I moved into an apartment and found that the tub in our master bathroom was clogged and took hours to drain. I contacted the local router late at night and they arranged to arrive the next day between 9-10am. Jaime came to our rescue and was totally professional and explained everything he was doing as our previous plumbers didn't talk to us. Even the tub was thoroughly cleaned when he was done. I would definitely call the local router. Overall great service.

Christian did a terrific job with snaking our drain blockage. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, definitely someone that we would be comfortable with servicing our needs. He efficiently handled the issue, double checked the results, highlighted what he found and suggested some future work that is needed. We are definitely big fans of him.

Genaro arrived Sunday at 8am and in two non-stop hours of work fixed our broken water main just on our side of water meter box. He did this after hours-work at a fair price. I give him highest recommendation.

The bathtub was clogged and 2 plumbers were not able to fix it. One of them suggested to cut the ceiling as well. However, Martin Benitez from $15, cleared it in 30 mins. Highly recommend:)

We needed to reroute copper pipes for a new shower valve and a free standing tub faucet. Ryan was very professional and completed the work promptly. Overall cost was very fair in my opinion. The work looks well done, and more importantly no leaks at this time!

The service was used to repair a laundry room drain. The repair was successful, but the cost seemed high for the amount of time spent to do the work.

08/12/21-Called at noon & Wilver, Repair Tech came by 1:30pm. He was able to swap out my old with a new water heater, as well as, haul the old one away. It took him 1 1/2 hours to complete and it was glorious to have hot water again (after one week...argh). Cost was $1,400 (parts, labor & haul away). The good news was we were able to get a refund for half the cost at Home Depot due to warranty. Very thankful for his help and would use him again.

We had an undetectable water leak at our home. We had one plumbing company come out, and they were not able to find the issue. I called SWAGS and they came over the same day, discovered were the leak was, and had it repaired the next day! Their response time was amazing, their service technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend SWAGS Plumbing! Thank you for the wonderful experience.
