Required emergency service on a Saturday afternoon to replace shower handles when the water would not turn off. Duey gave a 2 hour window to do the repairs and arrived 40 minutes from the time given. He finished the job in 1 hour. Professional services.

Kevin responded to my call for help on a clogged sewage pipe that caused multiple drains to back up in a rental property. He showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue and cleared the clog in under an hour. I didn’t even have to be on site as he took care of interacting with the tenants. Highly recommend.

Had to fix drive way concrete but not sure if it’s caused by sewer pipe leak so I called Rooter Hero to inspect my sewer pipe. They arrived very quickly. With their equipment they could see no sewer pipe under the drive way and no damage in the sewer pipe. Great! Thanks for your excellent service! They have very good communications between themselves and with me. Will definitely use them again.

Jesus was awesome. He came out on Father's Day, early Sunday morning, to fix a clogged shower which turned out to be a backed up sewer drain. Talked me through every step of the process, quickly identified the location of the blockage, and got us back to normal! It was the best experience I've had with a plumber. Mr. Loi Thai did excellent service to remove the roots from our sewer line. He was very kind and suggested to check everything from crawling space. He took a pictures and explain all the problems. He is friendly, knowledgeable and get things done fast.

Super friendly from young lady answering phone to Sergio and even the tech who arrived. Very nice people. That's a 5 star. I couldn't rate work performed because the tech stood 5 ft back and didn't look what was wrong but said I should call someone else because they are to expensive. Obviously water heaters aren't their thing. So I still don't know what's wrong with it cause he didn't even diagnose the problem. Or even try. This is very confusing to me. 2 minutes in my house. Glanced at it. Said over 3k and plumbing companies don't really do water heaters. I was told to call Lowes. It truly looked like he didn't want to have anything to do with my water heater on this day. Need to find someone that will try to diagnose the problem.

Pulled a new 4 sewer pipe from house to street, worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up after themselves, and got everything completed and working again in one day. Excellent work and customer service. Time will tell, but I feel that they knew what they were doing and that the job was done right.

A well-deserved 5 Stars for Jose and Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for the estimate, the actual work, the clean up, and the cost. Trenchless was definitely the way to go. My job was done to perfection, and the cost was lower than other estimates.

Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They even carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.

Martin helps me fix the leak in an hour. Good and efficient.
