I ran into Eric at the Dixieline lumber parking lot and approached him to ask a question. I felt bad approaching as he looked busy. Eric was very polite and took the time to answer my questions and help me out. Because of his professionalism I decided to go from a DIY job to hire PAWS to do the work. I called and was quickly given an appointment that same day to assess my leaking main line to my house. After the assessment and discussion I was quoted a very fair price and booked the job. Eric showed up on time and got straight to work. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend Eric and PAWS to anyone needing plumbing work. *** Update, 6/23/3/21 I have now hired Eric at PAWS plumbing three times. Everytime has been perfect. On time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If I ever need plumbing again I will definitely be calling Eric and PAWS again!!.

Bottom Line: horrible job. He cut way more tile than he should have and punctured the porcelain of the sink with his grinder. Furthermore, I spent an hour cleaning my kitchen after he left because he didn't clean up at all.Story: I needed to change out the faucet in my kitchen sink to hook up a dishwasher. Instead of an easy swap, the nipples that came out of the wall disintegrated in my hands. I bought a nipple extracted from Ace down the street, and the damn thing broke off inside the nipple. I was stuck with calling a plumber. I first called Bill Howe, but he couldn't get a plumber out until 3-5. I called American. He had a 5 star review. He arrived at 2:08 in the afternoon, which was a little later than he said he would arrive, but not by much. He then told me he would take out a little bit of the tile and try to salvage the soap dish behind the sink. Ok get going. He then proceeded to cut out WAY more tile than he said he would, he cut two notches in the the porcelain of the sink, he used my tools, and he used the replacement nipples that I bought. He did a horrible job in that he punched out way more tile than he needed to. He broke tiles, he went way beyond the edge of the sink. Looking at it pisses me off because I could have broken out the tile that way and probably would have done a better more careful job. In any event, he charged me the full $300 even though he used my tools and my plumbing parts, then as he was leaving he said he would take off $5 if I wrote a review. He said if I reviewed on Google, Yelp, or any other review site, he'd take $5 off for each review. After I repeatedly said no, he upped it to $10. I couldn't believe it. In stead of not charging the full $300 because he used my tools and parts, he wanted me to review his work. Well, here's my review, free of bias. My kitchen is cut up, I have to retile way more area than was necessary, and I am really upset with this job. Horrible work. Did I mention this was all original 1946 tile? He completely destroyed my kitchen sink area. $300 not well spent. #AnyOtherPlumber

These guys were awesome. We had a bad leak that was going from our first floor bathroom to our basement. Fast response, a plumber was out here within a couple of hours. Saved us a ton of money by not immediately tearing up our tile floor and instead, went to the source in the wall. We will definitely be calling these guys again!

We had the valves leading to our washing machine and sink replaced because of hard water buildup (fused valves). The representative that came out from CA plumbing quoted the work to be 633 dollars and made it sound like it may be a tough job. I had no reason, as I thought, to question this quote so I went ahead and booked the work. When the plumber came out, he worked in the garage for less than 20 minutes (already removing the whole sink fixture and valve, a super simple job it turns out) and then left to grab the right valve replacements as he had accidentally brought the wrong ones. He was gone for 20 minutes and then returned to finish the job in another twenty. Overall, all the work, including the supply run, took an hour and twenty minutes with only forty minutes being actual plumbing. The work itself is a little messy, but works fine.The work was simple, the parts cheap, it was not an emergency, and I feel that the initial quote was given in bad faith. I will not work with this company again or recommend them to anyone. I'm kicking myself for hiring them.

Perry Plumbing relined the main drain lines under our condo association buildings. Old, cast iron pipes were fragile and we were having back-up problems. They came in and professionally mapped out our lines, descaled and relined them. A big savings over ripping up floors inside our units to replace the line! Very happy with the end result.
