Pablo from crown plumbing was on time and very professional. He was able to take care of our clogged kitchen sink quickly after struggling it for the last 2 weeks. I’ve never enjoyed washing dishes as much I do tonight. Should have called sooner.

I heard dripping in my walls and they came out to take a look. They were very fast to schedule and had a lot of flexibility. When the plumber got here, he took a look at my pipes and found that the issue was dripping inside the pipes and there was nothing wrong. He really took the time to explain how it worked and why I might be hearing the dripping. He wasn't rushed at all and even drew me a diagram. At the end, he didn't even charge me and said it was just an estimate/consultation. I was really impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

Local Rooter was professional and provided a reasonable quote. I had a clog in the main sewer pipe going out from the house to the street via the clean-out in the driveway. Duey came by on time. He brought out his pro industrial equipment and explained what he was doing and the expected problem and solutions. Much appreciated for their service once again! Very Quick, on time and friendly.

I had Genmor Plumbing come out to my house last night after a clogged drain left the kitchen filled with nasty, smelly, brown water. They had my drains cleared within the hour and are now doing a tap repair today. I've been blown away by their fast service and quality work.

Avoid. No one arrived after almost 2 hours. Stuff happens, but definitely a lack of professionalism for customer service.

I had dropped my wedding ring in the washroom sink and could not get it out. The only way was to open the pipes below and get it out.  I request Abel to come and take a look (it was a free quote visit) He looked at it and smiled and then just took the ring out by quickly opening pipes. He also cleaned the pipes and made sure there was no leakage. Asked him, how much did I owe? He said Nothing  Wow, I could not believe it, He said it was a simple job and he won't charge for that.

He was on time, kept me posted about his visit and was prompt in his response as well.

We used Miracle Plumbing to repipe our entire house, remodel both of our bathrooms, have a new water heater and new filtration system installed. Judy at the office was very helpful in fitting us into the schedule within a timely manner and was able to answer all questions. When Phil initially came to the house to give us a quote, he was very knowledgeable in the line of work being performed and answered all questions we asked. All technicians that performed work on the house were respectful, courteous and very knowledgeable in their field of work. Communication was great as well, as Phil was available at any time to get a hold of. The bathrooms turned out great and the pipes and filtration system installed was top of the line. I highly recommend this company as they did a phenomenal job at a fair price in a timely manner.

The did not want my business. Never called me back to schedule a service call (I contacted on Sunday and Monday) - Tues I get a call that I will get a call when they get the part in.... Guess the part never showed up. Its been a week and still no call, nor an apology if there was a mishap.

I found another plumber who came out the same day (they did carry the part).

I had a water leak in my kitchen. The wood floor was collecting water. I checked with a few plumbing companies and got quotes for thousands of dollars and all kinds of possible problems. Dominick Dahbour from HR silicon valley also stopped by to give me a quick quote. After initial inspection he ran a quick paper towel test underneath the dishwasher and within 10 minutes he figured out that nothing is wrong with plumbing or foundation it's a leaky dishwasher which is dripping water and that is flowing through the wood floor. If a wonderful plumbing experience is a thing, this is it. Professional and courteous. I felt that the problem was diagnosed quickly and a fair price quoted - directly from their laminated pricing sheet. Hector had all the right tools and the experience to think creatively when older clean-outs would not open. He took the time to make sure it was done right and I am very happy with the service. I would not hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin again - they will be my first call.

I was referred to Allstar Plumbing by my neighbor who went through disastrous plumbing issues and was impressed with the results and competitive pricing they gave him. I was glad for the referral. Although my issue was not as severe, I agree with his assessment.

We were a return customer. After yesterday, we won't be calling again. Their business model seems to be to gouge customers and try to upsell them when they make an appointment for a simple drain clear.

I called these guys out to unclog my kitchen sink. They suggested a new garbage disposal, which I decided to have them quote and install because ours was old. I was quoted $825 for a garbage disposal I found online at Home Depot for $130. I understand marking up the parts they install, but isn't that margin quite excessive? To top it off when I balked at the price, they immediately had no issue taking off $200. My initial thought: They were intent to gouge a return customer if I didn't question the price of the disposal. Once we agreed on the price of the disposal, the upsell started for piping, fasteners, and baskets,etc- all at outrageous prices.

Customer beware. These guys have one thing in mind when they come to your house, to recommend overly priced upsells and to gouge you. Run, don't walk away. Find a plumbing service that values you as a customer and your business and doesn't try to take advantage of you.

UPDATED December 11: Gee, thanks for the very caring response. Don't leave YOUR name or number, refer me to a phone number for Amanda that seems to be disconnected. No one answers the 866 number. Why should I be surprised?

People, stay away! Check out the reviews for them on Yelp- especially lately. Lots of one star reviews. There's a common theme. These guys are scam artists and seem intent to want to take advantage of their customers by price gouging. Find a plumbing service that truly cares about their customers. These guys don't.

Wilber was very pleasant to work with. He kept in touch with me about the type of toilet I wanted. He installed it and two valves quickly and professionally
and disposed of the old toilet. The bathroom was left completely clean. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.
