had been hearing. We were really happy with their service, and would like to recommend them!
