The whole crew did exceptional, neat work. They worked hard all day and were particularly respectful. They left their work areas impeccably clean. They maintained social distancing and wore their PPE at all times when they were in our home.

After 4 days of fruitlessly trying to get my home warranty company to connect us with someone who could actually fix our busted pipe, I called Crown Plumbing. Sal arrived less than 2 hours later, and 2 hours after that the repairs were complete, and for a fair price. Next time I'll skip the wasted time with AHS and call Crown right away.

Local Rooter was professional and provided a reasonable quote. I had a clog in the main sewer pipe going out from the house to the street via the clean-out in the driveway. Duey came by on time. He brought out his pro industrial equipment and explained what he was doing and the expected problem and solutions. Much appreciated for their service once again! Very Quick, on time and friendly.

We wanted to replace our old water heater with a new 11 gpm tankless system. The job was involved, requiring a new 1 inch gas line, pulling permit and passing inspection from the city. We got several different plumbers to visit and give us a quote. We were impressed by Chandlers Plumbing's quick response to our calls. Ismael came at 8am the next day to take a look at the job and give us an estimate. Unlike other companies that tried to talk us out of getting permits or tried to install a bunch of things we didn't need, Ismael gave us an honest appraisal and a fair price. So we went with Chandlers.

They did a quality job with the installation and passed all the necessary city inspections. There was a bit of a communication gap during the installation coming from different styles. I like to micro-manage and be informed what is being done at each step, but Ismail preferred to spare me the details and deliver a fully installed system in the end. But he was very open to my desires and accommodated my wishes once we had an open discussion. I am very happy and satisfied with the work, and will be coming back to Chandlers for all our plumbing needs so long as they keep their quality service.

Ken was prompt, polite and efficient. He kept us updated every step of the way including when he was running late. Ken gave us options in pricing and services. He was transparent about the various services offered. Ken also provided a referral for another business to dry up the plumbing leak.

Rooter Hero staff is friendly, organized and professional! They were responsive and sent over technician promptly for our Sewerage problem. Ernest is efficient, detail and thorough. He is also patient and he explained to us how we can pursue further with a more long term solution. Rooter Hero service is above & beyond the peers.

I don't know where they got this thug. He is very rude. Use a profanity in when I tried to tell him how to access the main drain on the ground. Roto rooter should be ashemed for hiring this guy. Will never call this company again.

Technician was on time and very polite, quickly realised the valve underneath the tank was the culprit of the leak and had it fixed in 20 mins. Great service!

Was able to clear my sewer clog from roots in my sewer line that another company failed to do because they did not have a long enough snake. Did a great job, but very expensive compared to other companies. $479 with $50 off coupon. That is very expensive for an hour's work!!

Abel and the best bay plumbing crew are really stand up guys. They put a lot of effort and care into fixing my leaking shower and were very honest and accurate about their quotes and recommendations. I will certainly be calling best bay if I have any other plumbing issues

Judy and Joel were great. Their system sends you reminders by text and email many times, whifh I appreciate because we have a packed schedule. They even sent a picture of Joel so I knew what he looked like and could greet him properly. Joel was very courteous and professional, fixing my frozen shower cartridge quickly. He even offered some advice for a smaller issue I had after looking at it real quick. Can't recommend them enough!

Had a plumbing emergency where an automated faucet would not turn off. I had called in the evening and they were able to send somebody out to get the problem resolved. Great service and a very friendly technician! Will definitely use them again.

Very professional operation. Jordan showed class and tenacity with removing the old kitchen faucet which had become locked to the sink. Arrived on time and did highly satisfactory work. I will call them again when I need a plumber.

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

Wilver Castillo was referred to me by an installer of my whole-house water softner system. When he went under the crawl space, he noticed I had a broken 2-inch ABS kitchen line. Water was leaking and asked me to get it fixed. He handed me the card of Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter & Service. Not knowing too many plumbers, I called Wilver and left him a message. He called me back promptly and set up a time to come over next day to my house to provide me with a free estimate. He arrived on-the-dot at the time promised, inspected the damage and gave me a quote, which I felt, was competitive and reasonable.
