Fast service on a Saturday. I broke an outdoor pipe and had to shut off the water at the street. We needed it fixed same day so we could have water again. It was all old diy pipe on a hillside and now it is done correctly and would be a lot harder to accidentally break. Thanks!

We had a sewage clog in the main 3” line on a Saturday afternoon. We were desperate. Called Ideal Plumbing and In less than an hour an Ideal technitian, Jose, arrived, went to work, and solved the problem. He was a polite young man who displayed pride in the quality of his work. He told us the cause of the problem, cleaned the area, and left it in better shape than he found it.

I had the pleasure of having your electrician, Curtis Gordon, work in my home on Friday. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He listened to all my questions and concerns and answered all of them. I have had many workers in my home, and he totally raised the bar of the quality of workers! He continuously praised your company, and was obviously proud to be a part of it. He quickly went from room to room up grading most of my electrical outlets. He left no messes, and apologized to have to cut some tile in my kitchen. When he finished, there was no tile looking different. Marvelous quality! I was able to reach them after hours to make a quick appt to repair a leak in my backyard faucet. The leak was large enough I had to shut off water to my home. They were empathetic and professional and gave me a five hour window for the service. The professional plumber that was sent was prompt, efficient, courteous, respectful, and honest. He explained what was needed and although I didn’t love the price I understood the cost. Hopefully I won’t need their help again in the near future but would definitely recommend them…and thanks again to Ed for being so professional and pleasant to work with (and for being kind to my dog). It made the cost a little less painful.

They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it.
