Excellent service! I called Local Rooter to change the toilet in my main bathroom. Got a quote from Duey and I started searching and buying a new toilet. After the new toilet was delivered, I called them back. Jaime was assigned and showed up on time. He is kind and communicates well. Get the job done quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend.

I couldn't restart my water heater. He was on time,courteous,professional. He tried to restarted. The water heater is 17 years old. It's gone. He gave an estimate and the company didn't charged for the diagnosis.

This company is a big scam. I called yesterday to see if they have free estimate for inspection, but the lady said there's $50.00 fee for inspection. I agreed then she asked what is the issues? I told her per property inspector, ABS drain lines in master bathroom and kitchen are cracks and leaks. There's a young guy showed up next day, I showed him the pictures of those 2 drain lines from inspection report. He went down to crawl space then came up within 5 mins and told me I need to pay for additional fee to inspect the kitchen. He said the $50.00 is only for him to show up not for inspection. I don't pay $50.00 just for someone to show up. This is very unethical and dishonest company!!!!! Please be careful with this company..

They do an excellent job on their work, and they are very professional. They are very good at what they do, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

We discovered that our kitchen drain was leaking into our crawl space. These guys showed up the next day and immediately went to work on the problem. Excellent service with detailed explanations every step of the way.

Chris came out this time when we called Miracle for help. He arrived on time (a bit early after verifying that was ok by phone). He knew just where to look to determine the problem, fixed it, then tested to be certain it was fixed. Great job! I will soon be calling them for other fixes we need.

Adrian originally came out to deal with two separate issues. A leaking hose in one toilet and a less obvious leaking toilet on a second floor that has caused some water damage on the first floor ceiling He diagnosed both and repaired. Less than an week later, one of the toilets started malfunctioning again,. Rayne courteously sent him back out to repair the issue at no additional cost. I consider that excellent customer service. Adrian was very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

I've used Giovani a few times for plumbing repairs, and he's great! He's easy to work with, very reasonably priced, and gets the job done right. I will use him again.

We had a mess when the laundry room drain backed up into the garage. Ricardo came from Allstar Plumbing. He followed the pipes from the drain to make the repair. He did a great job. With three kids, I couldn’t have been without my machine.

The gentleman that came was very professional and polite. Followed safety rules. Was on time, for some reason machine didn't work. He went and brought another one. Immediately.
